It is a quaint property, but a little bit dated. Walls are thin, but guests were generally quiet. Our room with a balcony overlooking the harbor was beautiful, and really would be hard for me to recommend without that view. Staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say that I saw another property in Camden that I would have rather stayed at.

Dear Chasin50, Thank you so much for your kind words about the view overlooking Camden Harbor. It's truly one of a kind. To keep as current and fresh as possible, we have recently updated most of our guest room furnishings and linens. As we are more of a traditional, classically designed property, vs. modern, we do understand and appreciate your reference to being "dated". We strive to delivery the best customer service to our guests, and I am thrilled that we met the mark with you there. We hope to see you again soon! Sincerely, Ashley Watts, Guest Services Manager

Hotel's Favourite
My husband and I spent three wonderful nights, celebrating a big birthday for him, at this gem of a small boutique hotel. We loved it. We were in a king suite which was very nice and had everything we needed including a fireplace in the living room and bedroom, a jetted tub and separate shower, a refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffee pot. The shower had multiple jets with loads of hot water. Every morning a delicious breakfast, included, was deliver to our room. The location on Camden Harbor was perfect because we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and responded immediately to our needs. Everything was immaculate. I used to live in the area so it was a nostalgic getaway and met all of our expectations and more. Thank you Grand Harbor.

Dear Scott and Cindy, I truly appreciate your 5-star review, I know how hard it can be to go on vacation and the weather not quite cooperating! Been there, done that... I'm very happy that you were able to enjoy your stay and our amenities despite the heavy rain and winds! Our rooms and suites are perfect for hunkering down and relaxing next to the fire and sipping a nice glass of wine. Perhaps your next visit will be under blue skies and bright sunshine! Thank you again, Ashley Watts, Guest Services Manager

Phenomenal room. View is quite Satisfactory. Service is top notch. So far, our best experience in Maine. Within feet of historic district. Restaurants surround B&B for lunch or dinner. However, if you want fine dining, you must go to Natalie’s. A true 5 star experience, within walking distance.
