We needed to stop traveling for the day and generally find Hampton Inn to be a solid, affordable choice. The room was good, and I really liked that the AC had an option to keep the fan moving. Hotel rooms get stuffy in between air (or heat) cycles typically and that, plus the sudden on and off sounds, tend to wake me up. It was nice to keep airflow and also have the constant white noise. I wish the bathroom had a nightlight feature though. Breakfast was mostly good. Only one waffle maker, so I had to wait awhile. The omelet was good but sausage was wet/weird and hubby’s potatoes were cold. Earl Grey tea was a great option as always!

Stayed for a last minute long weekend getaway. It’s an older property but you can tell it’s been recently updated in many areas and others well kept it. Staff went above and beyond, exactly what you expect from a Hilton. Breakfast and pool areas both kept well stocked during our stay.
Will stay again when back in the area.

We stayed here and while we have stayed in other Hampton Inns, this was one of the best Hampton Inns that we have stayed at. Not only was the hotel clean, the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The pool was open, but there was no lifeguard so you swim at your own risk. In the morning, we checked out the free breakfast. There was a dedicated female employee in the breakfast area that was continually re-stocking items and cleaning up surfaces. She greeted each guest warmly as if we were her favorite family member stepping into her personal kitchen. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was a very dirty hotel room. I told the front desk that I had piles of ants in my room and didn’t get a sorry or anything. Also, the temperature in the room was so very hot. There was no way to put it on cool because the hotel controlled that portion of the temperature. And the biggest thing that got me was that they made me pay a $4.00 parking maintenance fee per day that I stayed there. I stay in Hampton Inns Monday - Thursday every week and other than at a downtown location, I have never had to pay for parking. I was completely disgusted at the whole events at the hotel. I will never be staying at that hotel again.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience at the hotel. It's important for hotels to maintain a high level of cleanliness and address any issues promptly, and it sounds like this did not happen in your case. Additionally, it's frustrating when the temperature in a room is uncomfortable but each room is individually controlled. As for the parking fee, I understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating, especially if it's not something you're used to encountering at the hotel chain you typically stay at. Your feedback will be taken into consideration by the hotel staff, and we hope that your future stays will be more enjoyable.

This Hampton Inn IS NOT up to the Hilton standard. It would barely pass as a motel 6. I booked two rooms, neither of which were very clean, but one smelled of extreme mold. The front desk said they could try to find an air spray to help. I was completely in shock as I am a business traveler and diamond member for years. The map on the Hilton app is also wrong and does not match the hotel. This is unacceptable for Hilton as a whole. This hotel should be closed and sold off to a lesser cut rate, discount hotel chain. Save yourself the money and do not stay here at all. Keep driving by and you will thank me.

The Hampton Inn is in a good location right off the interstate with a nice variety of restaurants within an easy walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was fine. It was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was just okay. The egg dish was wasted on just about every plate. It was not made with real eggs and it was close to disgusting. The rest of the breakfast was your standard fare and was okay.
Be sure and check your bill before checking out. Even though this Hampton Inn advertises free parking on their website I was charged $2.13 plus tax to park. I questioned this with the front desk and it was immediately taken off my bill.

Thank you for letting us know of your concerns during your recent stay. We have been forced to serve items that are not our normal due to supply chain issues, and the Eggs are one of those items we hope to hope to have our normal eggs again soon. Again, I apologize for your experience and hopefully, if you decide to visit us in the future, your visit will be far superior. Thank you once again for sharing your comments.

A 3 Star hotel??? Not even close. This hotel seems to concentrate on hiring mostly incompetent people, but 2 members of the staff were good, others don’t even show up for work. Breakfast was not available on the morning of April 1st due to a late employee. The hotel gent at the front desk did his to handle all the complaints as he was supposed to already be off, but his replacement did not show either. The very kind Housekeeper manager did what she could to fill in and took our information to check out. One customer checking in the night before had his new truck crashed into in the first 10 minutes they were there. Manager said nothing they could do because they didn’t have cameras? We’ve had amazing experiences at the Hampton inn in Lexington S.C., but this one is very poorly run and over rated by a lot. Won’t be back.

If you plan to stay more than 2 nights be prepared to empty your own garbage, request extra towels, request additional shampoo/conditioner, etc. no blankets or extra pillows are in room, nor is a blow dryer, but you can get at desk. Basically, they have stripped this hotel of all comfort and convenience measures to keep you safe from covid, but their staff walks through the halls unmasked.

Thank you for letting us know of your concerns during your recent visit. While I completely understand that the problems you encountered can take away from what you had hoped was a relaxing stay. I can assure you that our staff a supposed to be masked at all times. Trying times like we are experiencing are causing us to attempt new things we haven’t in the past in an effort to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. We will continue to adjust the situation as necessary, and value any input/advice/recommendations our guests may have. This Hampton Inn touts itself as "The Best Hampton Inn " but it's far from it. I've stayed in many Hampton Inns and this one falls to the bottom of the list. It's immediately clear that the owner is only concerned with the bottom line instead of it's guests. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept falling off the corners. There was no microwave in the room. The channel guide on the TV was not synced with TV; it was a guessing game to find the channel you wanted. We were on a 4-night stay and our keys needed to be reprogrammed every day because they would lock us out. The breakfast was lacking in items that are available at other Hamptons. The staff, in general, was not friendly. Upon check out, I asked for a couple bottles of water for the road as we had a 7-hour drive ahead of us, and the front desk clerk acted as if I asked her for her first-born child. I will not stay here again and I recommend you seek alternate Hilton hotels.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. We'll address the issues with the sheets, TV, key cards, and staff attitude. While microwaves aren't standard in all rooms, we can accommodate requests. We'll also constantly work on breakfast offerings. Your feedback is valued, and we hope you'll reconsider staying with us in the future.

Hello! We charge a $35 non refundable pet fee. Our rates of vary greatly based on when you are staying. We have a Roosters and Bob Evans in our parking lot. We are just a couple of miles away from Fairview cemetery. Hope this helps.

They were in the process of updating the exercise room. The breakfast area was really nice and looked as though it had recently been updated. We thought our rooms were really nice also. My sister-in-law had a handicap room and said that it had the most updated shower and hand bars she had seen in any hotel. We had a great stay at a great price. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options.

We were last remodeled in 2012. We like to think we are very nice, but we are not as updated as the new Hamptons.
