I have stayed here many times for business and pleasure. The front desk staff are always professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is back and there are many options to chose from. Location is perfect to walk to dining and shopping.

They’re making the best of this year: the Lord Camden has kept its character, even if a lot things have had to change. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Ours had been redone recently. There were enough other guests so we weren’t lonely, but not enough to cause concern (except perhaps for the accountant). The front desk staff were ever-helpful. Denise always had a smile. Breakfast, which you order from a set menu and pick up, was surprisingly good. COVID precautions were well communicated. We travelled between Christmas and New Year’s and we would stay again soon.

This is a charming, centrally located inn, staffed by highly professional, helpful folks. Our 4th floor room was very well appointed, as was the bath, which seemed to have been renovated fairly recently. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and attractive. Housekeeping has been curtailed a bit, for COVID and eco-friendly reasons, so maid service kicks in only for an extended stay. The breakfast was buffet style, with the usual fare in not-very-hot warming trays, but included in the room price. Also included if you book directly with the inn is free parking. The catch is that it is off-site parking in a lot about 2 blocks away, and you must obtain a pass at the front desk each time you need to access the lot, hike to the lot, then return the pass to the front desk — thus only a 4-star rating for the inn stay. There is a 15-minute grace period for parking at the inn’s rear entrance while you check in and depart, so unloading and loading are facilitated, and the elevator makes transporting luggage simple within the inn. (Note that there are stairs to enter the rear of the inn.) We were very happy with our room and the inn’s overall ambience, but the parking situation is less than ideal.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lord Camden Inn. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony looks over a stream and straight at residences. Not much privacy there, but we didn't need to use it. The location is great for shopping and dining out. It would be nice if the parking area were closer to the hotel. The included breakfast was good, but not much more than your average chain hotel. We were disappointed that many restaurants in the area were closed for the season, or had limited days they were open. Just take note!
