Detailed Reviews
I recently stayed for one week in a Queen 1 bedroom and it was fabulous. The entire hotel staff was lovely, so friendly and customer service focused and this makes all the difference! Overall, it was a generous sized space and I enjoyed having a full couch, overlooking the back woods on the property with television also within easy viewing, full kitchen including large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and coffee maker, with cookware, cutlery etc. There was a full laundry room that I did not use. It’s so rare to find all of these amenities available in a hotel space of this price. The room also had several lamps of various sizes providing generous warm lighting, excellent quality linens and a very comfortable bed, located in a separate space from the main living area, with a door. The bathroom was nicely designed, excellent lighting for make up application and wall to wall mirror, sink separate from shower and toilet. The room was very quiet, I had a next door neighbor, but only heard the person coming and going from the front door. So many hotels have paper thin walls and thankfully this was not the case. It was nice to have a take away breakfast available at the front desk until I could receive my grocery delivery. Netflix, Showtime and other internet TV services were available, along with cable, and there was a second TV in the bedroom. Uber Eats and Door Dash offered many delivery choices and grocery delivery is available through Instacart or Amazon/Whole Foods. The hotel is located near two grocery stores, various retail, and several restaurants, but the property sits back far enough from the main road to be very quiet as a whole. I highly recommend Residence Inn Westford to anyone, staying for any reason.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, with a fireplace, windows that open, AC, kitchen/living room and each bedroom had its own TV and bathroom. Perfect for up to 6 people if the couch opens. We didn’t try. The continental breakfast was delicious. It’s sad that some guests leave the tables so dirty and don’t even put their used paper plates/utensils on the trash. But the staff was keeping up with it. The smell of food on the hallways is not very pleasant but it’s not the hotel’s fault since they offer rooms with microwaves and even stoves…but everything else was perfect. My only suggestion is that the bathrooms be updated in the future! The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Restaurants, CVS, Panera, 5 guys, Asian food, Kimball Farm, 18min from Devens (for the soccer crowd),etc. The indoor pool is nice, as is the outdoor courtyard by the pool with tables, fire-pit and outside heaters! The kids liked the basketball court. The parking lot is all around the hotel, and they have a fee spots with electric cars chargers. They have a snack market with some limited but conveniente beverages/food/meds options by the front desk. They also have a gym room and a guest laundry room. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. I am under the impression you have to request clean towels if your stay is short. We will come back!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Residence Inn Westford and were particularly impressed by their responsive customer service. When we first checked in, we did not get a great room (our room had a view straight into a wall and air conditioning unit). The next morning, we requested a better room and they gave us another option with a much better view which was great. One small drawback was that they still had not started back up their breakfast buffet. They did have some food options that you could pick up each morning from the front desk. On one morning, my wife was asked if they had soy milk instead of regular milk and one of the front desk employees actually offered to go to a grocery store and deliver some later that morning to our room. We were both very impressed by that and wanted to say thanks again for that great service! The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable as well,

Stay two nights for a business trip in the area. Well some areas of the hotels seem to have been improved since the last time we were there, carpet in the Corredor‘s and new paint on the walls, our room which was a two bedroom suite was lacking. Both toilets had dark rust stains which were very unappealing. Gas fireplace did not work and when we called the front desk we were told there was no one there who could assist with getting it up and running. Pillows were beyond uncomfortable. Window screens were bent. Kitchen was in need of a makeover with cabinets chipped and ready to fall off hinges. My guess is they figure you were at the office all day so who cares but when you are working in the room it definitely makes a difference. One positive was complementary breakfast was well organized and there was a very friendly, hard-working woman who was making sure everything was fresh. Property definitely needs some attention and hopefully they will put some effort into it.

Second week within 60 days and the staff and accommodations gets worse. Traveling as a care giver for my granddaughter as my DIL works for a local company. Since November we have heard every excuse as to why the pool was not in operation. Every staff member had a different lie. One day, the front desk manager call a nearby sister prop to gain permission for me and a toddle to use their facilities. After I drove 20 miles there, the manager at the sister hotel stated that no one called him. After I was able to produce that actual name of the staff member he allowed me to stay. Our suite doesn’t have the proper utilities to use the kitchen and when asking for pots and pans and dishes, we are told many reason why we can’t get any. The table in the dining area is barely standing. We can’t get room service and have to empty our own waste cans. They expect top dollar and not offering services or amenities. Never again!

