We stayed here because we were dropping a family member off at the airport the following day.
Pros:
Our room was clean
Breakfast was good
Free parking
Cons:
Room was rather oddly shaped, which made it difficult for 3 people to sit together to watch TV.
There was no hot water for our morning showers. At that point, it was too late to do anything about it, so we had cold showers. I informed the desk clerk about it when we left and she promised to deduct 50% from our stay, however, she failed to do so and I had to contact Hilton in order to get the credit.
The manager’s reception was rather pathetic: one little bowl of chips and salsa. We didn’t stay around to check on the drink offerings.
A bit of traffic advice: the entrance to the hotel is immediately south of I70, so if you’re exiting from the interstate, keep to the right. If you’re coming from the north, you’ll need to get over to the far right and deal with traffic exiting I70. If you miss the turn, you’ll have to loop around and come back from the north. If you’re north bound on Lindbergh, you will have to pass over I70 and make the loop back south because there’s no left turn into the hotel road. I don’t believe there’s an Embassy Suites sign at the turn-in, so it’s easy to miss.

The night of our arrival, the hotel had only one working elevator. The hotel was busy and there were so many guests waiting to get on the elevator. We decided to take the stairs to the sixth floor only to find loud neighbors, the beds had a bad body odor. The front desk gave us a cleaner room on the second floor. There’s a limited number of parking spaces available. My little ones did enjoy the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious.

Dear MerlinaC20, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It truly disappoints us to hear your stay did not go as smoothly as we had intended. We only want the best for our valued guests and members, and clearly we missed the mark this time. We've shared the key points you highlighted with our team to use as training tools and step up our service delivery. We will continue to focus our efforts, and we hope the next time you are in the area you will allow us a second chance to deliver the stay you deserve.

Pool reservations made in advance 12 ppl max at time. A party of 14 stayed for hours unreserved and made my family reservation time anxious because they were very rowdy and staff didn’t do anything about it. Pool was closed during part of stay because chemical imbalance. Housekeeping is by request, and when requested the night before, didn’t actually get to my room until 8pm to clean it because the only person working was cleaning check ins first and other rooms in my hall had trash and dirty towels piled up waiting to be serviced. Understaffed for sure. One bartender servicing the bar and “restaurant “ which was actually a glorified cafeteria. I wish I had chosen a different hotel instead

Lots of housekeeping issues with this hotel:
1) Forget about extra cleaning in the times of COVID, this hotel doesn’t believe in regular cleaning. Bubble gum on carpet in the room, stains on wall and couch, very dusty carpet ( doesn’t seem like it has been vacuumed in months) , dirty corridors and dirty elevators.
2) There are sanitizer dispensers next to the elevator and in the breakfast space, but they were empty and no one refilled them even once during our 3 day stay
3) We requested cleaning of our room thrice during our stay, the front desk promised we were on their list to clean rooms, but no one showed up.
4) Breakfast is very minimalistic, no milk, no bread, no bagels or even cereal.
5) No towels available at any time. Whenever you go up to the front desk to get a towel, they say they will be getting them in a couple of hour.

So few staff I could remember everyone of them through a 5 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to request more than two towels for the week, the service line for house keeping never followed through with requests. The poor (and only) bar tender doubled as waiter running alone between the bar and kitchen to deliver food leaving it unattended for large swaths. We were put on a "waiting list" to get sheets replaced after we arrived when I found what looked to be blood stains on the ones provided. We had to nag to get trash taken (we traveled with an infant and just wanted to ensure diapers were not stinking up the room or public trash cans (of which there were so few it wasn't an issue). Even after we finally got all the trash emptied they never came back with sheets or towels but they did take our towels leaving us with almost none. The provided pillows were little more than throw pillows. Shower grout was black in many places showing it's lack of cleaning and the caulking was piled on like they made a regular staff member do it instead of a plumber. With the bedroom door closed to our suite the temperature soared even in the relative cool nights of December. Many of the vending machines were broken and the coolers in the convenience shop were also out of order.

The room climate control DID NOT WORK. Upon arrival I was not given the standard welcome bag for a Honors traveler. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:20 AM on my departure date to ask me if she could clean my room. And the DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging on the door.

I arrive to check in my room at 3:15 I was told that I couldn’t check in for another 30 minutes because my room wasn’t done. Once I got up to the room there was items left from the previous guest, the floors was not vacuumed and the room was just not cleaned up to Hilton standards. I will not stay at this hotel ever again and I recommend anyone else not to

Room not ready until hours after check in time.
If you are traveling with more than 2 people get extra towels when you check in. Only two are provided in the room and they will run out.
If you will need to sleep on the sofa bed get those sheets when you check in and they will run out.
Breakfast ran out of bowls and plates. Had to eat food out of a coffee mug. Tables for breakfast were not bussed. You may have to bus a table to sit and eat.
One of the two elevators was constantly breaking down so you only had one for entire hotel.

Arrival and check in went smooth. We had 4 people in a room with 3 towels. Our group was in for a sports weekend so we would be showering and asked for 5 more towels, 3 were brought up. Very dated rooms with mold in the caulking of the shower. Asked for more towels on day 2 they NEVER came. Rooms doors you have to push up on the handle not down which would have saved a trip to the desk. Breakfast was ok but not up to a usualy Embassy Suites. 1 cooking with LONG line. no idea what was offered at the grill besides eggs. Even the staff was complaining about being short staffed..Breakfast was also a wait and did not start ontime. The pool is very small and was drained on Saturday AM and not opened till after 5pm. I happy hour bartender was friendly and decent, the "snacks" was chips and salsa and the poor bartender was the one taking care of everything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and will most likely avoid Embassy suites in the future its not worth the extra money.

Room Tip:Â noise from airport, large parking lot, sketchy walking to anywhere nearby(lots of homeless)

It was from 5:30-7:30 pm Monday thru Thursday
They have a bar menu and prepare those items on site. While we did not eat there, we saw several others who ordered and their food looked good - i.e. hamburgers, wings, etc. Breakfast is the typical Embassy Suites hot breakfast with made to order eggs, omelettes, etc.
The hotel itself has it’s own parking lot and security on the grounds. The hotel can give you access to the parking lot with your room key.
When we stayed there in April the parking was free. My husband came in around 11:30 PM and they picked him up although it did take a while everything was fine with the time. I would contact the hotel directly to confirm that they would be able to take you at that time just to make sure.
Depending on the side they place you, you are able to view planes as they ascend. You probably will need to inquire for that specific area to allow the view.
