Had a one night stay after a long travel day. Was nice and clean and in good repair. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Breakfast was just ok, thus not a perfect mark. There were no cooked eggs and there was a rotten apple with the apples. The rest was pretty status quo for breakfast.

Very nice location in Bridgeton. Newer property with free Wi-Fi, hot breakfast with good coffee. Clean and spacious rooms with a modern vibe and useful amenities. Work our room was small but did the trick for a quick overnight.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the airport was 6 minutes. If I’m not mistaken there was a complimentary airport shuttle.

Smaller hotel, and it is in an odd location, squeezed between 2 other hotels. Keep a close eye on your GPS directions!
It is a very nice and clean hotel. We were impressed by the quality, especially for the cost.
Room was small, but had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, king size bed, ect.
Very comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast was great as well. Definitely coming bac k for our next stay in St. Louis!

FIRST RATE ALL THE WAY!!!!! Super easy and fast check -in. room was spacious, very clean and well maintained.
Very quiet even though it is kind of close to the airport.
Sleep In St Louis will be my first choice when traveling to the St. Louis area!!!!

Checked in at 2am after working all night and travelling to 17 different cities in 17 days.
We’re given our 3 double rooms. There was a breakfast sign at reception saying weekdays breakfast 6am - 9am and weekends 7am - 10am. We have travelled to enough hotels to know that’s its always best to double check the breakfast time.
The miserable receptionist told us that breakfast on a Friday was until 10am. We asked twice at reception for her to confirm this as it was contrary to the sign at reception and queried if Friday was considered a weekend day or not. She said “breakfast is til 10 tomorrow.”
So the 6 of us set our alarms accordingly as we needed as much sleep as possible. I checked the information booklet in the hotel room and it said breakfast was 6am - 9am through the whole week and weekend.
Confused by these 3 different breakfast times we were given we called reception again to ask about this and she was clearly annoyed at us asking and said she works in the mornings and breakfast was on until 10am. 100%.
Guess what?! We get down to breakfast at 9:30am and there was nothing there. We booked this hotel explicitly for the complimentary breakfast and because of incompetent staff and management there was nothing there for us.
On top of this one of our double rooms was dirty as though someone had been working in dirt and dragged their mess through the room. It took 30 mins to get changed to another room which only had one bed and were made to feel we were of great inconvenience because we wanted a clean room that we paid for.
When we spoke to the manager in the morning about our issues with the hotel we were told “ pay attention to the breakfast sign as every hotel has a sign for breakfast and it’s always right”. Ah so it’s our fault. Either your sign is wrong or your staff are incompetent and not trained properly. We were spoken to in a way that was 🤷♂️ What you gonna do about it? Manager then told us there was no way to be reimbursed for one room due to the inconvenience caused to us as it wasn’t something she had the authority to do. When we asked who we could talk to that could help us resolve this issue, she said the owner doesn’t live in the country so there’s no way we could be reimbursed.
Awful and frustrating experience that could have been reaolved with some decent customer service.
We won’t be staying at a sleep inn again. We were offered $25 but would have to go through our 3rd party hotels.com in a convoluted manner.
Throughly disappointing. DON’T STAY HERE

This is a half Comfort Inn & half Mainstays hotel. I have stayed at both sides of the hotel several times. The hotel has the same cleaning crew for both sides. We were given a dirty room on the Mainstays side & they refused to give us another room. Read my review of Mainstays Bridgeton, MO for details. This hotel was built poorly. The new owners appear to be running it to the ground just like the last one. It was closed for a long time between owners. Also, if it's a busy night you will not be parking in the main lot. You will be parking in a lot about 1 to 2 blocks away. Stay somewhere else. I would rather sleep in my car & shower at a truck stop before staying here again.

We had stayed here sometime before the pandemic and enjoyed the room and the value. I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel has been remodeled in the ensuing years and still is a great value. Clean, spacious room, nice breakfast and pleasant staff. I hope be back in the area in a few months and I hope they have a vacancy so I can stay with them again.

Parking at this place is atrocious. After a long drive, several hours at a concert, concert traffic to get through, to arrive at your hotel at 1 in the morning and have to circle for parking for thirty minutes per the front desk to have them treat you like you’re an idiot and shrug and finally send you to some shady lot two hotels down so you can carry all your stuff through ditches and other hotel lots is ABSURD. Towels were dingy and dirty and room could’ve been cleaner. Would’ve just left if it wasn’t four hour drive home. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere better.

Helpful front desk. Clean, larger room! Quiet. Wonderful deluxe breakfast! Hot shower! Close to airport. Easy to find. Decorated nicely & up to date. Felt safe. Also, gated long term parking across street via Crowne Plaza Hotel. Well done, Comfort Inn.

We stopped here on a road two for one night. The woman working the front desk was not friendly. She sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. Towels on the bathroom floor, used lotion bottle on the counter. We came back down to the front desk and told her and she didn't say one word and then handed us a key and said "Try this room".
Room two worked for us, but it was far from clean. Hair on the bathroom floor, moldy shower curtain, and mysteriously wet carpet.
I would not stay here again.
