We've been going at the Hampton for years and it's been the Hotel to go to. Always great staff happy and very nice. Great housekeeping, just amazing service. Keep doing what you've been doing, because you are worth it! Too bad the guest on the next room were noisy in the morning we had to leave, else it's very quite.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed three nights in Traverse City at the Hampton Inn and had a perfect experience especially considering all the COVID precautions that are in place. We stayed in room 425 which is a very nice King Bed room with all the amenities we’ve come to expect from a Hilton Property. The morning breakfast is a Grab ‘n Go box with 2 eggs, Bagel and Cream cheese, Yogurt and Orange Juice. Basically everything I eat at home for breakfast so that all was great. Sue at the front desk is super nice, eager and helpful and seemed to always be there regardless of the time. Kathy also is a great hard worker handling the morning breakfast like a boss! The hotel is right across the street from the Bay so a really nice location and within walking distance to many nice restaurants. Highly recommend!

This seemed to be a nice place but for the money it was a disappointment. I asked for towels at least 3 times and NEVER got any. The bathroom door is right across from bed and didn’t close for privacy 😟. The air was spotty… it turned stuffy every night and LOTS of weird noises. Would not go back! And the frig wasn’t big enough for anything hardly.

Only issue was no room Available at check in. Had to wait over an hour after 4 pm and had to take a room on second floor which was not what I selected on app at check in. The front desk said they were short staffed and had no estimate on how long I would have to wait. With 2 kids and a long drive, we wanted to check in at the guaranteed time of 4 pm. Other than check in, the hotel was great.

Wedding reserved the rooms. This room was small and expensive. The hot tub was down as well as ice machines. For the price we were unable to use the accommodations. They checked us in late , but allowed others to go in early.
