Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for one night while on a college visit. Property seems to be fairly new or recently renovated so there is none of the old smells and run down rooms. But this is where niceties end.

When we reserved the room we indicated that there will be 4 of us, so one would assume that the number of towels in the room would be equal to the number of people staying and the person overnight on the front desk who introduced himself as an owner said that there should be 4 sets of towels in the room. Alas there were only 2. When I came down to ask for more I was told that there will be none until 8am. I mean I guess the place could be busy but still no clean towels on hand? So at 8am before we left for the tour I was expecting to get a set of towels... I am waiting still... One of the EV charging stations was broken too but I can't complain about that much although it just adds to the bad taste ...

This is a good solid hotel and represents the Marriott chain well. Came here after spending a night in another nearby Marriott property that was a complete failure.

Location is ideal for anyone doing business in the Route 128 area.

The public spaces and rooms are clean and well equipped.

Only a few complaints:
1. Parking is $6 a night which seems excessive for a suburban location with a large outdoor lot. They can make sure only guests stay there without charging this much.

2. Hotel is right next to an interstate highway and windows are not as soundproof as they could be

3. TV in my room kept glitching with the picture freezing every 1-2 minutes for about 10 seconds. The remote was also missing the battery cover, as if it had just been removed to replace the batteries and someone forgot to replace it.

The hotel has been updated and is clean. The pool is small, but nice fitness center. The bartender was friendly and gave us free water bottles. I was surprised that the hotel charges $14 for parking when it’s located outside the city. That’s a first for me! At least should be complimentary for Marriott Bonvoy card holders. The complimentary breakfast needs more variety and should add muffins, danishes and bananas to their menu. Planning on staying there again at the end of September so let’s see if they make some changes.

Me and my family visited after a 3 day trip in Boston decided to extend our stay we changed to this hotel.... Terrible move, we should've came home that day. Me and my fiance and sister felt all extremely unwelcomed, like we were lower class people and anything I asked felt like we were a headache to the staff. We were looking to relax after our short getaway and this was not an environment for it. My son fell hit his head at the pool lost the room key in the mix and after being treated a certain way I was done asking for anything. We had no wash cloths in the room I asked seemed like a hassle, no towels in the pool it was a hassle to ask the front desk. Horrible experience wish we headed home and saved out money. Not family friendly. More business

This place is newer but they cut corners very quietly that become immediately obvious . Your better off staying down the street at the Hampton inn. The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was the most disappointing I have ever seen . There was bagels , cereal and for the hot version a poorly crafted cheese and bacon bit English muffin . The front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending . Had an issue with entry into the room and the woman at the front desk gave us a hard time . When she finally came up she made it into an issue when it didn’t have to be . When asked why she was behaving this way she only said I’m sorry you feel that way because she could care less .More training needs to be involved for the front staff with customer service . The pool is very tiny they designed it in last clearly because it’s barely even a pool. This hotel is always disguised as two hotels but it’s one on the left and the other on the right but you get the same bad breakfast and poor customer service if you stay at both of them . Contacted
Marriot customer care and they did nothing to resolve the issue said someone would reach out and no one ever did . They then followed up with their own email because nobody front the hotel has reached out . Overall poor experience with this hotel and Marriott which usually has great customer service but this hotel is not worth the visit .

A newer property with two flags under one roof. Parking lot has ample number of spaces. Lobby and public spaces are bright and clean. Room was nearly arranged and has ample space; Fairfield's model includes a living area and sleeping area. Blinds on window kept everything dark through the night. The hotels' location is near the highway, maybe too near; fortunately I'm a heavy sleeper and slept through the passing traffic on I-95/128

Hotel is very clean. The room was in great shape. Good work housekeeping team. I was bummed that they didn’t have a wine opener I could borrow especially since I know the residence inn side of the place has them, but the bed was very comfortable and as mentioned house keeping really did a great job. Thank you

I travel often for work and never have I stayed in a hotel that was so loud inside from the highway. I have a corporate rate for this hotel and haven’t previously been given a room on the highway side until this trip. It’s awful. They need to renovate all of the rooms on the highway side with sound proof glass or stop using them. Aside from the room noise, the hotel is clean, well decorated and good for the business traveler.

We stayed at this property when it opened a few years ago and it was great. In a short time it has gone down hill. Common areas are dirty and it lacks for amenities. Breakfast was worse than a cheap motel. Definitely not up to Marriott standards. The pool was completely closed (drained, no water) which we wish we had known beforehand as our kids were hoping to swim. The highway is very loud even for a deep sleeper. Charged $6 night for parking which seems absurd given that no one would park there unless they’re staying at the property.
Pros: great location for easy highway access. Beds are comfortable. Mini fridge in room.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Maine and booked it again on the way back as we liked it. The rooms are very clean and it offered a warm breakfast, which was delicious the first stay (biscuits with egg/bacon/cheese), but disappointing the second time (potato cakes which did not taste great) - but that did not bother us much.
The hotel is best suited for short stays though, as it is right next to the high way (you won't hear the traffic though) and has a very small swimming pool only.
Would stay again if in the Boston area, it's only 30 minutes to town from there, which is convenient.
