Stayed for church conference nearby. Location is good, and price was excellent. The room itself was pretty good and very clean. But there were some issues: There was no channel listing for the TV -- no printed list, and no on-screen guide. When I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk at checkout, she told me, "It's on the hotel website." "It might have been a good idea for you guys to tell me about the website when I checked in," I replied. The clerk kept trying to talk over me and said, "But I'm telling you now!" "But I'm checking out now, so what good does that do me?" I said. The bathroom was good, but dimly lit. There are two wall fixtures in the bathroom, but they need higher-brightness LED bulbs commonly available at all sorts of stores -- something that the checkout clerk could not seem to comprehend when I brought it up. Breakfast was actually better than most hotels of this class over the pandemic period -- scrambled eggs and sausage, but curiously no cereal or milk. As I was checking out, the woman who was in the room next to mine was bitterly complaining to the staff about several issues. Whether her complaints were legit or she was just a "Karen" was difficult for me to figure out, but the staff was also less than pleasant. Hotel management might need to get some better attitudes among its guest-facing staff.

The hotel itself is average. It was pretty clean and there weren't any major issues. What bumped up my review was the great customer service we got from them. My family came from out of state to visit extended family in the area. Our plans were ruined by rain throughout the day. Jamie at the front desk was very understanding and helped us out with a special request that changed our family gathering. We went from having our plans ruined to having a good time together on site. Kudos to them for going the extra mile.

When you walk into the lobby the first thing you notice was how clean the place looked and smelled. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and the tables were more than 6 feet apart. The only down side to the room was that the bathroom was not as brightly lit as it should be. Very hard to put makeup on. Otherwise our experience was excellent

We stayed at this hotel after a day of moving our son. This was on a Saturday oct 3rd 2020. We got up at 6:40 AM on Oct 4 and our Ford F350 and our 20 foot covered wagon trailer was stolen off of the parking lot parked under a street light. When the police got there guess what the camera had conveniently stoped recording for 2 hours when it started up again no truck or trailer on the video. Now the person on duty said sometimes it skips and can be recovered but the manager/ owner would have to do that because they didn’t know the system and was fearful they would erase something. They gave us the name of the owner/manager and you guessed it he was never available when I called. And never called me back. Also found out one of his workers was beat up the evening of the 3rd by someone his worker owed money to. Very shady be warned this is not a safe place to stay. This is our truck and trailer that was stolen the police recovered the trailer the truck is still missing.

The pool was slimmy, no vent in the bathroom, laundry room smelled so bad you gagged when you went in there, Employee named Jamie clearly does not like her job because she is very rude to customers .. she was hateful at checkin and witnessed her being rude to others including children .. Did not eat the breakfast because we were afraid of the condition of the kitchen after seeing the rest of the hotel ..Comfort Inn you can do better ...this place is disgusting for so many reasons
