I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels of this type across the US - road warrior over 25 years and a horse show mom for nearly 20 years and this stay was perfect. Mobile check in/out (and key) worked like they’re supposed to, room was clean, in good repair, and well stocked with towels, toiletries. Common areas were also clean, 2 elevators service the property so I never waited for an elevator. The breakfast buffet was clean, neat, and also well stocked. It just seems like a well-managed property. Staff was friendly and eager to assist. It isn’t Ritz Carlton but it isn’t supposed to be. I would definitely return.

Wife and I stayed here last weekend for a weekend getaway for St. Valentines Day weekend. Hotel is a month and half old. We wanted to stay here last summer but it was being built at the time. We stayed in a Home2Suites in Chattanooga and liked the chain and the room there.
Made reservations by telephone which was easy. I had requested a first floor room since we would have our dog. When I made the reservation, I was told only the first floor was opened as they had not had their elevator permit yet. However when we got there was given a second floor room and told all the first floor rooms were taken. Not sure what happened with that. The room we had was nice and clean and smelled clean upon entering. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The parking lot was well taken care of. The dog walk was on the north side parking lot next to the Holiday Inn Express which required walking across the parking lot. The pet fee was $75 which wasn’t bad so we could travel with our corgi. All in all we will definitely stay here again when in the area but will expressly request a first floor room with our dog.

Thanks Home2 Suites for making our last night of a 25 day road trip comfortable!!!
We stayed in a King suite that was like a small apartment. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Towels were fluffy. Breakfast was definitely a nice change from the "normal" Hilton buffets. Home2 Suites is now our favorite of the Hilton change.
I did recommend that they put some hand sanitizer in the breakfast area. Seems all of the hotels we stayed in over the past 25 days have gone away from providing hand sanitizer in the breakfast rooms. It should be a standard item! Germs haven't disappeared.

Lots of large trash bags in hallways each morning & also piles of dirty towels. Lots of construction workers. Some I know for a fact have had 6 plus per room, hallways get vacuumed rarely. Located next to a motel 6 which roam around thru Home2 parking lot.

I planned a family get away . I visited the hotel and requested to see a room. I booked a room anyway . After booking 2 adjoining rooms together since we have a young child they informed me that if someone staying at the hotel the night before me wanted to stay another night I would not be able to have the rooms I booked . I would be moved to other available rooms - most likely not together . I called 2 days later and canceled the rooms. After the date I booked I was charged for one of the rooms anyway. I called the general manager she was very rude and finally said she would refund the night snd never did. Terrible customer service .

This hotel was opened the end of 2020, so everything is new and in good condition. Our room was spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes are also included. The bathroom is large with a big, glassed-in shower stall. The king size bed was very comfortable, and there is plenty of room to spread out materials if you need to work while you’re there. This is one of the nicest budget motels I’ve stayed at. Personnel were very nice and helpful. The one mediocre thing about the Hilton Home2 Suites Richmond was the breakfast. It is very limited. Part of this might be due to covid restrictions. The kitchen area looks like it’s designed for a breakfast with many more choices than are offered now. Overall, this is an excellent motel, and I highly recommend it.

We decided to stay a night here. They have an online check in which is nice to have so you can get to your room quicker. Room was very clean, looked very nice as well, kind of a modern retro vibe. Fridge was huge! The room was also very comfortable, beds were alright. They do have a pool here and a complimentary breakfast. Just an FYI they do shut down breakfast at 9am on weekday mornings. Also the outdoor fire pit wasn’t working while we were there. And in our room with our sink, the red was cold water & blue was hot water, as the water temp was flipped from the standard “red=hot” “blue=cold”. Very nice outdoor & indoor spaces for people to gather & converse. Overall, a good one night stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly and convenient.

The room was great, clean enjoyed having a full size refrigerator. The staff is friendly & helpful. On the downside the pool was not heated. The breakfast was not good. The egg omelette, & breakfast sandwiches are prepackaged microwaveable . My eggs were cold & the roll on the sandwich was crusty from being microwaved.

All the hot food was cold. Very poor quality of food. The coffee was empty for 15 minutes before I went to tell the front desk. The room was very nice. We paid 186.00, for that kind of money you should get better quality of food.
