This is a very Clean Location. The Staff is Courteous and Kind. The Suite were In had Nice Accomodations. A Large Iiving Area Nice Refrigerator and Microwave Oven and Nice Service! This Stay was a bang for the bucks.

Literally some friends and I stayed here one night because our flight got in early and the Air B&B we booked wasn’t available. The hotel is really great! If it was closer to where we needed to be we would have stayed! We booked a double bed room, standard, nothing fancy. The room was very spacious, complete with a bathroom, couch and kitchen! More than enough. Plus, there was free breakfast offered. Just the typical hotel breakfast stuff! The only issue was the staff wasn’t too friendly. Morning and late night! Outside of that, I’d definitely stay there again!

This Motel was very hard to find in the dark, but definitely worth the search. (It's right next to the Crown Plaza).
The rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean. Our room had a mini kitchen, but they also have rooms without kitchen. Although the motel is quite close to I-70, the room was very quiet and bed and bedding perfect. The bath is quite small, but adequate.
Breakfast was one of the best I've seen recently and the breakfast room very nicely laid out. No restaurant in the hotel, but there is both a coffee shop and TGI Friday's in the Crown Plaza which is just accross the parking lot.

We were staying in Branson for baseball and decided to travel to St. Louis to see the arch. Upon walking into the hotel lobby all you could smell was food. Once we entered our own hotel room the smell was still overpowering. There are kitchens in these rooms so you could get some food smells but this was so strong I felt like vomiting. We found hair in the bed sheets, urine on the back of the toilet, black stubble hair all in the bathroom sink, hair on the bathroom floor, black mold on the shower curtain, food crumbs on the kitchen floor, and bread left in the cabinet with bugs inside the package. Staff did try to make everything right by changing the sheets and the shower curtain. We ended up checking out of this hotel and getting a refund for our attempted stay here. We would not stay here again due to how dirty the room was. There are better options in the area.

The hotel has been remodeled and looks great. Looks can be deceiving. No vending machines due to closing the guest store. Very bad planning. Pillows were lacking support, very soft and not enough. Room was not cleaned well at all. One towel, 2 hand towels, no washcloths. Breakfast bar was about as minimal as possible. We have stayed in some lackluster places. This may be the worst.

Very nice and clean newer hotel. Breakfast was good. Room had microwave, stove, apt. aize refrigerator, and sink. There were a lot of people smoking just outside the front door, both staff and customers. We didn't like walking through all the smoke. My wife also did not feel safe one night when she walked out to the car for something because of all the "sketchy" guys sitting around. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but we had a small child running back and forth and jumping off the bed on the floor above us until late into the night.

They had messed up our reservations for two kings and a Sofa, the accomodated us by giving us two rooms....one with two queens, and one with one King. My two big boys had their own room and beds. They were so excited.

Got good AAA rate and good room in location requested. Staff was polite. Room in good condition for price. Internet speed could use improvement but was stable on both wireless and on in room ethernet jack. Bug TV with good selection of HD channels. Couldn't hear much nice from airport. No pool but nearby community pool with about $10 admission for non residents. Nice location but easy to miss from I-70 exit. Area roads be confusing without GPS navigation. Parking lot fills up quickly when hotel is at or near capacity and I'm not even sure if it was taken by other guests or just visitors of them. Had to park in lot behind Embassy Suites next door when getting back late and had to walk with luggage to that lot after checkout. Was not informed of this lot when I checked in. Asked for 2PM extended checkout for Choice Privileges members but the latest they could give me (or would give me) was noon even after calling the Choice Privileges service center and even then I was bothered by housekeeping at about 10:50AM on checkout day despite the do not disturb sign on door. No one at front desk at checkout so I just left my key on the counter with several others. Can't comment on breakfast, workout room, conference rooms, or airport shuttle since I didn't use any of those.

Love, love, love this hotel!! Went away with girlfriends to a scrapbook convention. The room was very nice sized with plenty of room to spare and very clean! The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. We also rented the conference room to scrapbook in. It had plenty of room for 10 people to have their own 6ft. table. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Definitely will use this hotel again when we go to the conference next spring!

Pros: Great location, it looks like it’s been newly renovated, rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave, shuttle runs 24/7 and was on time. Computers for boarding passes. Cons: If possible stay on the second floor or ask if they have rooms with no occupants next door. I could hear everything our neighbors said. Luckily they turned in early. We were on the first floor near an exit which seemed like the agreed upon smoking area. And there was quite a bit of noise from the loading dock of an adjacent business.
