I highly recommend this location. Not too far from downtown and in a great location. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This location had it all; free breakfast, free garage parking, free drinks, dinner snacks and alcohol. I would absolutely stay here again

We spent 6 nights, everything in the hotel felt clean, in room they had sanitized wrapped tv controls, I still Lysol wiped surfaces, switches, chair handles, just because that is me.
The elevators were very quick, most people were wearing their masks. The front desk and food serving area was protected with plexiglass, you gave your order to very friendly servers who would dish out what you asked for. The servers were gloved and wore their masks. Tables in the area were spaced far apart or blocked off. They sanitized tables after you left.
The hotel seems to be doing great compliance with healthy safeguards.

The room alone is worth the price, throw in the evening kickback with food, three drinks and breakfast all included you can not beat it. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were all very positive and helpful.

I found my room to be less than clean or maintained while I was a guest. Several times I had to go to the desk to retrieve tissues/TP or washcloths. The bath in particular was not very clean on arrival. The carpet throughout the halls had debris stains especially outside the door which clearly looked rather new. My family member was in a suite on another floor and had the same issues and concerns. My key card along with many guests did not work on many occasions which is a problem when my ID and phone are in the room to verify identity . I appreciate the process but the card should work throughout my stay. I could not access the pool and many times my room- many guests were commenting that they too had the same issue. My niece was late to fly out due to the fact her luggage was in our room and her brand new key card did not work and the staff at the desk could not reach me. I find it surprising you go to this length to keep my room secure when the doors to and from the parking garage were not locked ever. The door to the parking garage is located next to my room and was not locked or a working card entry. This same issue existed with all levels from your garage to the main hotel floors. I find the ease of entry from the garage to my floor unacceptable and a huge security concern. There is not excuse for this type of issue in any hotel across the United States. Safety and Security should be a main concern always.
I can not recommend this hotel for a stay in St Louis
On a positive note- I found the staff at the breakfast in particular and throughout the hotel helpful and polite. The breakfast was hot and well maintained.

Clean rooms and environment. Excellent staff great amenities. We had never stayed in a Drury before but if available this will be our first choice. We don't travel often so we want something that will be worth the money...this hotel chain earns their fees.

Amazing and friendly staff. Any questions or accomodations we needed they met with gratitude and kindness. With COVID19 around they did not come and clean our room unless requested, but if we needed new towels or anything we would just ask. We will 100% be going back to that location!

Check in experience was quick and easy - even though I had to wait several minutes for front desk employee to appear. Hotel lobby and breakfast area were clean. Rooms were standard but clean. Breakfast was good, they even had food out earlier than advertised so the ones leaving earlier had something to grab. There is a parking garage on the first few floors of the hotel which is an added bonus during the wintertime. I would recommend this hotel.

We booked our rooms for a family get together, unaware of a youth soccer tournament being held locally. Several teams were booked at our hotel. Needless to say, the breakfast and dinner/happy hours were extremely crowded and loud. Kids were allowed to run through the hallways and our door was kicked on two separate occasions. I understand the need to book these type of events but hotel staff and team coaches and parents need to do a better job controlling their kids and minimizing the impact to other guests. Very disappointed!

When you go in the room the temp is on 81 degrees, it was so hot. Temp never went down it went up to 82 with the a/c. I guess a/c was broken, they said they would let someone know, but after an hour no one showed up to fix it, so we asked to switch rooms at like 11pm. New room walk in and temp is on 81 again it was so hot, a/c did get it down but don’t set the vacant rooms at 81, horrible way to walk in to your room. 8th floor room the air was stale in the middle of the night almost giving us an asthma attack. Parking garage was no fun, low ceilings, tight corners and requires your key card to get in. And requires key card to get in to the parking garage elevator, which that elevator has no a/c so it’s stuffy and hot in it. In our room if you turned the tv off it would say loading channels please wait and wouldn’t turn back on for 15 minutes. The toilet was clogged. There was dog poop in the hallway. The breakfast had no muffins. The breakfast area was hot and stuffy like no a/c we were sweating. The phones in the room are too quiet you can’t hear the front desk. Overall it’s a great facility visually, looks like a 4star hotel, that feels like they are penny pinching with skimping on a/c and maintenance or repairs of things. If you need to stay close to Mercy it is ok just don’t have high expectations, the experience feels like 1-2 stars.

Certainly what you have listed here, is not acceptable to us nor does it reflect our standards of maintenance and cleanliness. Our complimentary parking garage does require key card access as well as the access into our hotel requires key card access from the garage. We take our guest’s safety and security seriously and want to ensure that non-registered people do not have access to those areas. It is disappointing to hear that you were upset that we were out of our muffins during your stay. We try our best to ensure that we have a selection our guests will enjoy however from time to time due to supply chain issues it does change slightly. I picked the Drury because it was close to Mercy Hospital. Everyone at The Drury was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. We spent alot of time at the hospital so having a hot breakfast before we left for the hospital and food and drinks available in the evening was extremely helpful AND the food and drinks were free. Also has an Applebee’s attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay at The Drury again.

Pets are accepted at all Drury Hotels, if state and local laws permit. State guidelines for service animals apply, but service animals are free of charge at all Drury Hotels and are welcome in any area frequented by their owners. Rooms with pets (which may only include dogs and cats) will be charged a daily cleaning fee of $25 per room plus tax at all Drury and Pear Tree Inn by Drury hotels. Drury Hotels allows up to two pets per room. Pets are not allowed in any of the public areas of the hotel: dining area, lobby, pool and spa, fitness center, meeting rooms, etc. Pets should be leashed or in a pet carrier when traveling to and from guest room, and they cannot be left alone in guest rooms for more than 30 minutes. This is strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, when they cannot be left alone at all. Housekeeping services will not be provided while pets are left unattended in guest room, and guests will be responsible for any damages or noise complaints pets may cause. At check-in, guests traveling with pets will be asked to read and sign our "Pet Owner Letter.” Pet waste bags are provided to clean up after pets outside.
