We stayed one night with rewards points. The hotel is new, very clean and beds were comfortable. Cons: Hard to locate entrance. Parking was $15 👎🏻 Pool is very small. My teenage boys decided to skip it. Breakfast was the standard fare, but juice machine was not working properly & there were no scrambled eggs. Incidental charge was $100, which seemed steep for a hotel of this type. I would stay again because of the cleanliness and comfort, but I would search other options, too.
Nice hotel. Good value. Good location. Nice rooms. Great workout room. Breakfast included and nice breakfast area. Also has a bar with fireplace as well for the evening. Area around hotel pleasant. Would recommend. Good service. Soft beds
Nice, clean, room. Stayed one night. Flew in late from Boston Logan Airport. Location easy to get to. Check in was great! Bed was comfortable. Only con was had to pay for parking $15.00. Breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again.
The Holiday Inn Express Boston Logan Airport Revere is by far the finest and most beautiful hotel of the Holiday Inn Express brand my wife and I have ever stayed at. Obviously, this is a very new hotel. When entering the hotel lobby, the hallways and the luxuriously appointed rooms we had the feeling of staying at a 4- to 5-star hotel. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The furniture was modern and of high quality. In the room we didn’t hear any noise at all neither from the airport, nor from the street, nor from neighboring hotel rooms. The rooms are large enough for two people. The hotel is located in a nice area. The metro station to downtown Boston is conveniently located, it is only a five minute walk to reach the station. You can easily reach the center of Boston within 15 minutes from this metro station. The entire hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel for one night, the next day we needed to take the hotel airport shuttle which is free of charge. We needed to reach our flight back to Germany. We reserved two seats for the hotel airport shuttle on the evening prior to our departure and everything worked out very well. We will definitely book this wonderful hotel again when visiting the Boston area next time.…
Very poor service for the duration of our stay. No housekeeping service for four days and no gratuitous offer for coffee, towels, etc. Zero. We had to ask the front desk multiple times. Moreover, the coffee in the lobby was routinely empty-- even after a blizzard snow storm when hot coffee would have been nice. Additionally, I was charged $15/day for "parking." There was no covered facility, security, etc. Pathetic. The hotel's snow removal attempts in the parking lot only further boxed in our vehicle with mounds of snow. The only bright spot of this visit was Scott on the morning breakfast buffet, M-F. He did an excellent job and was a friendly and pleasant conversationalist. The weekend buffet was a different story, however, and was fraught with a variety of annoying problems--constantly having to ask for food items to be replenished, empty coffee canisters, etc. Save yourself a headache and find another hotel in the area.…
This was an awesome hotel. It was easy to walk to the MBTA station to take the subway into downtown and that option is far cheaper than Uber or Lyft. Hotel is nice and still looks pretty new! Breakfast was great and had several options. Beds comfortable! Cons were that the walls are sort of thin and doors all slam loud. Also the blinking smoke detector right above the bed that flashes pretty bright all night. Overall, would stay here again
We were very pleased with this hotel stay. The hotel recently opened, so it still feels brand new. Everything is so modern and clean. We walked each morning to the T station which is only half a mile away. The breakfast selection is really good. It is nice to see full breakfast come back to hotels. The lobby has a beautiful fireplace and a bar. We used the exercise room and did not have time for the pool. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
The hotel itself is brand new. It's so beautiful. Very modern, crisp, clean. The aesthetics!!! The front desk staff is so nice. Johnathan helped me out a lot, and so did the night time gentleman when i locked myself out of the laundry home, lol. He was great. Scott, the chef was a ROCKSTAR!!! He made the best breakfast I've ever had while staying at a hotel. Carmen was so very kind. Bartender was really helpful. Everyone here is so great, truly. The rooms are a bit small but that doesn't bother. It's beautifully set up, 10 mins from the airport, and across the street from a target which was great. I'll definitely be back, hopefully within the next few months. Thank you for everything!
Overall good hotel close to the airport, nice area of town about two blocks away. Breakfast room is wonderful plenty of space. Several hot choices but definitely on the average side. Only regular coffee no decaffeinated. Nice soft bed did not like the pillows only a large foam one and a feather pillow.
Positives: Nice, clean, modern style hotel with friendly desk attendant. The bathroom was spacious and has a nice shower. Bed was comfortable. Negatives: Room was small. Two people cannot walk past each other anywhere in the room. Pillows flat. Refrigerator did not work. Construction site across the street on our side of the hotel with loud machinery early morning. Street traffic noise loud. If we stayed here again I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel that overlooks the water.
