This intimate 12 room inn is located in Provincetown's west-end with views of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Herring Cove and Ptown's center are less then a mile in either direction. The Fox is the best of both worlds. Each room has it's own entrance and outside seating area plus the use of the main house with its beautiful dinning room and living room open to the guests from 8:00am to 9:00pm, also where a daily extended continental breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 and afternoon snacks throughout the day.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. By ordering your breakfast the day before, you will have a great start to your day. If you arrive late, they will text you so you are able to get into your room.

We were supposed to stay at another recommended B&B closer to town center but did not like the prices. I landed on the Foxberry Inn while searching for other accommodations and chose them after all of the positive reviews. Worst case scenario was we would only be staying three nights if it was a poor choice. Fast forward to check-out day and our stay could not have been more pleasurable and enjoyable from the rooms to the very welcoming staff! The king room was spacious and comfortable with everything from a stocked mini-bar to in-room snacks. However, the best-selling point for this Inn is the entire staff and owners. They go out of their way to make sure everything is ok, and the vibe was like everyone was one big happy family. There were also some repeat customers during our stay, and I can see why they returned. Jay, Johnny, Dan, etc. were great and I can't say enough about the breakfast. We had the hot breakfast each night and was never disappointed even when Johnny had to pivot from the selected menu. I hope you get to enjoy his blueberry scones and morning glory muffins. Walking to town center was easy but rides back at night could be tricky since some ride services ended early or the apps didn't respond. Not a game changer!…

Our room was #1 I was super cute and clean THE BATHROOM cute the shower cute oh and HOT WATER!!! I’m a bathing nut so to have super hot water like we have at home was everything!! Let’s not leave out how comfortable the bed is!!! I absolutely enjoyed showering then jumping into this fabulously comfortable bed. The breakfast you order the night before it’s a very neat system and Johny is a very good cook. Oh don’t miss out on the Happy Hour Jay is the host and again just a very pleasurable person to speak to. The walk to commercial st from Foxberry Inn is easy coupled with seeing people’s beautiful gardens along the way. I can’t say enough about Foxberry or PTown we had a blast!!! This is our second stay at the Foxberry Inn and I don't even look for an alternative when planning our trip to provincetown. This is the perfect mix of cute, clean, convenient and fun. The place is located outside of downtown but within minutes on bikes, which you can rent at a place 5 min walk away. The place is like a rainbow of colors with the paintings and flowers. The rooms are clean with all you need and a well appointed fridge, SUPER comfortable beds and THE softest bedding, very attentive cleaning staff. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with changing options every day for the savory picks. The garden has lounging chairs and hammocks to relax and the beach bar outfront serves frozen drinks in the afternoon to get you started before a night in town.... the ptown inn pool is walking distance from foxberry and perfect spot start your day sipping bubbles and watching people(;-)) while listening to good music. BUT the staff is really what makes the FOXBERRY INN so special. MATT the owner/manager , JAY and the rest of the crew make you feel at home and know all the secrets in town (even the dirty ones ha ha 🤣🤣)... I don't want and will not stay at another place. Loooooove the foxberry inn!! THANK YOU!! ❤️❤️❤️🌈🌈🌈🌈…

We had an amazing time at the Foxberry. Rachel at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Having stayed at numerous hotels, inns, and bed-and-breakfast establishments in the Provincetown area, I can confidently say that this location is modern, spotless, and very accommodating. While it may not be the Ritz Carlton, I would still rate my experience as a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is extremely convenient for beach access and within walking distance to the bustling nightlife on Commercial Avenue.

I cannot say enough how wonderful this gem of a b&b is. Jay and the entire staff were incredible: friendly, fun, funny and accommodating. I stayed an extra day and did not want to leave. I can't wait to go back. The rooms are nice sized, the mini bar is stocked, breakfast is delicious, its a quick bike ride to the dune bike trails and an easy jaunt into town center. And it's ABSOLUTELY adorable. I even managed to get some hammock time.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Fun and welcoming staff, immaculate renovated rooms, very cute and pristine grounds including a lovely froze bar. Location is perfect for those that want to be a bit closer to the beach and a leisurely walk / short bike ride into town. And far nicer accommodations than rooms you typically get in beach towns. Perfect place to rest after full days of fun in ptown.

I spent a fantastic week with friends at the Foxberry. The customer service was excellent from check in to check out. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable, and the AC worked well for the warm days. The bed was very comfortable and perfect for sleeping in. We started every day with a delicious breakfast (be sure to place your order!). In the afternoon, please don't forget to stop by the front bar for a frozen mojito and freshly baked cookie. The minibar is well stocked at very reasonable prices. The location was perfect: 5 min bike ride or 20 min walk to Commercial Street; 10 min walk to the beach trail entrance. I highly recommend renting a bike to get around. There were several rental scooters available using the Goat app. We already have reserved again for next year and look forward to another stay.…

My partner and I stayed at the Foxberry for five nights in July (Friday - Wednesday). It was our first time staying there and we didn’t know what to expect aside from the reviews and photos online. I’m short, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is a long way to the center of town (20-30 walk) but it’s location to the beach, bike trails and Provincetown Inn (public) pool just caused us to do more of those activities which we love. We were initially in a king room but we upgraded to a suite after a couple of nights. The suite was a game changer as it was beautifully renovated, had a private balcony, massive windows for tons of light, and a separate living area. I honestly felt like we had our own house with the conveniences of a hotel. What cannot be understated is the expert service and care from the hotel personnel. They truly operate as though they want you to have the best time; which really should be how it is on your vacation. They were so accommodating. Each room is stocked with a mini bar with several alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages that are beyond reasonably priced; which is nice so that if you decide you want a drink, you don’t have to feel guilty about the outrageous prices you usually see at a mini bar. They also offered a $14 charcuterie board and while we didn’t order one, it looked lovely. We really enjoyed our time at the Foxberry and it seemed that everyone else who was staying there at the same time we were, loved it as well.…

There's entirely too many good things... no great things... to say about the Foxberry Inn. We stayed for four days and Jay, Matt and the whole team made the stay outstanding. The room is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are healthy, fresh and hearty and the service is beyond! If you find to provincetown and want a place that gives you all the comforts of home, come to the Foxberry. We rented a tandem bike and it was a quick ride to downtown and Herring Cove Beach. The only thing left to say about the Foxberry is that "we'll be back".
