Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Breakfast is the bad news, advertised but not delivered at all. The low rating is because of the dishonest advertising. Otherwise, only a fine experience. All staff, from manager on, were pleasant and helpful and extended themselves to provide what was requested. The nonstick skillet was one of the best I have used. The cooking equipment was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were promptly repaired. But Oh, that lousy breakfast!

Almost all of the people working here are rude. The only very kind person is this kind person named Brice, who takes the time to open doors for you gives you towels complaint. He also wished me condolences when my father died, and wished my mother condolences as well. The best employee ever!

Check-in went smoothly. My room was comfortable and clean. All the appliances were in good condition. The detector above my bed flashed so I got a sleep mask. The grab and go breakfast was simple but sufficient. No problem at checkout.

This place is clean and Sharmaine was very helpful when I needed pans and utensils so we could cook on the stove here. They are painting the 2nd floor, so our first night was pretty bad, the room smelled like paint very strongly. Other than that, no issues. Wifi was fast but only 5 devices could connect, which took an hour with customer service to fix.

The hotel was dirty and reeked of weed and various strong smells. Never saw a housekeeper during my 2-night stay anywhere in the building. Staff was rude and gave attitude when asking for assistance with room keys and a replacement for the missing hair dryer in our room. Stains on multiple surfaces in our room. Overall the place was awful and we’ll never be back to an Extended Stay hotel again.

During a time of distress, our family was welcomed into the Extended Stay Hotel in Burlington, MA
The entire staff as well as the General Manager have been accommodating toward our needs. They are extremely supportive and friendly. The rooms are clean and they have a mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator so you don’t have to always go out for food. It’s located near local shopping areas and easy access to local and highways. We would always look for an Extended Stay Hotel whenever we travel.

Do not listen to the reviews there is no way these other people have stayed here long. This place was an absolute disaster from the start where do I begin. It is not clean at all, there were blonde hairs from someone else on every towel that we used and we both have brown hair. The floors were completely dirty when we walked on them, they seem like they were never swept or cleaned. There were spider webs next to and beside the bed. There was a dry dirty contact lens on the nightstand and we both have perfect vision so not from us. Someone had fruit in the kitchen and left the fruit stickers on the counter and we did not have any fruit. I would comment on the quality of bedding but at this point that would be the least of our concerns. The thing to top it all off was that every 12 hours at 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the fire alarm would go off and be extremely loud throughout the entire facility and nobody knew how to fix it, we had to wait for the fire department every time to come before they can shut it off. A guest in front of us was complaining that this had been going on all week. So at the very least if a hotel was completely filthy you could at least sleep but not here! I have stayed in the Boston area before and this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Please listen to this warning and stay anywhere else.

Seriously look at my reviews and history I have never left a bad review until today that's that's how bad this is

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in. When I received my room key, I went up to the room to inspect it to make sure it was clean and ready to live in after further inspection, I found black mold under the bathroom sink, there was dried blood in the bathtub, dried blood on the shower curtain. What appeared to be semen stain on the bedskirt. No dishes or coffee maker in the room, yet it claims it’s fully stocked. This is the worst place to stay in Burlington, when would be better off, staying in their vehicle . Don’t ever waste your time or money at this location!

Worst experience I ever had. A druggie threatened me outside my window thinking I was a dealer and i think he shot a gun in the air. He asked if I had "the stash."

The bathroom sink was corroded and the room smelled like mold.

Hello Lori,I’m very sorry getting back to you so late. I’ve been a very busy boy recently. I just happened to log into my account here. To answer your question. It’s a 12 min drive. It’s 7 Miles., to Extended Stay America in Burlington,. Their is one in Woburn, I’ve never stayed their. I do like The Burlington area. Everything is their. You’ll like the area. It’s very safe. You can walk around. Friendly people. It’s called : Anderson / Woburn Regional Transportation Center Station . You can take the train or you can take the bus from the airport. It’s called Woburn Express. My advice. Take the bus. It cost $11.00 one way. The driver will collect your money when you reach Woburn. You can pay cash and I do believe they will take plastic. Trust me it’s much easier. If you take the train you’ll be cussing all day. Lol . If you do take the train. It’ll take you forever to get to Burlington,. If I explain it to you. I’ll loose you. Its way too long of and explanation. Let’s say also this. If you need me to explain it to you. It would have to be explained over drinks. Lol That’s how long to explain it to you. Lol When you collect your bags at the baggage area. Their should be a sign telling you information. If not just step outside and look around. Also ask someone. They’ll guide you. Please let me know if you need anything else. :) Good Luck
