Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed at this Ramada because it was the only affordable one left with two beds. Wanted to see the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I needed a ADA room to accommodate my wheelchair, but they didn't have one with two beds and is a big problem with us individuals who travel with caregiver needs. We always sleep separately! Most hotels do not allow for roll away beds as was the case for this one. This meant that I had to cross my fingers that my room would be open enough to access the room, bed, transfer, bathroom, sink, and shower. I was barely able to access the room, get into the bed, and under the sink. This meant a bed bath each day. Thankfully the sink was outside the bathroom and I was barely able to get under it to brush my teeth. The hotel needs some updates and improvements to their facility. The rooms seemed okay cosmetically. The breakfast bar closes way too early, so I didn't get to eat at all. The area there was too small for the number of rooms. The pool was shallow and very small. I hope corporate makes some changes to ADA rooms for us travelers with disabilities some day. Oh, the people above us were very loud walkers and there were children running through the halls. Sad. There are no places to sit and eat unless you travel for at least 5 miles north to a small town with very slim pickings along the Ohio River, but that's not the hotels fault. Seemed to me immediately this hotel was built to take in raceway patrons as it is immediately across the street from the Kentucky Speedway. Watch out for the potholes along the drive entryway accessing the parking area. I'll try a hotel somewhere else, save money on getting to attractions, and pay more next time.

We decided to stop here after driving most of the day and it was already 9 pm in evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel must have been under some renovations because you could smell a light fresh paint aroma when walking down through the halls. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Ramada was pleasant. There was no major maintenance or cleanliness issues that we experienced. This hotel is situated right between the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Be sure to ask for their printed directions to these attractions, as the manager said that your GPS will take you out of the way.
This Ramada does have a bistro which is open some nights. We ordered nachos and quesadillas, both of which were very good. The free breakfast had a good variety of choices. It offered cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and waffles. Juice, milk, and coffee are also offered. Two vending machines are also available, both of which take credit cards.
Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. A coffee machine, hair dryer, and ironing board were also in the room. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Our stay was pleasant, and all that you would expect from a budget friendly hotel.

Drove 14 hours. Had a bunch right above us jumping and screaming. Manager said it was our fault that we requested a ground floor room. If your a paying customer on the ground floor, Ramada managers makes it your fault, people have no consideration and cant control their kids. If your tired and want to sleep, i would not recommend this property. Keep going to a location that honors their paying customers. This one sure does not.

Never returning here and please save your money and book somewhere else. I paid $120 per night and terrible service and stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast had no enough menu. Housekeeping did only one bed out of 2 beds on 1 morning out of 3 days we stayed. Bathroom was not clean enough.

Dear Charles, Thank you so much for your unkind words and I completely disagree with you . I feel sorry that you didn’t notice signs about #gogreen sustainable energy which said full Housekeeping service will be provided on your third day of stay, there were signs in lobby, elevator and rooms as well. Matter of fact if you request housekeeping service we do provide everyday as well, you asked only one time for housekeeping service which was provided and in the review you said i had ask multiple time for housekeeping service, what a lair…! On your 2nd day you only asked to change towels and remove trash which done and on 3rd day you requested sheets to be changed which taken care of and you said about not enough coffee in rooms we provide 2 packets of each regular and decaf and your request was 8 packets of coffee per day which is ridiculously high but we provided you that as well and we have freshly brewed coffee in the lobby area 24/7. And you said that breakfast menu was not enough we have eggs, meat, cereals, bagels, muffins, breads, juice, coffee, waffles, grits, oats, fresh fruits, yogurt, 2 types of cream cheese and 8 types of condiments. If all those items are not enough for your huge appetite please tell us what can we include in our menu to feel your huge appetite . If our hotel is middle of nowhere why did you book with us and then complain there is nothing around this place, Your poor trip planning isn’t our fault. Sincerely, Nikhil S General Manager Ramada contact@ramadasparta.com 8599041460

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Lots of choices of pillow fluffiness. Staff was courteous and friendly. Mini market was well supplied with various sunrises, beverages and food (including soups and microwaveable dinners). Easy access to the interstate. Great quality for a reasonable price.

No meats served at breakfast… they just don’t do that they say. You can make a waffle. The room was their best suite. The furniture was disparate pieces of uncomfortable seating and the room needed an interior designer to make it nicer.. furniture was arranged haphazardly. Bed was ok. Tv in bedroom was small and a mile away. Wet bar and refrigerator weren’t even in the same room. Who designed this? Elevator needs major work/replacement. Though the rooms carpet was newer, the whole property needs a visual upgrade. No pictures on the walls… please enlist an interior designer!

Absolutely terrible. We arrived for check-in around 4pm. The manager was at the front desk. She was not at all friendly or welcoming. Room is outdated but we were only staying 1 night.. I paid for king room with sofa bed for me, my husband and 2 children. We were having trouble getting the sofa bed to pull out. It seemed broken or stuck. My husband went to the front desk. The manager said the sofa bed “wasn’t supposed to be used like that.” ?? He responded, “we paid for a room with a sofa bed.” She got on the elevator and left him standing there. No one ever came to our room to attempt to fix the sofa bed. We had to all “sleep” in the king bed. I specifically stated when I called to make reservations that I wanted a king bed and sofa bed because the sofa bed was lower to the floor for my children in case they fell out. If the bed wasn’t to be used like that, they should not have reserved this room for us... I just want to warn others that this is NOT a great place to stay. Not even good. If you’re coming to the speedway, you’d be better off to bring a tent and sleep on the gravel in the speedway parking lot! Drive further. Pay more. Don’t stay here!

We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. In searching out a place to stay in the area around the Ark Encounter this hotel was literally half the price of anything else. Upon arriving we were blown away by the friendly service, clean rooms, great indoor pool and wonderful hot breakfast. Excellent highways in every direction. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

First time I have stayed at this facility. I was impressed with how clean the common areas and my guest room were upon my arrival. My guest room was comfortable with minor maintenance issues, which were reported and responded to by the staff.
