Lots of parking. Clean rooms and hot breakfast. I prefer staying here rather than at a Hilton or Garden when in STL. I also prefer the Forest Park area for restaurants and cafes and you’re only minutes away from downtown STL by car.

Sudden and unexpected illness, this was the reason for a trip to the Saint Louis area for treatment at Barnes Jewish Hospital. As a last minute decision we selected this Hotel which is in close proximity to the hospital. I cannot praise the staff enough as the stay was beyond delightful. The location, parking, and overall cleanliness was an A+. But the real gem are people like Josh, the awesome manager who went above and beyond to see that the guest was always a priority. Even during this new phase of living through the pandemic Dash the rooms are clean, the food was the best of any recent hotel stay having fresh fruit, hot breakfast sandwiches, and an ample supply. The pool is open and reserved by the hour and the weight room is cleaned after each guest. As unexpected as the illness was so was my continued need to stay at the hotel which was warmly welcomed and easily transitioned for as the guest comes first here. I actually look forward to now having to make a few trips a month as a result of cancer. What an exemplary example of the Hilton brand still having value!

As a Hilton Honors member during these unprecedented times, the early check-in, room choice and digital key options made for seamless room entry. The attention to detail and meticulousness of the housekeeping department is outstanding. People were always cleaning; wiping down tables and surfaces. And the attitude of everyone of the staff encountered was unfailing positive and helpful, especially the breakfast manager/cook! The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in good shape, staff are great, appreciate the grab n go breakfast, glad there is still a bathtub in some of the rooms, nice to see the icemaker in its own sound dampening room (and on every floor). Suggestions: Dismayed that TV is not a smart TV, so unable to watch streaming subscriptions. The alarm clock is 5 minutes slow and the only buttons just change the alarm time. The bath towels could be larger and softer. Room carpet is frayed at entry where tile border is and under the desk chair. One of the bathroom base molding tiles is detached and the grout is black from mop residue. Furniture scratches can easily be touched up if maids carried dollar store touch up marker kit when cleaning. Also there is a sharp metal rod coming out of the bed frame, it's behind the skirt, but my leg keeps finding it. Also, there are yellowish ceiling stains over the sofa near the wall's edge. A larger trash can under kitchen sink would be nice. There are 5 very bright lamps in the room plus the 2 bright overhead lights. Dimmer switches, or some kind of night or reading light would be nice. Each lamp on its own is bright enough to light the whole room, so perhaps less wattage bulbs. Bathroom vent fan makes no sound and I cannot detect any air flow taking the humidity out of the room. I think it's a good thing for bathroom fans to make some sound. Since the property is located right on the interstate, in my room, you can constantly hear the cars whizzing by. Also, when the AC kicks on, it truly sounds like a ride on mower just starting up right outside the window.

The stay was great. Easy to book on TA. I always use TA whether I’m traveling in country or in another country We booked two rooms for four nights. Even with the pandemic the rooms were spotless, all amenities were available on request and the staff was very kind and helpful! Will definitely be staying here during our next visit!

The service and hospitality is always exceptional, a standard that other hotel should emulate. I would recommend this hotel to all my family friends and ones that ask for a recommendation. I have been patronizing the Forest Park location for years due to a lung transplant,since this location is close to Barns Jewish Hospital.

The management at this hotel should hire out their cleaning crew to other hotels across the country to instruct them on the proper way to clean rooms! My room was immaculate! All of the staff were friendly and always helpful. If you want to know the best shopping in the area, talk to Mrs. Wanda.
I was traveling alone and arrived very late and I felt completely safe getting from the parking lot to the hotel. It was well lit and I could get in the door closest to the parking lot using my digital key and went right up to my room. I did not have to check in at the front desk. The phone app made all of that a breeze!
The breakfast was good. I have Celiac and a dairy allergy, so the oatmeal every morning was perfect. On day 3 of my stay, they had scrambled eggs, so that was nice.
The only complaint would be the walls are thin. I could hear the kids in the room next to me and I could hear the traffic from the highway. The higher number rooms are furthest away from the highway. I recommend getting one of those. I was in room 516 and it was right in the middle, so get 520 or higher (same with the other floors i.e. 320, 420, etc.). I would definitely stay here again if I travel to St. Louis.

This was a really nice hotel for a night. The lobby was nice and clean and they have coffee/cocoa/tea station available and a checkers board. Pool was a little small but there were a lot of kids in it having a ball and it was nice that they had a lot of pool toys including noodles balls etc. Room was nice and clean the bathroom was spacious. Room was a bit small if you want more space but fit our needs, had a fridge in it. We just had a double queen room, although the beds definitely felt like full size not queen. Beds were firm. We had room 614 right across from the elevator and noise was not an issue at all. Jimmy John's and a coffee shop were right next door and there was an Imos in walking distance, as well as a restaurant attached to the hotel. Perfect location for going to zoo and city museum and traffic wasn't awful even on a friday afternoon/evening for us. The guy checking out this morning was super nice and gave the kids fruit snacks for the road! Breakfast was good and lots of seating.

Stayed two nights in a studio room, large, well-equipped , clean, comfortable, quiet (we had requested a room facing away from the interstate). Hotel in good location only a few minutes drive from Forest Park with its museums, zoo, etc also not far from the wonderful Missouri Botanic Gardens. Right next door is a brew pub/restaurant with good selection of beer and food. Hotel was conscientious about covid precautions and staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast included some hot food on request as well as cereal, muffins, some fruit etc but could have done with a bigger selection of healthy foods - however, at least they're making an effort while the pandemic has made this a challenge. We were very happy with the Hampton at Forest Park and would stay here again if we’re back in this area.

The staff are very friendly and helpful which can make or break a hotel experience. The facilities are clean and in good shape. Our room had plenty of storage and made great use of the minimal space. The complimentary breakfast included cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt and more. The location is close to the zoo, a short drive to downtown and about 20 minutes from the airport.

I don't know. I would imagine that if Lyft or Uber are available in St. Louis you could. The front desk at the hotel would probably be able to give you a more definitive answer.
I don't know. Call the front desk and they could give you solid info on that. Also, if you do ask them, be sure to ask if it is in specific rooms, or all of them, if they do have them available, so you are not disappointed when you get there if it's not in all of them.
Our parking lot has plenty of parking for all our guests, even if some rooms have multiple vehicles. You should not have any problems finding a space to park. If you have a very tall or oversized vehicle, please call the front desk with any questions.

Our parking lot is surface level and has a gate, though a keycard or code is not required to access it. As we are located in the city there are occasional incidents, but it is not a frequent problem at our property.
We do recommend that our guests park smart by keeping any valuable items out of sight or in the hotel with you, and make sure your vehicle is locked when unattended.
Hello! All our rooms have single-cup coffee makers in them. Our studio suites have microwaves, but our standard rooms do not. There is a microwave down in the lobby for all our guests to use if your room does not have one.
