Pros: Great, reasonably priced location with easy access to the highway leading you quickly to main St. Louis attractions. Our King suite was spacious, clean and comfortable and we slept great. The suite had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the essential personal cleaning items were provided, as well as a hair dryer. The staff was personable and attentive to our questions and needs. Common areas were constantly being cleaned and straightened up which was nice. Breakfast offerings were diverse and were kept well stocked.
Cons: The Evening Reception was disappointing in a number of ways -1) it is a non-alcoholic event so no complementary wine, beer or mixed drink available which was a bit disappointing. 2) Only hot dogs, nacho cheese, jalapenos and small bags of Tostito chips were provided. The nacho cheese provided was cold for the 4 pm start time on our arrival day, and all the hot dogs and buns were gone by 5 p.m. on each of the 3 days that we stayed. Other negative is that we opted to be as green as possible and not have new linens daily. Unfortunately, the towels never seemed to dry out after each use so we kept having to grab new ones anyway and even found, after arriving home and unpacking, that our packed clothes were damp. We ran the bathroom vent fan while taking showers so very strange that the room retained so much moisture.
We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again even given the cons that we experienced.

We arrived exhausted at 12:30 a.m. after traveling on an international flight. The desk clerk was expecting us (they sent text the day before to confirm arrival time) and in two minutes we were in a spotless room with a tub (not seen for two weeks on our trip), a quiet air conditioner, and a very comfortable bed. My favorite part was how quiet the room was (better floors than many American hotels) and all of the convenient electrical outlets. I would definitely stay here again! We live 100 miles away from St. Louis airport so it was great to travel only 23 minutes after picking up our car.

This is a newer property that has a great deal going for it. It is clean, it is close to the interstate, it has shopping and dining nearby, friendly staff and decent breakfast with reasonably comfortable beds. The rooms are a little spartan, but that seems to be the popular style today and that’s fine.
It should be a nice place to stay, it really should, and the staff seemed to be trying to make it nice, but it is easily one of the nosiest hotels that I’ve ever tried to sleep in.
The noise seems to have only two sources: everything inside and outside.
The floors in the rooms and the hallways are tile and the sound reverberates off of those hard surfaces up and down the hall and through the door as though it isn’t even there. Every closing of a door, every casual conversation, even the beeping of the elevator door half way down the hall can be heard as distinctly as if you are out in the hallway. And when the hotel is at capacity, like it was when we were there, there is a lot of door closings, random conversations and incessant elevator door beeping; and that all through the night.
Then you have the pub next door, and I mean right next door. Only a narrow lane separates the two buildings. The first night that we were there, the music started playing about 8:00. The bass notes were as clear in my room on the fourth floor as if you were in the pub itself. When I attempted to get some sleep around 10, I stuffed tissue in my ears, but to no avail. I finally drifted off around 11:30, (after getting up at 3:30 that morning), but only from sheer exhaustion.
Then reawakened several times that night from door closings and people talking. I’m not trying to be overly particular, it was just that bad.
When the pub wasn’t talking front and center in the noise department, the traffic filled in any silence. I’ve only stayed in one hotel that equaled it in traffic noise and that was one that the parking lot was also behind the building and the building itself paralleled the Main Street. It may be okay on a week night, but Friday and Saturday nights there is a great deal of traffic and you will be fully aware of every bit of it.
Upon our return from sightseeing the next day, we discovered that the front desk had a large bowl of complimentary ear plugs for the guests. That’s right… ear plugs. I gladly availed myself to some, and though they were somewhat uncomfortable, I was able to sleep through the din of our second night, which was a replay of the first.
Now, I understand that there is nothing that the management can do about the hard floors or the noise coming from next door or the traffic noise, and I don’t want to be too critical of them for things that are beyond their control. But, take my advice, there is something that you can do. If you decide to go ahead stay there… insist on a room on the opposite side of the hotel away from the pub. That will at least eliminate half of the outside noise.
For the other half coming from the inside, be sure and pick up your complimentary ear plugs on your way up.

