There was hair on the floors, and it looked like it hadn't had a decent cleaning in ages, but they definitely go ham on the disinfectant in some areas, because the smell was extremely strong when I first opened the door.
Really needs an update; furniture was busted and feeling, the bed was beyond lumpy (never had that happen before), pillows were lumpier. I worked in hotels for ages, and usually strip the beds before I leave, and when I did so the mattress protector was barely hanging on by a thread.
The breakfast was pitiful, but I wasn't exactly expecting much. It was loud, and I didn't really feel safe as the outer entry door didn't even latch, so anyone could just wander in.
I honestly hope they don't charge the $1000+ most other hotels do per night for home games; would be a total waste.
The only positive aspect, was the lady at the front desk that checked me in; she was nice, efficient, and I felt she explained everything perfectly. No name tag though, but she was pleasant.
