This hotel is closest to The Ark Encounter that we found.
We were charged $5 for parking which seemed so odd to me when all other Hilton Hotels are free. This hotel was a little pricier but for convenience it worked.
The room was nice with a lovely king sized bed in it. We could see the ark from our room.
But honestly, there was nothing extra around this area to do.
The continental breakfast was typical.

Hotel's Favourite
We enjoyed our two night stay during the week so that we could visit the Ark Encounter. The room was clean and very modern since it is a new hotel. Breakfast was busy but there was a good selection of food and it was very clean. The hotel is very convenient to the ark as it is right next door but you do have to go back to the highway to enter the ark parking lot. Employees were friendly at the front desk. Very nice visit.

The hotel was two months old when we stayed there and is worthy of a rating of 5 except.... The young dark haired woman who checked us in was rude and didn't recognize my Diamond member status. Not a big deal except the second day when I asked for an additional package of cookies and bottled water as a Diamond member of Hilton Honors, she refused my request and said it is only offered on your first night. I mean, this amenity would likely cost the hotel 50 cents. I have never been refused this during all of my Hampton Inn stays. Other guests told me she had been rude to them, too. I left a message for the general manager, Mr. Sullivan, and he never called me back, The rest of the front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. As for the hotel: very convenient as it is directly next to the Ark Encounter parking lot and there is a bit of a view of the Ark from rooms on the back side. There was an indoor pool but it was too crowded as many kids and teens use it after the day's sightseeing. Overall a very nice hotel but they need to get rid of the unpleasant desk clerk and the GM needs to be responsive to guest concerns.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. We stayed at this location due to a visit to The Ark which is right next door, you can even walk thru the parking lot to the entrance of The Ark if you want. It is a little pricey compared to most Hampton Inns in this area, for me the convenience to The Ark, the nice room and friendly staff made it worth any extra savings that could possibly be had by staying at a location further away.

The employees were pleasant.
The hotel was not at all what I think anyone would expect from a brand new establishment.
We stayed a total of three nights.
Not once did our trash get emptied! No one cleaned anything in our room.
When we asked for clean towels, whoever brought them just opened the door and set them on the kitchenette counter. No, the dirty ones were not taken!
Oh yes, the refrigerator did not cool, and our leftovers spoiled.
And be careful of the water on the floor in front of and inside the elevator!
The TV picture never got clear.
If you are tall, elderly, or have back issues, please be aware that the toilet was only about a foot off the floor!
We stayed here to experience the luxury of a hotel that we paid almost $300 per night.
That was my stay, I truly hope that yours will be better. I won't be back!Oh

This is the perfect spot if you are visiting the Ark Encounter. Your room “key” lets you through the gate so you don’t have to drive and pay the $15 parking fee.
The rooms are beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just average but having free breakfast items is a time saver.

Super close to the ark so you can use the gate they have and save a parking fee
Casey and Ashley will help you with anything you need with smiles will clean your room if housekeeping missed it and provide you with anything extra you need super friendly ladies made us feel at home

This is the place to stay if you are going to the Ark Encounter you can walk to the parking lot right from the hotel and save yourself the parking fee. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms seemed larger than most Hamptons. Staff are incredibly friendly.

It is always pleasant to experience a new hotel! Despite the fact it was sold out on a Friday evening, we were surprised on Friday evening that the hotel was extremely quiet! The second night our family members in another room were awakened by guests who chose to talk outside their hotel room at 3 a.m.; however, they also commented, and we agreed, that the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location gave us the ability to walk to the Ark rather than drive.

My main complaint for this hotel is the cost! It cost us over $300 per night for a very "ordinary" hotel. The room was clean, but maid service has to be requested every day if you want it. There is a sliding door for the bathroom that provides very little privacy and no sound dampening, so make sure everyone staying in your room is very close! The "free" breakfast was honestly pretty awful. Mostly ate fruit and peanut butter - hard to mess those up. The final insult was the $5 / day "parking fee" for a hotel that is almost literally in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the Ark encounter, but if we come back, we will get a hotel a little farther away, and hopefully a lot cheaper!
