Detailed Reviews
We were disappointed in this location. Our bathroom had grime around the molding, a rust stain on the shower tile and most troublesome, the toilet did not consistently function. It would not always flush and the sound of it running kept us up. We called it toilet roulette because you never knew the outcome. The uncomfortable mattress and pillows also kept us up. There was also grime on the nightstand, which I had to use my own Clorox wipes to clean. Breakfast was a pile of paper bags and apples, cereal, water and coffee. If this was a covid precaution, money is better spent on disinfecting rooms! There were also beer cans strewn in the parking lot. The public restroom had no toilet paper. This is a hard no. Disappointed as Marriott elite members.

+1
We stayed three nights here and upon arrival were surprised to see quite a lot of construction in the lobby area. I felt bad for the employees manning the hotel reception "desk". They were often not available as they were also trying to keep the breakfast foods filled and cleaned up. That was too much for one employee!
What was once the exercise area was being used for the morning breakfast area so - no workouts here. I was surprised that the nightly rate was not reduced due to all the construction and lack of normal amenities.
Our room was in very nice shape, thankfully. Newly renovated and well equipped. A spacious living space and shower. I appreciated the shelving units across from the sink for storage. As always - we had to remove the duvet that Marriott insists on using in its hotels (MUCH too hot) and fuss with the thermostat to get the room cooled down. The hot water at the sink did not get even warm. The hot water in the shower worked fine though.

Pros: Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff. Nice fresh scrambled eggs and bagels at breakfast.
Cons: (maybe I’m picky). Breakfast had no bread for toast. There was a good variety of cereals, but no milk or bowls. The coffee was gone, only decaf left, and the only creamers were hazelnut. There was one tiny bar of soap in the room which went back & forth between the sink and the shower. And the hair dryer needs an upgrade.

I hesitated writing a review until I head from the management of this property after voicing my concerns. I received a general answer from the assistant manager saying that my concerns would be brought to the attention of the appropriate people. I would think that she was the appropriate person. There was no apology. Having stayed here many times before, I was shocked at the current condition of the property. I cleaned the room, which had dried beverage stains on the furniture, with my own disinfectant wipes.. The toilet bowl would not flush. We reported the problem and it was never fixed. We were told no one is available on the weekends to fix things. My husband had to put his hand in the tank of the toilet bowl to flush it and then used a paperclip to try to repair it himself. The garbage strewn about the outside of the property was never picked up during our stay (vodka bottles, etc.). The parking lot at the entrance to the hotel is filled with garbage. The pillows are awful and the towels are paper thin. There was only one small bar of hand soap, so it had to be brought back and forth from the shower. Due to Covid restrictions, I understand the breakfast precautions. However, the breakfast sandwiches are in one small refrigerator with a glass front. You can't see what's in there. because of the placement of the sandwiches. The result is that each person touches each sandwich before choosing what they want. I witnessed this each morning. An easy solution to this is to have a wrapper from each of these taped to the clear door, indicating which sandwich is located on which self (there are only 3 types of sandwiches).. There are instructions for using the coffee and tea machines. Again these are Covid precautions which are an attempt on the part of the hotel. However, in my observations, not one guest followed these instructions. Finally, I attempted to help another guest find her room, #414. It was nowhere to be found. We were ultimately told that "last week" teenagers were here and changed the room number signs. In an entire week, those number signs were not fixed. In short, this hotel needs immediate attention paid to it.

Look no further and stay at the Fairfield Inn. I’ve stayed here in the past and here is a current review of the hotel. (It had been renovated 3 years ago). King size bed is extremely comfortable with great pillows that won’t break your neck. Large room with new rugs and nice layout. Refrigerator and microwave included. Extremely clean and all protocols for COVID-19 are followed. Great shower with strong water pressure and large towels that actually wrap your body. Staff and service is extremely attentive. Should be rated at least 3 -4 stars. Definitely stay here when visiting the area.

We were asked if we wished housekeeping during our five-day stay. We agreed, even though we were told that they would only occur every other day. On day three, housekeeping ignored our room. When I went to the desk that evening when I got back, they apologized and promised that they would service the room the next day.
They did not. Three of us spent five nights in a hotel room without anyone ever removing towels or trash.
This seems like a small thing, but it was a significant inconvenience. Our room simply did not have sufficient places to hang towels, and the two garbage containers were very small. So by the end of the trip we were surrounded by damp towels and bins overflowing with waste.
We will be traveling to the Lowell/Lawrence area again. We will not make the mistake of staying here again, and I hope you do not, either. If management has decided that they simply cannot afford the staff necessary to replace towels and waste bins (and there seemed to be a lot of staff hanging around in the mornings), then they should warn potential guests of the 'no housekeeping' policy.

Stay away from this hotel. I think some of the good reviews are made up. They are doing serious construction in their first floor and it is dusty and loud. Construction workers are in the breakfast area measuring and discussing their plans while guests are having their breakfast. Many things are just bad about this hotel: 1) rooms are outdated unlike as advertised ( no central air but a huge old AC in the wall), 2) one elevator in the building so you can wait for like 5 min for it to arrive 3) Breakfast is horrible and only served 6-9am! bad quality food. The woman in charge does not care to keep the area clean and tidy. 4) They don’t tell you they’re doing construction beforehand and only found out as we got there.5) The location is pretty far out from the city and pricey for what you get. 6) The manager was unfriendly and gave me a bit of an attitude when I said i wasn’t happy for not being notified about the construction work. 7) bathroom in the lobby area had shower gel to be used as a hand soap. This place is a scam and does not make you feel welcomed or comfortable staying here.

The staff was very good for the most part. The young lady at the front desk in a leg cast was very professional, helpful and friendly.
We stayed in room 317, the one with the broken window you can see from the parking lot. The room wa very damp, towles would not dry. When we returned home after 4 nights the clothes in our suitcases were still damp. The lobby also had a damp, musty smell and the lobby doors were open most of the time during the day.
The breakfast room has very limited seating. The one day we went to breakfast there were no plates. Though there was plenty of food to choose from.
We have stayed in this hotel in the past and do not remember any issues, but we will not stay here in the future.

It would be our almost perfect stay, except some neighbors who decided to have a late heated discussion until 1 am. But, I am afraid, that most of the hotels have a very thin walls- builders trying to save some money.
We were welcomed with a big smile by Reception desk personnel. The room was cleaned and cozy. There is a nice continental breakfast-nothing big and spectacular but it can fill-you up in our opinion. The coffee, tea is served at the front desk all the time.
The surrounding area is kind of rundown, but at least close to highway for easy to get in and out. We did not hear much of noise traffic passing by.

First the positives, close to the highway, with ample parking, and professional staff. The rooms are clean but a bit small. The negatives waited more than 20 minutes to check-in, the one person on the desk had to deal with a woman in a hurry who insisted she had a reservation and eventually figured out she was at the wrong hotel. The front desk person stayed calm and professional throughout the 20 minute ordeal a second person on the desk and we would have been checked-in in seconds.
There were no sanitizing wipes in the room, the TV remote wasn’t bagged (as in other Marriotts), there was a rust stain on the floor under the toilet and mold on the ceiling in the shower. I would have let them know when I checked out, but there was nobody at the desk when we left.

Sorry, I have no idea
We do not have a bar on property and are many options near by. Thanks.
I would just call and ask. I know there is a shuttle but I am not sure where it goes.
