Recently I visited CY Marriott cause I desperately needed to getaway from home and relax yet feel at home and pampered, but owing to current situations I needed to be 101% sure that the property was both safe and hygienic for my family and myself to spend the weekend. Needless to say the property took care of everything so well, right from the fully sanitized vehicle that got us to the property, the entry point of the hotel using aarogya setu app and temperature check, contactless check and multiple sanitizer dispenser at every required place at the property. The rooms had been thoroughly sanitised using the recommended chemicals and disinfectants. Despite the current scenario they made sure that our experience was top notch and comfortable. I enjoyed all meals served at our suite, delivered to the door again contactless in a hot box making sure it was hot when it got to us and as we enjoyed it. I highly recommend people in and around pune to check this property out and head for safecation if they are tired of the daily routine, and if not you can definitely order a piece of the restaurant via home delivery and they'll serve you some quality food which is definitely worth the price you are paying. Kudos to the team for their lovely hospitality!

This property never fails to amaze me. Right from the check-in to check-out everything was so breeze! They have been taking a great care of sanitization during this pandemic and I was very much impressed with the steps taken by the hotel!

We were in Pune post a three day wedding at the Mariott to have a couple of days of family time and leisure. We were delighted at how the staff and everyone in the hotel were aiming to not just please us but delight us as well. We are Bonvoy members and having said we were welcomed w stunning welcome drinks and mocktails and a fruit platter plus a beautiful cake plate in our room to thank us for our stay.
The first day lunch was very nice and at night we were at Ignite and we were so pleased w the drinks / yummiest fried rice and Dal makhani and assorted snacks and pasta. The next day breakfast was beautiful as well, one of the best South Indian fare we have had. But the best deal of the day was the Sunday brunch/ lunch, we haven’t witnessed such a wide array of multi-cuisine dishes and salads and the best of Gnocchi pasta ever and of course the never ending dessert dishes. Delighted beyond our senses!
God willing we would like to return and experience the beauty of the place and service of the stunning staff. Special mention to Samar Rawat who was so efficient in taking care of the guests and ensuring his staff did the same, chef Pannalal Kumhar and Moumita —- everyone willing to go the extra mile for us. And before we checked out, they thanked us again by presenting a lovely red velvet cake and a picture clicked ❤️.

The hotel is close to being excellent. Rooms were well equipped, cleaned well, caring staff. Breakfast satisfactory. The most major issue to me, that is making me reconsider where I stay in Pune on my next visit - the hotel rooms have a strong musty odor.
When I brought this smell up to the front desk (hoping a different room would be without the smell) the staff showed genuine care and brought in multiple staff members to try and help. They showed me multiple different rooms - however all had the same musty smell. They brought air freshener to the room, plugged in a dehumidifier, offered free services, apologized, etc.
To me, feeling clean and fresh in a hotel room is the most important thing I look for in a hotel, and I don't feel that is available in the standard rooms at this hotel at this point in time (though it's possible their uncarpeted junior suites are a different case). I would recommend this hotel look at different options to address this, such as frequent carpet+drape cleaning, plug-in air fresheners, leaving dehumidifiers/AC on continuously in each room, removing the carpet, etc.
Everything else about the stay was totally good, but would probably choose a different hotel in the area if I stayed again.

Under such COVID situation, I had business trip here in Pune, India. My previous stay at this hotel was 1 year ago, but hotel staffs remembered me.
Breakfast is quite important for me, and restaurant staffs treated me quite well even early in the morning.
Also when I had to go to work at 6am, they delivered proper breakfast to the room at 5:30am. I really appreciate this service.
Room service team cared me a lot, and was helpful.
I think hotel team is trying to care guests and counter measures to Covid hard.
Sometimes, music at the bar outside was too loud, and we couldn’t talk. This is only point to be improved for me.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. From the time I was greeted at the entry to leaving a few hours Mr Rajesh Roy and his skilled team went above and beyond to exceed all the expectations. We would be whisked up to check in - which can only take place within the embrace of an oversized arm chair with a glass of refreshing juice. The room was lovely with all the appointments that one could need with a dreamy view. The magically soft lighting and squeaky clean bathroom are notable features. The hotel facilities included a fully equipped gym made the training session playful. The culinary team at the Ignite puts their hearts into the cuisine. The romantic set up at the ignite will bring up the energy levels. The menu was specific to suit the taste without being too hard to choose from matching the quality. The highlight of the stay was the experience I had at the Ignite which came straight out of a tv show. I had an opportunity to learn the art of garnishing from Chef Ashish who took the experience a notch higher. I enjoyed every moment of my dinner, and the best surprise was the cheese cake offered by Chef Ashish baked to perfection and offered with love. The combination of the natural-light filled dining area and the dizzyingly good smells convinced me to have the delicious breakfast offerings at the Momo cafe. There was constant array of tasty treats and and readily available. A warm cake cutting gesture before leaving planned by the hotel staff was impressive. At courtyard the hum of the city slips away, replaced by an atmosphere of quiet sophistication and unsurpassed hospitality. I had enjoyed this place, not just as a hotel guest, but as a destination. To start, I was welcomed by Mr Krutin, director of sales waiting for me to receive and followed by front office manager and other staff. One of the best hotel with great hospitality. I have been staying with this hotel since more than a week. It's been the best time in this post lockdown and quarantine phase. The room is very comfortable and very clean and neat and spacious and a great ambiance to it. The quality of services are top-notch. Food quality and tast of the food is amazing and chef Sharath, personally takes my order for all the 3 meals and food is amazing and I have tried multiple cuisine with different options. Post COVID situation things are entirely different and the staff at courtyard Marriott have worked so hard to make me comfortable. They are following the industry best practices to keep the guests safe and happy and heigine. I felt very safe in the hotel and the room all necessary counter measure have been taken by the hotel. I can definitely 100 % vouch for the safety as I am very much comfortable with the sanitization part. Mr Rajesh Ray duty manager is very friendly and approachable and professional in delevering the services. I am very much impressed with the hospitality and I have received a personal welcome note from Soumyadeep Benerjee, Director of F&B. I had an amazing time at Courtyard Marriott hinjawadi.

This is by far the best Courtyard Marriott I have ever been. I have visited countless Marriotts and esp Courtyard Marriotts as I am located in the US but I have never been to one which looks out to this degree after its guests. It starts with each person remembering my name and attending to each need I may have as a hotel guest.
I plan to visit Pune frequently this year and I think I definitely found a place to stay. I won't go anywhere else.

One of the warmest and safest New Year Eve Celebration and was a big surprise. The Courtyard Hinjewadi headed by GM Mr Chinmay has created a magical resort feel environment in this warm and cozy location.
With a great team to support Front Office manager Vijendra Rathore and his team ensured a safe and smooth check in / Check out and good location of rooms and upgrades.
Chef Pannalal offered the best cuisine and well catered to our tastes and liking with Hemant at the Best of his service always on his toes along with all the team.
Soumyadeep also took good care of all our guests and we were a group of 14 came to celebrate the New Year Eve and to our surprise the Vibes open air grill and Bar was the safest place to celebrate NYE. Great food, Controlled crowd and the private Cabanas really made us feel comfortable in the Allen air under the Sky. And the DJ was playing outstanding music just right for the occasion with a small dance floor which maintainer social distancing as it was never crowded.
Overall I would give 10 out of 10 points to Mr Chinmay and his team members to make a memorable NYE and for all the warmth and service provided.
Thank you to all the team members and the Chefs who made our stay memorable and comfortable for all our friends and family.
A must visit for a relaxing stay even other the New Year for any occasions in Pune.
