I stayed in this hotel for almost a month (with some short breaks). This was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and looks good. I like the basic modern setup. The rooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable. The food in the restaurant is of very good quality. Both the buffet and the menu offer some nice options. The best part of the hotel for me was the staff. They are always smiling, very friendly, greeting you and shaking your hand all the time. They are very helpful if you have any questions or problems. Agie was the one that helpt us most. Also outside the hotel he gave us advise and answered our questions. He became more like a friend to me then a hotel employee.
The bad things i can think of: the wifi is not reaching my dutch standards. Its stable but the speed was not so high. Comparing the wifi to other Indonesian hotels that i have been to its faster and more stable in Harris. In my room the airco was leaking. Nothing crazy but just a few drops every hour. This resulted in a few drops of water on the floor. The location of the airco is in between the room and the bathroom so i stepped in the water many times.
All in all it has been an amazing experience staying here for me and if i ever have to stay here again i would be very happy to stay at Harris hotel Sentul.

This Hotel is located next to Sentul International Convention Center (SICC). Like other Harris brands, the hotel is very cheerful with a simple design and orange accents. I stayed at this hotel during COVID-19 pandemic, the safety procedure is well applied. The lobby is pretty small for 4 star hotel, but it's clean though.
Checking in process was very simple and fast even though i arrived before check in time (special thanks to Ms. Intan). I got a room with pool view, and it's very nice and clean as well. The most interesting thing in this room is the bathroom which has a separated shower area and toilet area.
Harris Hotel Sentul City has a plenty facilities that you can enjoy. There's a swimming pool, gym, meeting rooms, ping pong area, mini badminton area, mini football area, ATV and many more. They're provided a free bike rent as well, amazing! That's very good for 4 star hotel.
I didn't try all of the facilities in this hotel, because i only stay here for a night. But here's the sum up of the facilities that I've tried : - The swimming pool is pretty big and clean, - Gym maximum capacity was limited to 3 persons, and the most entertaining facility for a football lover like me is definitely the football field. i really love it.
Overall this hotel is highly recommended either for business trip or staycation. The room is comfortable, pretty good location, and of course very good service.

Hotel Harris Sentul, the hotel location is very strategic, close to the toll gate, and close to AEON Sentul Mall and IKEA Sentul and other cool places.
The hotel is very comfortable for meetings or holding workshops, the service is very friendly. During an interesting coffee break meeting, we can choose the drink we like because there are lots of choices. The food was delicious, the 2 days of activities there were not boring. Marketing, Mrs. Ririn Nusantara, is also very friendly and patient in serving requests. Meeting facilities are very good, smooth internet, magnificent rooms and so on.
The hotel rooms are also very comfortable, very supportive of the environment, don't use plastic bottles for mineral water but use dispensers. The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, very suitable for a staycation with the family, lots of facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center and children's facilities such as a playground, football field, playground, outbound area and you can play ATVs.
Anyway, really recommended for office activities and holidays. Continued success for Mrs. Ririn and Hotel Harris Sentul.

It's really suitable for a place to stay if you want to watch a concert with friends at SICC. All you have to do is cross without being blocked by traffic jams, 5 minutes and you can get to the concert venue. The facilities in the room have been adjusted for staying together, there are extra pillows, beds, bolsters. The staff looks very modern. The color of the hotel is dominated by a cheerful orange. Breakfast is complete and varied, unfortunately it's a bit low seasoning. With the facilities provided, the price is actually quite expensive because it is the same as the price of a hotel equivalent to the 5 stars hotel like Hilton Bandung on weekends. But once again, really recommend staying overnight if there is a concert at SICC.

I visited for a few days. I found the staff incredibly helpful and friendly everywhere. This includes the housekeeping, food and beverage, front of house. In particular, I had a lovely final conversation last night before I left with Pedro and Natanael (who I discovered was only interning, but you wouldn't know.)

I have been at Harris Sentul 3 weeks on a business trip, and I loved the hotel. Very friendly staff and much care for hygiene and cleaness. As a business traveler, what I liked less was the crowd on weekends, especially as it caused the wifi to be overloaded, but this is really a minor problem. Very good buffet restaurant with a wide choice that can satisfy every taste. When I had a minor problem in my room (a little leak from the AC), the service was extremely quick: in less than 5 minutes a service guy was there and fixed the issue. I warmly reccommend this Hotel to both families (abundance of activities and playground for kids) and for business travelers (but on weekends).

I like the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. But maybe in the bathroom you could add a small towel to wipe your hands instead of using tissue (even though there is a towel ring next to the sink). The good point is that there are lots of dispensers for refilling drinking water, so you don't need to buy more. Thank you also to Mr Dewo who is on duty in the ATV & archery area who has helped me a lot today. Overall I had a good experience during my stay.

Due to the pandemic our wedding plans have changed many times, Dita, Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing, and the team were always very supportive and flexible, working with us to make our special day a great success. They constantly supported us and offered us advice and guidance, helping us to make decisions. The food was excellent and all our guests commented on how good it was. They also organized the music for us which was also excellent and they worked well with all our other vendors ensuring there was no issues on the day.
All the staff were extremely warm and friendly throughout our stay, they always had a smile and were always available to help us with whatever we needed.
A special thanks to Dewo and the other gentleman in recreation for helping make the day special, entertaining our family with the group dancing lessons at the pool, the ATV driving and the archery lessons! Lastly, thanks to Satreo in the front office for handling all the last minute changes to rooms and bookings with the minimum of fuss.
