Very well maintained hotel - staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a great bed. Breakfast was fine - not great.
The location is not the best. Oddly, down a side street and the surrounding area is not well kept (an older function hall/building next door appears abandoned).
Given the surrounding area - price for the room seemed high.

This is a standard, new Holiday Inn Express. The room as clean, but the walls are made of paper. The hotel was at no more than half occupancy. I am a gold member and requested a room far away in the corner. Nonetheless the were put next to a party group and ran into them in the hall with their door open, and no masks on. The cleaning staff also did not have masks covering their faces. Check in and check out was seamless.

I would definitely recommend this property. Jessica/Jennifer (can't remember her exact name, sorry) was phenomenal. Her customer service skills were great. She was curteous, helpful and very personable. The property was clean, appeared to take all proper Covid19 precautions. The girl serving the breakfast was also great. She had run out of hot food and was preparing more, but was polite and apologetic about it; she also appeared very efficient. I also appreciate the property is pet friendly, just wish their fee wasn't as high as it is

(currently here) Room was good size bathroom also nicely done, good location friendly staff good breakfast (although the pancake maker was broken) the one thing that drops this to a 3 is pool Sat was only open 4-8 pm we got there 730 pm so nothing, so we thought ok after our tour Sunday we would swim.............NOPE pool only open Fridays and Saturday! WTH! changed hotels last minute to save a few bucks. so beware no pool! Should have that listed on website (I looked did not see it listed) so had a very sad kiddo. Note to self call hotel in this area make sure pools are open. Never been to a hotel where pool only open 2 days! Won't stay here again.

We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool. Our group had two hotel rooms, with a total of four kids who were excited to swim after a long drive to the hotel. Upon checking in around 6pm, we received a card stating the pool would be closing at 8pm. When attempting to go into the pool area, we noticed the doors were locked. We asked the front desk representative why the pool was closed and she stated it was because there was no lifeguard on duty. The representative then called her manager, Becky, who said it's not the hotel's fault, but it's our fault because we didn't ask if the pool was open. It is assumed all amenities are open and accessible, unless otherwise stated. We were then told by Becky that it was because the lifeguard called out, and no one was able to watch the pool area. I stay at Holiday Inn Hotels around the country, and i have never seen a lifeguard at any pool. We also have photos of multiple signs stating there are no lifeguards on duty and we are swimming at our own risk. We had four very sad and crying kids because we promised them swim time when we arrived. Your manager, Becky, should be ashamed of her poor customer service, rudeness, and lack of understanding. We are owners of Holiday Inn timeshare, and we have never experienced such awful service. This definitely does not make me want to book another Holiday Inn, or recommend Holiday Inn to anyone.

This is one of the more comfortable rooms we have stayed in considering similar and comparable brands. I liked the many usb charging ports, comfortable lighting, convenient hooks, bed and bedding quality. I would recommend getting a room away from the noisy elevator. When traveling, we bring our own oatmeal, fruit and coffee due to inconsistency from hotel to hotel, but got a coffee to go. It reinforced our decision to bring our own coffee.

Definitely enjoyed our visit to the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. Our room seemed to be updated and very comfortable. The room had a full size bed with a small coffee bar area. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows provided for a couple of nights of good rest. Every morning we woke up and were able to get a good breakfast to start our mornings off. The hotel has a swimming pool which we did not have the time to use but the workout facility was small but ample enough to get a decent workout. A major plus was the fact they had a charging station which we were able to use to charge our vehicle. If we are ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again. The amenities plus the price makes this a good deal.

We stayed 2 nights in Room #528. We were in the area for the Littleton Class of 1974 50th reunion, which was held at a country club nearby in North Chelmsford. We arrived just after 1 p.m. and were told that check-in wasn't until 3 p.m. I mentioned my Diamond status, and our room was ready in less than 5 minutes! Our room was on the top floor and the next to end room. Since this is not an HIE "& Suites", there were no "suite" upgrades, but we liked our room, which was quiet most of the time. We also had a view of my other half's 1st Chinese restaurant around 1970, the Hong & Kong, which is still open. We did takeaway on our 2nd night and found it very tasty, old-time Chinese food with many decently priced choices on the menu. They inserted a card in my key holder which showed Diamond Elite benefits. All applicable ones (didn't use reward nights, for example) were honored including bottled water at check-in. Breakfast was better than most HIE's, most of which are very good. Sunday's was from 7-10:30 and included turkey sausage, western omelets, scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, corned beef hash, and more, including the tasty-looking cinnamon rolls, which I avoid because of the sugar. Monday's was from 6-9:30 and had bacon and pork sausage instead of corned beef hash and western omelets. Both mornings, of course, there was the pancake machine (they also had sugar-free syrup)! They even had 2 areas for Diamond member parking. We always used the one closest to the back entrance next to the curb. Check-out was quick with amount expected. Everyone was friendly from start to finish (including front desk, breakfast staff, and housekeepers on the 5th floor. This is definitely on our list when we're back in the area! The area is not too bad despite the closed place next door, which appears is undergoing renovation?

I spent three nights on this property and had a wonderful time. Parking was easy, the location has a few restaurants nearby and is conveniently located near the highway. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the staff is friendly. I would easily stay here again.

The tile on the floor looked like It hadn’t been mopped in a year. We moved rooms and sure enough, the same thing. It was late so we decided to stay and just wear house shoes. Breakfast has the best Turkey sausage ever, but the breakfast attendants were superbly RUDE! Complained the guests were eating too much and said they would just quit bringing food out. It was only 9am and breakfast didn’t end until 10:30! The bed was amazing tho lol.
