This newly renovated Indy boutique hotel is exceptional! The original art deco design has been tastefully preserved, while the rooms themselves are West Elm decorated with hints of original architecture popping through. The friendly and COVID conscious front desk staff took us on a historic tour of the hotel that gave us information on the building's history as a Coco Cola bottling factory. We stayed at the hotel before the affiliated Garage restaurants were open so we ordered room service for both dinner and breakfast and we were not disappointed! We look forward to another stay here once we are on the other side of COVID now that the movie theater and restaurants are open!

This is my third stay at the Bottleworks Hotel and will not be my last. As a frequent visitor to Indy I have stayed at many of the hotels in the downtown area yet none have spoiled me until now. Those working the front desk are warm, welcoming and helpful but the real superstar is the room and all that it offers. The rooms are large and open, so you can easily move about and spread out. The size of the bathroom is one not found in most hotels, roomy and specifically the shower is large, the water pressure divine and when you step out be sure to wrap yourself in the robe provided. The bed does not make you long for your own bed, this bed from the mattress to the sheets makes you want to extend your stay. The location is perfect and in walking distance to so much of what downtown Indy offers. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and I won't.

The Bottleworks Hotel is a boutique hotel in what was originally a Coke Bottling Plant. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The design has incorporated much of the original art deco details in the lobby and industrial elements on the room floors. The lobby is beautiful and provides a billiard table for guest use. The front desk staff was friendly and always willing to answer questions. Rick, the valet, was very helpful and provided great information about local establishments. I cannot say enough about our room. It was gorgeous and very roomy. The hotel provides daily room service (very rare these days). Bathrobes that are so soft are provided for guest use. There are snacks and beverage for sale in the room. there is an in room safe. Our room had a very comfortable couch and club chair in addition to a king size bed. The portraits in the hallways are wonderful. There is a gathering area off the elevator on each floor. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. There is a parking garage across the street for $15 per night or you can valet park. Also across the street and in more of the Coke buildings is the Garage, a food court. There are lots of choices for food and everything we tried was good. Beside the Garage is a pinball bowling alley that also has pinball machines, ping pong tables and a full bar. the location of the hotel was great with all of these things to do right next to it. We plan to return often

We stayed for a weekend during March Madness and had a great time. We let them know we were bringing our dog, and they even had a goodie bag with treats, dog wipes, poop bags, and a portable folding water bowl for us to take. We got one of the terrace rooms, which was awesome. Love the feel of the hotel. Staff was super nice. Gym was well-equipped. Can't recommend enough!

The restoration of the former Coca Cola bottling plant is first class with marvelous attention to detail. We enjoyed the lounge, the coffee shop and the large photographs displayed on the upper level. The employees who work the front desk are not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the history of the building as well as the interior decor. On a recent visit, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Anastasia (a self described history buff) who told us she loves working at this beautiful facility. Her knowledge about Bottleworks, including how some of the areas were used in the bottling facility, made are visit even more enjoyable.

My husband, dog, and were on a road-trip and chose to stop in Indianapolis. We found Bottleworks as it was a dog-friendly hotel and had good amenities in the area. Everything was fantastic from valet all the way to check-out. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, Modita, which was amazing as well. The rooms are very spacious and there was filtered water, still and sparkling, right outside our room. I would highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Indianapolis.

I just spent a wonderful three nights at this great hotel. Service is extraordinary with a special shoutout to Anastasia on the Front Desk. She went above and beyond to be helpful and really understands the concept of Customer Service. Most of the original building and its features (doors, stair rails, marble floors, tile trim) were kept and incorporated into the renovation. Our room, a double, was spacious and beds were comfortable. The room-darkening shades are incredible, bathroom is luxurious. Food and entertainment places are just across the street. We asked that any down products (pillows, comforters) be removed and asked that no fragrance be used in our room and they were very careful to comply with our requests. I hope I get to return someday. The one negative comment I have is one common to many hotels these days - the use of a "signature scent" throughout the hotel. For those of us sensitive to scents, it is bad.

We decided to sneak away for the night to check out the new Bottleworks hotel, and it did not disappoint! After checking in we just wandered the massive, beautiful halls looking at the photos and art. Truly stunning. The decor was hip and cozy. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. When a transformer blew in the city and the power went out, the staff quickly text back with updates whenever we reached out with questions. The room itself was spacious, spotless, modern and inviting. The towels were so thick and soft and the minibar stocked with some great local finds. We will absolutely return to Bottleworks Hotel for a night away again.

My husband and I were in town for my twin sister's wedding, which happened to be taking place in the Penthouse Suite of the hotel! From the very first interaction at valet to the checkout process, everyone was extremely polite and helpful! The hotel is fantastically decorated from the common areas to each room. The hotel curated its own smell, which is amazing, and is filtered throughout the entire hotel.

We ordered room service a few times and they were always prompt and the prices are relatively similar to other boutique hotels we've stayed at.

We will definitely be staying at the hotel again when we come visit family in Indianapolis.

This hotel is amazing! You can just feel the history of the old Cocoa Cola factory that it once was. This hotel was renovated from the old cola plant into a beautiful Art Deco style hotel. I just thought when I walked into the lobby that it was just something out of the ordinary. The hallways to the rooms give you a feeling of how the old factory was plus the new décor throughout carry a very cool music and hardworking American theme. My room was also very awesome. the black, white and red color scheme made everything feel modern yet cozy. The shower was amazing as well. it had double shower heads, one being the rain fall type. The area surrounding the hotel seems all new and very nice. So many food and bar options you wont go hungry. First time I have been in Indy and was surprised what an nice walkable city it it. I will most definitely go back and for sure stay at the Bottleworks Hotel.

We parked in the lot on the North side of the property.. There is a pay machine over on the way to the Food Garage. We entered the hotel on the west side. By the way, Gordon's Milkshake Bar is a great place for a sweet treat!
