Our room had mold. Housecleaning entered room without knocking. No extra pillows. Place is filthy. They charge a lot when Notre Dame has Home game. I get it. But at least give a clean room. Blood stains in bathtub Switched rooms and same thing

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stay before and my family has stay , horrible people at the front desk horrible managers everything was horrible and also last but not least racist people and disrespectful when they speak to you. If you have dogs make sure your dog is muted for those days you are going to be there because if they bark they kick you out of the hotel. Go those that are pet lover and look at the reviews do not stay in here they will kick you out. Nothing but a horrible experience I will never returning back. They also say things to you that you say before to make it seem like you are crazy or that you are lying. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel before. In order for you guys to hire somebody to do costumer service you guys are putting your name as a company on their hands and that’s the Worst experience ever.

This hotel is filthy. The carpets are stained, the shower curtain was dirty, there is mildew in the shower, etc. This is by far the worst room we have ever stayed in. We were in town for a football game and would have moved to a different hotel if one had been available. This hotel doesn't even seem sanitary. I would recommend driving to a more distant location over taking a chance staying at this hotel. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this hotel as part of its group.

We stayed here while on a bus tour - the company selected the place. I was worried from the reviews but our stay was good. Staff were excellent everywhere we went. They were ready for 46 of us even though it was 9:00 at night one night and 1030 another night when we got in, gave us each a welcome bag, Breakfast was served early so we could leave by 7. Our room was clean and we had no issues. There was one couple who stated the floor by the air conditioner was wet and another couple did complain their room smelled like smoke. The tour guide was going to notify both the tour company and the manager of those issues so hopefuly they will fix those issues. This hotel does need an update as I think it was once a Quality Inn and is now a Baymont with no updates to the rooms. The breakfast was very good and kept stocked up at all times Our shower had plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable. So if you get a good room - its not a bad place to stay (room 242 was fine).

Lousiest hotel I have ever been in. Toilet was not bolted down properly. handicapped room was not available because we had a dog. Told check in that we needed a handicapped room she never said anything about not getting one because of dog Plus ice machine was too far for me to walk to.

This place was dirty! Looked like feces on the walls and toilet. Our bottom floor window was cracked open. The room smelled. The bed was horrible. Pillows were flat. Simply DON'T stay here. Everything was sticky.

The room had holes in the walls, the carpet was disgusting, the chair had stains on it, the faucet in the bathtub was literally falling out of the wall, the paint was falling off in the tub and the 3 roaches we saw crawling out of the holes in the wall was horrific. Oh and there was a prostitute in the lobby. They say they are remodeling but not a single thing was remodeled, it was in shambles. I even asked if our room was in the process of remodeling and they said no, so this is what it just looks like. We stayed the one night because it was so late but left first thing in the am, didn't stay for breakfast because I was afraid of what the kitchen looked like. DO NOT STAY HERE!
