Spent one night here, was a bit worried about road noise, but in fact it was super quiet. Lovely unit, bigger than expected too, with all the facilities you need. Friendly owners / managers. would recommend

Stayed here for 1 night with work. On a positive...Decent size room. Clean. Comfy bed. The guy on reception was relaxed and friendly enough. On a negative, slightly dated decor and I didn’t sleep too well because it’s close to a main road with a constant flow of traffic all night but that said, I was warm and cosy (it was freezing out) so for one night...it was fine.

Not sure what is with the bad reviews here, Cascades was nothing like that! I've stayed there two times recently and the units were clean and tidy and well maintained. Staff were friendly and it was great value so I'm very happy :)

Location was right on the main road which was hard to get out of the driveway due to heavy traffic. Owner David didn't even check to see if we had checked in okay. Telephone was unplugged for 2 days and no one at reception to ask. Lamp was dusty, plates and cups were a total mismatch considering you could buy a nice set at quite a cheap price from the Warehouse. Shower had a shower curtain, being only 5 foot 1 was hard to reach the shower to turn the tap on, Had wall paper which is totally outdated from 30 years ago, cable on tv was running down the wall, not nicely done, and the bedding was really old, need a upgrade on bedspread as was totally out of fashion. Washing machine was working but dryer was broken and no where to hang your laundry??? Went to check out and David the owner who is asian didn;t even care on how our trip was or facilities, just wasnt interested. Only thing that was great was free wifi and the cleaner was very friendly. Never had two words with the owner and only seemed he wanted the money for accomodation but not willing to spend this on upgrading anything in the rooms. Total upgrade needed.
