We recently stayed here with an early AM flight out of Logan. My daughter and I met at So. Station because we now live in different states. We took the silver line to Logan and the hotel shuttle to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel and shuttle staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had to catch the 6AM shuttle to the airport; but the staff was kind enough to let us partake in the free breakfast they were setting up that is not generally available until 6AM. This is the perfect place to stay; especially if you are flying out of Logan!!! Having Margaritas Restaurant in the hotel is definitely a plus as well!!!
Rooms run down! Hotel isn't close to much. On site resturant is avg and on-site breakfast is also avg. Staff is friendly and shuttle to the airport is on point. Wish they had better food around the area and shuttles to mass Transit to get into town. You have to walk about 10-15 mins to get to the train.
really comfortable beds, very clean hotel and a great value if you are staying near Logan airport. the breakfast is included, parking is easy, and they do have a shuttle if you are going to/from the airport. everyone was very nice. the area isn't the greatest but for an easy, comfortable stay near the airport, I would stay there again.
We were traveling out West for a weeks vacation so decided to stay in Boston close to the airport for an early morning flight. This place was perfect. Very clean, friendly staff and sound proof room from the airport noise.
This was our second time at the Comfort Inn in Revere doing a Park, Sleep, and Fly. Also, the only air travel we've done in the last 2 years. The front desk's customer service was excellent, as was the shuttle driver. We have been very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay again when we have to fly. It is close to Logan and lower in cost than hotels closer to the airport. We also love that the restaurant, Margarita's is adjacent to the hotel. Love their food and margaritas!
We actually didn't even complete our stay due to family emergency, we left shortly after check in. But the staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean, would have been a nice stay for the airport. The general manager was helpful in giving me a future credit for my unfortunate departure. Will stay again. And the Mexican restaurant attached was delicious.
I have stayed in many Comfort hotels around the country and this is one of the best. Super clean, the staff was friendly, an overall very pleasant stay. I used points to stay here, but I was surprised at the $100 hold for incidentals as there is only a little snack shop on site. Not sure how anyone would charge $100 there. The breakfast crew was fantastic. Every choice is as hot, fresh, and they were constantly cleaning. We used the Wonderland T station right around the corner. So easy to get into Boston and much better than driving.
I've stayed in many Comfort Inns, but none that are so overall pleasant as this one. It deserves all the accolades it clearly receives here on Tripadvisior and elsewhere. I stayed for five nights in November 2021, when many hotels across the country were understaffed and working to restore service to pre-COVID levels. While I don't have any kind of an insider view, this hotel did not seem understaffed, nor did the staff seem overstressed or burned out. The staff and the property itself managed to convey a sense of abundance and welcome which extended to all aspects of our stay. It's difficult to run a large hotel, and this property is not small, with eight stories of lodging and clearly doing a booming business due to the proximity to Logan Airport. The building seems to be a custom design, not a stock Comfort Inn template. It has meeting space, a pool, a breakfast area, a lobby / sitting area, and a Mexican restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Although the building is not brand new (built in 2000), it appears to be well maintained and I found it at least as pleasant as new construction. Didn't spot any "deferred maintenance" here. It's a testament to how nice continual investment in a property can make a stay. Both our room and the common areas were clean. The small touches are on point: a digital flight status board for BOS keeps travelers updated, the on-site convenience store is fully stocked, even the plexiglass dividers that are up for COVID protection at the front desk have decorative elements that match with the rest of the property. I observed proper masking from all staff which was greatly appreciated. The hotel runs a fleet of at least four dedicated minibuses for shuttles to the airport. I am told that this runs at least every half hour 24/7. While I didn't use this service, I saw that the shuttle fleet was in good shape and there always seemed to be a shuttle waiting in position outside the front door. The hotel also has a few reserved parking spaces right by the door for Choice Privileges Gold and higher members. Parking is free for all during the stay. Our room was the King Bed Suite, which has a fixed partial divider separating the bedroom portion of the room from a nice seating area with a couch (with a fold-out bed) and a full size work desk. This layout was perfect for our needs, as it let me and my partner both work remotely with at least a little sound separation for calls. The internet is free, fast, and strong, plenty to support streaming or video meetings. There is a Chromecast setup for streaming Netflix/etc from a device to the room TV. Despite the proximity to the airport, there was no airport noise audible in our room. The room has a fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker (which we didn't use since there's 24/7 coffee in the lobby), abundant charging outlets, and refillable dispensers in the bathroom for hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is in-room recycling collection which is appreciated. One note of caution, especially for travelers with kids or vulnerable adults, is that the hot water is shockingly hot and can burn skin. Water temp is stable -- it's just that turning the faucet to a normal "mid-warm" temp results in water that is too hot to touch, while a "mid-cool" temp gives pleasant warm water. The shower is fantastic once you set the temp right. Breakfast is full and abundant with no apparent shortages, restored to pre-COVID levels. There are several hot items which change daily, such as scrambled eggs (the typical processed hotel kind, unfortunately), sausage, breakfast potatoes (very good!), french toast sticks, and pancakes, as well as a full spread of continental fare such as pastries, muffins, nice bagels / cream cheese, toast, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and more. The breakfast area was attentively staffed, cleaned throughout service, and items were refilled often, so even near the end of the breakfast period it was possible to have full choice of items. Breakfast was served with compostable plates and utensils, and the breakfast area had compost collection. I'd prefer real washable plates but this is a fair alternative in my book. I don't know the family that runs this hotel, but see from their website that they run one other independent property in Boston that also has 4.5 bubbles on Tripadvisor. They are clearly doing something right. I appreciate their explicit commitment to racial justice -- don't know anything about implementation (though they have listed several tangible things they intend to do, which is good), but even written statements including the one on this hotel's website help shift culture in a better direction, and I hope they are following through. It is clear that many staff here are invested in their work and want to do their best, which cannot be taken for granted. Regardless of the reasons, I think this hotel qualifies as the standard-bearer of Comfort Inns among the properties I've stayed at. Choice Hotels could do worse than inviting the folks in charge here to help mentor other properties in the Choice family. I'd stay here without a doubt if I'm back in Boston.…
A great experience using their sleep, park and fly package. We stayed there for both the departure night and the return flight night, left the car. Great friendly staff, fast shuttle 24/7 only about 10 minutes from Logan, large clean room and a nice hot breakfast included as well. We will definitely stay there when flying out of Boston.
Our JetBlue flight from Barbados was late so we missed our connection to LAX. JetBlue put us up at the Comfort Inn and we got our luggage into the shuttle service and got to the hotel. # couples were affected and also put up. The room was clean and had very basic amenities. Importantly since it was early in the morning and our new flight was also early we got some needed sleep in the quitet room. They had free wifi and a free buffet breakfast. The shuttle collected us easy and got us efficiently back to the airport. The shuttle drive had a great personality and made the early morning trip more pleasant.