This is a newish hotel, and it was very clean. The staff were great, and the room was stocked with towels. There is a small, but nice swimming pool. The location is close to many restaurants and quick to get to downtown St. Louis.
All of these excellent features about the hotel cannot make up for the unbearably horrible beds. It was impossible to get comfortable as the beds were so firm. I found myself envious of the granite slabs that Fred and Wilma Flintstone got to sleep on, as they had to be softer.
The only other complaint was that the breakfast was underwhelming compared to breakfasts at other Comfort Inns that we have stayed at. The biscuits were inedible, keeping with the hard as a rock motif.
My reservation described the room as having a fold out sofa, but our room had a sectional couch without a fold out, so if you need an extra bed, you may need to ask for a specific room.

The hotel is beautiful with fresh decor and beautiful photograph artwork on the walls. It is clean and in a very commercial area with restaurants and stores close by. However, the Irish Pub next door has live bands until 1 AM on Friday and Saturday nights and the music is head bangingly loud. If you are assigned an odd numbered room, you cannot escape the noise or vibration from next door.
I am an extremely light sleeper and requested a quiet room in both my reservation and at the front desk when I checked in. I was given room 517, right next to the bar/band next door. I had to request a move to another room and was allowed to move to an even numbered room the next day. I had to move all my belongings the next afternoon which was a total inconvenience. I was told at the time of my move that the hotel offers ear plugs for guests.... would have been nice to know at check in or when I first complained of the music and vibration. I had three fans on in the room and it was still too loud to sleep. At check out, I requested an adjustment for the total lack of sleep the first night and the clerk said they would only give me points, not a price adjustment. I did not even receive the extra points. I personally witnessed several other guests either checking out early or complaining about the noise from the bar. I called the bar to ask them to turn it down and they refused.
The pool was a good temperature and the fitness center looked nice although I did not use either. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. They served the same food both mornings I was there.
If you stay during the week, I would recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness and decor. I would not recommend staying here on the weekend.

We only utilize this hotel for our frequent stays in this area. We're always met with a spotlessly, clean and odor free reception area by a smiling, professional staff that exhibit friendly, efficient service upon our arrival. The room was VERY comfortable, breakfast was tasty (great B&G) Comfortable bed and the ability to easily log into and out of my online viewing services (Amazon) made it easy to relax after doing some work. Wifi was solid and issue free. Fridge with a freezer compartment to refreeze my lunch packs was helpful. The great shower in a very clean bathroom is a bonus. Staff notified me of an item I left behind and is holding it as I plan to return.

This was a two night stay so that we could hit a few key places in St. Louis on a trip to visit family. The hotel staff was very pleasant at check in, and the room seemed nice and large. After we had been there a while when my kid kicked their shoes off, and after a trip across the room and back they had to head to the bathroom to wash their feet. The solid surface floor did not appear dirty, but something was there. We let staff know, and even though no maid service was requested they stopped in, freshened everything up, and mopped the floor again for us. Unexpected, but very welcome. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was good and plentiful. The you lady taking care of the breakfast area was really on the ball, nothing stayed empty and she was constantly wiping down tables and cleaning spills.

My wife and I booked our stay while visiting family in the area. This is the second time we have stayed at this property in the past three months, and the experience was equally as good as our previous stay (5/5)! There were a couple of situations that arose during this stay where we felt the hotel staff went above and beyond. First, the wifi in our room wouldn’t allow us to connect to the internet. The staff worked diligently, even calling in their outside IT support to address the situation. The front desk clerk, Andrew, was extremely helpful and understanding and tried several remedies prior to the IT persons arrival. Once IT resolved the issue, the IT person and hotel staff personally followed up to ensure we were back online. They all went the extra mile…secondly, we needed to extend our stay each time, and they accommodated our needs immediately.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, and the hotel and property were kept in immaculate condition. The staff at this hotel really care about the customer experience. This is our second multi-day stay at this location and we will definitely stay here in the future when visiting the St. Louis area. Kudos to the hotel management and staff for making our stay in the area great!
