This was an amazing hotel with classical decoration in public area but the facilities in guest room were very modern and comfortable. Marriott platinum or above member received 12 usd per person and up to 24 usd per room towards breakfast or 1000 welcome points. There was a room rate with parking overnight which was very competitive so don't miss the catogory "deal and package" when you used marriott official website to make a reservation. You need to check in first and get a flyer and then go to park in US bank garage across the street. Staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Very beautiful hotel!!!!! My stay was comfortable, and relaxing. There was no maid service, during this time, but the hotel was very accommodating. Every time we called down to the front desk for anything, like extra towels, they were brought up immediately. The only issue we had was parking. There is no parking on-site

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary as a staycation. We felt like we stepped out of St. Louis and into a New York City hotel! It is so hip. Our room was spacious and super clean (I was worried about that with Covid). I felt really safe here as well. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating and we loved the room service we ordered. We had one too many cocktails at the bar, and overall never even had to leave the hotel!! Thank you so much for such a fun night, we will be back!!

Parking and valet are slow and difficult. Rooms and bathrooms dated and worn. Shower room in a corner suite had peeling paint on the ceiling and the large window in the living area could be fully opened (not good for families - no fall restraint).
Like most other hotels, they don’t service rooms unless specifically asked to do; had to go to the front desk for day 2 towels. Covid continues to be the excuse to save money on under staffing the cleaning crews - with not even the paltry 500 Bonvoy points compensation (cash equivalent of what, 0.05 cents) for skipping the cleaning like they used to offer pre-pandemic.
Marriott properties continue to disappoint as I ramp back up travel.

We stayed at this Marriott Hotel in the heart of downtown St. Louis as part of a cross country road trip and we loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous and quite spacious for a downtown hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful! The arch national park is just a few blocks away, a very short walk from the hotel. The food options are plentiful including the hotel restaurant, which had a great bar and food options. The parking was a little tricky because they are not providing valet due to COVID-19, so you have to park yourself in the parking garage across the street. We had our dog with us as well and they were incredibly welcoming. They were the only hotel of the six we visited that did not charge a pet fee. This is a beautiful hotel!!!

My husband and I had a weekend getaway in St. Louis and stayed at the Mqgnolia. This is a beautiful property with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Since they are not yet doing daily housekeeping, we requested extra pillows and an exchange of towels on the Bonvoy app, which were quickly delivered to our room. As a Marriott Platinum member, we accepted a daily breakfast credit over points, which was excellent. We were served all 3 days of our stay by Medi, who provided excellent service way above and beyond our expectations! We were also upgraded to a King Suite which was unexpected and appreciated. We would absolutely stay at the Magnolia again if we are back in St. Louis.

When we arrived the valet was prompt to come outside and greet us. When we walked inside, Tarina was at the desk ready to get us checked in and greeted us so warmly. We felt welcome right away. She informed us that we had been upgraded to a larger room, since we are Bonvoy members. She also gave us breakfast vouchers for both mornings of our stay. We also received a coupon to use at the bar for drinks. Service at the bar was wonderful. The bartender was very nice and fun to chat with. She told us about the historic significance of the building, stained glass, and chandeliers. Our guestroom was nice. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and our floor of the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. All of the hotel staff went out of their way to make our first stay at Magnolia just wonderful! Highly recommend staying here if you love the historical significance of older boutique hotels. Each space was elegant and very well appointed. Plus, what a value! The rate for each night of our stay ended up being cheaper than a rate at a chain hotel that we stayed in traveling on the road.

This hotel has a great vibe. It is an older property which has been updated. Very unusual and distinctive lobby area with – wait for it – a pool table! As there were three of us, my husband and adult son, we ponied up for a suite, which contained two queen beds and a separate sitting area. This was a comfortable, well designed room. The heating system was completely silent which I loved. Good bedding. Reasonable price point. The location of this hotel is great – downtown, walking distance to the famous St. Louis arch as well as Busch stadium for Cardinals Fans. Service was good as well. I liked this hotel for its urban flair.

Yana at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and made our stay very pleasant. We travelled with our dogs during a cross country trip, and we always appreciate finding a clean dog friendly hotel. There’s a park down the block to walk the dogs in, and the hotel location is centrally located and safe. There is valet parking, but also a self parking garage behind the hotel. We’ve stayed here twice and both times have been pleasant. The lobby downstairs has a bar, and we’ve had good experiences there as well.

My partner and I stayed in a king 1 bedroom suite for 2 nights in the summer. It was very comfortable with a good layout. The view was fine and had good light.
The hotel is historic and very beautiful. It is located on a quiet block next to a park and a very cool unused theatre. It made for a very easy walk to all the locations downtown and the bar was a nice place to unwind with a drink.
We brought our dog as well. The large suite was very quiet so neither he, nor anyone else, was disturbed by any noise! We really enjoyed our stay.
The furnishings were rather stiff and not the most chic design, but the bed was comfortable. The large bathroom and dressing area helped create a additional areas for privacy and space.
