Lady at the front desk was friendly enough, but the others encountered during the 2 day stay had the personality of a box of rocks. Noise of trucks coming down the mountain on I-68 using their jake brakes, blasted through the walls. Breakfast was a little brown bag affair with fruit cup, granola bar & sticky bun. Interior showing it's age. Not enough towels & wash clothes, had to request additional, plus extra pillows for suite room. Kinda what you'd expect from a Super 8, but the price was reasonable.

behind the hotel made the stay worth it. Very odd smells through out the room. Loaded and left definitely could have a better breakfast set up... milk in old coffee craft questionable. Beautiful view to be surrounded by mountain

Although the property is a bit dated, my stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating.
Although they offered breakfast, the only gluten-free option was instant oatmeal. It was not a problem for me as I picked up some groceries from the market but its something to be aware of for those with dietary needs.

I was staying for 4 days as part of an extended trip so it fit my budget and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is one of the most nastiest hotel by far the worse. They shouldve paid me to stay here. Price is great. But its so dirty dirty. All other hotels around was pretty pricey but I had to buy my own cleaning supplies,my own comforter bed sets with sheets for both beds... They couldn't give me cleaning supplies etc, because of policy, but also wasn't allowed to send anyone to clean the room... bathroom was beyond disgusting sheets was burnt and stained. U can tell they didn't. Hang bedding after last people left because of burn mark on blanket matched right to the burn mark on the sheet in the exact same spot, cant be that lucky to match it again. ,sheets was stained n had dirt on them.floor Was never vacuumed .I move a small desk and trash and cigarette ashes behind it.bathroom sink nasty, tub had hair, .mattress protector for the bed very stained stained. Smelled like someone smoked in the room back to back for 100 plus years. I even had to buy my own spray cause they wouldn't give me any spray or try to spray it. I dont care about a virus u don't rent out a room this bad. I've worked as a house keeper in a 2 bedroom suite , whoever "cleaned"this room should be fired. The lady at front desk was no help at all. Lazy and didn't want to get up to even open the front door. The price is right tho but I guess I get what u pay for🤷‍♀️ save your money and just pay a little bit more somewhere else. I felt so digusted here

The first room they gave us stunk like cigarette smoke. The smoke alarm on the ceiling even had a plastic bag still wrapped around it. Obviously, it hadn't been cleaned well. The second room that they gave us smelled like a bad biology experiment. The maintenance man agreed with us that it was unbearable. He made some comments about people not doing their jobs right.

The third room that they gave us smelled okay, but only had two sets of towels (party of three), no mats or rugs in the bathroom (risk of slipping), and no shampoo or soap. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to request towels, soap, and shampoo. It was a two night stay and their was no housekeeping. In fact, when we asked for more towels, the woman at the front desk told us to bring her the dirty ones first.

Forcing your guests to make multiple trips to the front desk to ask for basic essentials that should be included? Not a good way to do business. It really seemed that the woman at the front desk was being stingy with basic supplies. She gave the three of us two bars of soap.

We won't ever stay there again.

Very disappointed with this stay ! Front Staff people were very nice, polite and friendly . First room reeked of Mold. Given a second room. No housekeeping was done. Told they do not clean until customers leave. Must take dirty towels to desk to receive clean ones. We not told of Breakfast until we asked at checkout since non was set out. We were handed a paper bag with a fruit cup , Spoon and danish energy bar. No drinks except Coffee in the lobby. Could purchase cold drinks water / soda but no milk. Although we had to go to the desk several times, no one told us the snack bag was available as a breakfast or of no cleaning service. Internet was off and on constantly . Clock in room constantly cut off like electric going off and on . Triple plug at the head of the bed in wall with words "This is not Safe" written on it in marker. ???? Very low water pressure . Shower knob only went half way Full water on hot only to make it warm for a shower very low pressure. Burn holes in bedding . Arm of lounge chair torn and dirty. Safe has a sticky liquid oozing out. No instructions and no way to lock it up. Had to go ask for trash bags to empty our own trash. We were told if we leave anything in our room it will not be returned! Due to Covid was the reason. Windows did not lock and very dirty . Dead bugs in window sill.

Carpeting in the room was gross to walk on…it had some sort of sticky residue on it. The carpeting in the corridors was even worse with stains up and down the entire length. Their so-called continental breakfast was a paper bag with a granola bar, cup if fruit and a danish wrapped in cellophane . For almost $100/night, we expected much better, but sure didn’t get it.

" My husband and I had a good night's stay. Even though we arrived late (after midnight) the staff was friendly and helpful and did their best to get us settled quickly so we could get much needed sleep. The room was a good size, the bed was comfy, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and there were plenty of fluffy towels. There was a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker and a flat screen TV. What I really liked was that there was a nice table and chair--great for a PC or to have a meal. Also free wi-fi. Plenty of parking. You could unload right outside the door then access your room inside the motel. Altogether a good stay"

Easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was premium, from the double bed to the bathroom bar of soap. My favorite amenity was the hole in the floor! Breakfast buffet was also awesome: omelette made to order, bsco, sausage, two kinds of breakfast potatoes and waffles. The coffee was top notch as well.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful during check inn and was kind enough to alow us a one hour late checkout! Our room was very spacious and clean and the best was fresh and warm.
The shower was nice and hot with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes.
After I got checked in I went next door and grabbed some fast food and donuts, there.are plenty of convenient options near by the hotel. This room was clean and safe and a terrific value! In the morning I had eggs and cereal for breakfast I was really happy to see they had such a good breakfast spread.
I would definitely stay here again!
