We stayed here with the family for three nights. The staff and the hotel are very nice. The food is great, locally sourced and the atmosphere was very nice. Because it was summer, every day newly wedded couples would appear in the hotel premises: the restaurant, the pool, the garden to take professional pictures. We heard they pay the hotel to do this but it was quite an unpleasant experience to see every day during our stay more than ten couples coming and going in their taxedos and night gowns to take their pictures while you are trying to swim or enjoy yourself in the pool area.
The worst part of our experience was in our last night, when a bachelorette party was taking place inside the pool area. This is a small hotel and the rooms are around the hotel. The music was incredibly loud and we could not sleep the entire night. That was not only disturbing but also unprofessional. After complaining to the staff, they were understanding and friendly enough not to charge us for that night.

The hotel is located in the Serbian enclave of Gracanica near Pristina. It has extremely friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are simply furnished, clean and everything was functional. Rooms also have a balcony or terrace.
Breakfast is kept relatively simple, but is perfect for getting full. The coffee is really good, as is the freshly squeezed orange juice. On request, eggs are prepared fresh.
The hotel has a late night bar service. There is also a swimming pool and a garden to relax in. In front of the house is a parking lot. Prices are very reasonable.
This hotel I like to visit again and can also recommend it.

Reliable, clean hotel with spaceous rooms with balconys. Helpful service.
The breakfast is great, bread, spreads, cold cuts, fruit, eggs… the staff prepares your eggs/bacon as you wish. Amazing morning coffee!
Taxi from the center should be 11-13 EUR.
We took a taxinto the Albi Shopping Mall for 4,50 EUR.

The pool didn’t look too clean, we did not have time to swim, though.
The only downside for us was the mattress in the double bed. It was like a ”bouncing castle” experience. When my teenager turned I was bouncing up and down on the other side of the bed. Woke me up every time he turned.

Lovely hotel, the most enjoyable from all the hotels I have been in Kosovo.
I liked the concept of the hotel, which promote tolerance between the different religions and ethnic groups of Kosovo.
Rooms are simple, a bit spartan, poor on amenities, but very large and comfortable bed.
The staff is nice and friendly and food is nice too.
Nice swimming pool and beautiful view.
One thing that MUST be change (and I regret I forgot to tell it to the people who run the place) is the soap in the shower. It is horrible. I have no idea where they get it, but from around the 1,000 hotels I have stayed in my life so far, this is by far the worst body soap I have ever seen.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my daughter as part of a volunteering trip from the UK to a local dog shelter. Close to the airport, check in really easy even after midnight. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic, the flavours were so good! Pool was lovely and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. What makes the hotel is the staff though, they were brilliant with my daughter and nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and just fantastic customer service no matter which staff member you spoke too. I’ll certainly be back soon. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

I came to Kosovo for a volunteer trip to help Pristina dog shelter through the charity “underdog international”
All I can say is “amazing!!!” The rooms were clean, the bed so comfortable, the food was home cooked and so delicious and the staff were the most welcoming, helpful and polite people I’ve come across. It was such an amazing stay that I’m already looking for dates to come back! 10000% recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place full of charm, quiet, beautiful architecture, the rooms are spacious with a large terrace and views of the countryside. Comfort. The staff is smiling and attentive. A delicious homemade breakfast. The interior of the common area is tastefully decorated. A very good address in Kosovo, we would come back with pleasure. We recommend+++

I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at this wonderful little hotel recently and loved it. Beautiful view of the nearby farms and hills and a nice spring-fed mineral pool. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and lawn area. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good and the dinners were wonderful. The food was excellent and a highlight of the stay. I fell in love with their homemade ajvar! This hotel is a gem and I would gladly stay there again if I return to Kosovo.

The hotel was amazing up until last year, which is 2014.
This year the staff are not synchronized with one another. They feel rather obligated to work, lazy to work, don't appreciate and understand how to function hospitality and they come back with a very bad attitude when you ask them to serve you. I have personally left a ton of cash there past two years.
They have no loyalty program, to the loyal customers. It really depends on the mood of the workers there and they are not trained at all. They speak the third lang that no one understands.
They have a very bad attitude and do not recognize although they have a bad reputation within the (UN institutions) in terms of their own "reputation" they do not appreciate the nice clients that go there.
It will bite them on a higher level. Very poor staff, not helpful at all, yet with a very bad attitude. Maybe the labor is not treated properly in terms of pay, and they don't care about the reputation of the hotel or how they look at particular clients. Very poorly handled, unfortunately! I guess its a higher demand now, so the service it has lowered the capacity. It should be the opposite. Last year people didn't know much, and this is why i suppose it was more of a positive environment.

If you have ever been to Prishtina, Kosovo then you know how busy it is - lots of people, cars, traffic. But the moment you step outside and take a quick drive outside the city to Gracanica and Hotel Gracanica you are in a whole different world. The atmosphere, surroundings, view, architecture, hospitality and food are all top notch.

My colleagues and I just spent two days in a staff retreat at the hotel. We ate the weekend brunch, worked from one of their conference rooms, took walks around the property and sipped machiattos by the pool. We could not have asked for better.
