I visited this place with my family last week.And I must say it has been one of the best experiences ever. Amid this pandemic we are all very dicey about the safety measures taken in hotels, but let me tell you this place had all the safety measures in place.Starting from the temperature checking and sanitization at the entrance to the perfectly sanitized and well maintained rooms, they had it all.
The food was amazing too and was served keeping all the safety measures in mind. The staff was really courteous and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I would definitely recommend the place if you would like to stay somewhere in Hinjewadi.It's the best in the area. Even the surrounding is really peaceful.

The staff here is not like the other lemon tree properties. We were a family of 5 including an infant and booked 2 rooms, the check-in procedure was slow. They even charge for empty plates and spoons 75 rs taxes if you ordered something from Zomato/swiggy . Every request takes 30 minutes and at the time of checkout they give you a tablet for customer feedback and they watch what review you give, I gave average review on which the front desk guy interrupted and tried to force me to give nice reviews and solve the issue. The in room breakfast menu was very small and took more than 45 minutes to come and tasted average.

Celebrated my grandparents' 50th anniversary party at Lemon Tree, Hinjawadi yesterday, and I must say, that the staff here perfectly represents the true meaning of Hospitality. Everyone was understanding, accomodating and helpful and even went out of their way to assist us in our celebration and catered to our 35 guests in the best way possible.
Praise to the Front Office Team for smooth check-in and check-out as we got our rooms on time and in perfect condition.
The rooms were shiny clean and the housekeeping staff were available at any time we asked for them, even at 4am they brought us bedsheets, water bottles and pillows.
The F&B Team was excellent.Not only was Chef Vijay kind enough to allow us to modify the menu of Citrus Café to our requirements for both meals, but his team worked wonders with the Macher Jhol and Fish amritsari and Chicken Handi. None of the food was highly spicy/excessively oily.
Even though we were late to both the buffets, Uttam and the Service team kept the buffet open even an hour after service time and brought us hot food straight from the kitchen too for my parents.
For our night event, we used the outdoor seating of Citrus, and Uttam & Team went out of their way to get us a movable projector screen, mic and speaker to boost our event.
For our After-party in our Suite, Uttam was nice enough to send over glasses, a huge bucket of ice, peanuts and bottles of water for us.
Major thanks to Nitesh and Nirmal Sahu for suggesting the perfect decorator and helping us plan the event, so that it could be a huge success..