We are a family of five with young children, and we stayed at this hotel for two months due to having to vacate our home under awful circumstances. The entire staff were wonderful, and so supportive while we were dealing with so much stress! It meant a lot to know they cared, they really went above and beyond. The entire front desk team at various times helped us cope with hotel living; Star, Amy, Kyle, and Julie all were looking out for us. The housekeeping staff did more than keep us comfortable, they all had kind words and smiles for the kids daily; they loved seeing Courtney, Kelly, Dell, Rose, Elvia, Brooke, and Steven on their rounds! Even the breakfast kitchen staff were lovely, the gentleman who cooked breakfast during the week was always kind and helpful when I had my hands full. All in all it was a very hard time for our family, but I'll always be thankful it was this hotel we wound up at for it. What lovely people!

Response from Michael Lessard, General Manager at Residence Inn Boston Westford
Responded 12 Feb 2024
Good day, Thank you so much for staying with us during this very stressful time in your family's life. Traveling with a large family can be stressful, however being forced to leave your home for months can be almost too much to handle. It was our sincere pleasure to help you, and your lovely family, make the best of the situation. We are so grateful you choose to stay with us and allow us to be your home away from home. Everyone on the team was grateful to have been mentioned, by name, in your heart-warming review...thank you! From all of us here at the hotel, we wish you and your family a safe and enjoyable rest of the year. Please feel free to stop by anytime as you will always have friends here. We hope your next trip to the hotel will be a stress free one and one in which you are back to use the pool. Sincerely, Michael L. General Manager Residence Inn by Marriott Westford

Sadly the location is the best quality of this Marriott. It is understaffed and dirty. The third floor, where most long term guests are residing smells like old food in the hallways. Staff turn over is constant and accountability is minimal. We have been here on a work project for multiple months. The room is neglected and not cleaned regularly.
Shower door panels not touched, toilet not cleaned and linen service not weekly.
It’s a shame Marriott allows this poor quality to reflect their outstanding brand.
As a lifetime Elite Bonvoy Platinum member, we are disappointed with this hotel and will be re-evaluating future Marriott stays.

I cannot say enough about the eagerness to serve from the entire staff. This is difficult to do in today's climate of "hard to find workers." You would not know it at this hotel. They are all working so hard to take care of their guests. They all have wonderful attitudes as they are so responsive. I have never "moved" into a hotel before for several months, and these people make me feel as much as home as I possibly could be!

If it wasn't for the location we would have bailed. We came 3200 miles and spent Six nights to spend time with family in the area for the holiday. Two room/Two bath. Upon arrival both rooms were subpar. Bathroom toilets dirty, hair on floor. Kitchen cabinets dirty and empty. Dishes were in the dishwasher to be "sterilized". The DW was full of unwashed dirty dishes. We had to run the cycle. Housekeeping upon request with 24 hour notice. We just got towels from front desk. Even the front of fridge was filthy. Breakfast food was limited and very disappointing. We opted to eat out. I understand the current staffing and Covid issues, but come on! SOMEONE needs to walk the property and have some followup! The BBQ outside the lobby window had dirty utensils next to it the entire time we were there. Finally the snow covered them. We are Platinum members. By far the worse Marriott experience to date.

Lovely quiet hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast was substantial. There were a few glitches like internet connection but staff helped to correct the situation. Kyle was absolutely fantastic. The hotel no longer has a computer and printer to use and I wanted to print my boarding passes. Kyle went above and beyond in patiently assisting and I was able to get my passes.
The location is appealing as it sits back off the road. There is a shopping area with grocery store, restaurants and some stores within about a quarter of a mile. The exterior is also clean and well landscaped. The re is a pool, basketball courts, outdoor grills and an outdoor seating area.

I'm really not sure, but they do have 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and that's what we had. It was big & really nice.
The breakfast buffet changes hot items each day. There is usually something like sausage patties or bacon at the hot stand along with either eggs or pancakes or breakfast burritos, but unless you ask a manager, you probably wouldn't know too far in advance which hot options will be offered. Usually on most days you can get hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit.
