Great service from the whole staff in particular Lovely and Alex at the front desk.
Also a very big shout out to the maintenance men who on Sunday June 25 brought out patio umbrellas to the pool for my family and other families. We will be back and Mariott is now on my radar for other stays .

In town for my grandmother’s 95th birthday, and we were so impressed by the level of customer service at this location. We had called the night before our stay for an early check in, and when we got there (at 9am!) Lovely at the front desk had our room set to go and helped us with parking. I travel for a living, so it’s noticeable when people go the extra mile. Every little detail at this location was noticed and taken care of, from our meal at the restaurant to the apples in the fitness center, to the “it even smells clean” vibe of the room and hotel. Highly recommend!

I have Lifetime Titanium status. This is the worst stay in my 2,000 night history with Marriott,
No mention of no room cleaning on check-in unless requested
After 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by breakfast staff I went into cooking area to get utensils. After another 15 minutes of being invisible I went to front desk to get my own coffee.
Employees were apologetic and explained that ownership and management does not care about customers and refuses to staff important service areas.

My sympathies go out to the staff that got hammered last night by a sudden influx of stranded airline passengers. However some effort should have been made by the management to be present and organize the skeleton crew the hotel had on the floor. A single waitress, chef and bartender handling a 100 plus table dining room, made our dinner vouchers effectively worthless. Also, there were no clear control measures in place for Covid. Staff, the most valuable and vulnerable to that plague, were maskless, and it seemed that very little was being done to encourage anyone keep a mask in place.

We used this hotel for parking during our vacation and then stayed one night upon our return. It was a great value compared to other parking lots around OHare and has a free shuttle to the airport. The lobby is large and plush. There is a conference center attached to this hotel as well. However, on our return at OHare, we went to meet the free shuttle, only to find 40+ other people waiting for the same free shuttle. Realizing that it was going to be multiple trips with the free shuttle back and forth and that it would be over and hour wait, we paid $20 for an Uber to the hotel instead. Once arriving at the hotel, we found ourselves waiting in a massive line for check in...and this was at 11pm. (Apparently a BA flight had canceled and they have voucher-ed everyone for this hotel, which explains the shuttle line as well.) Our room was great, very large and spacious and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was one of the best I've ever had. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the concierge lounge before leaving in the morning.

This hotel has a captive audience because it is close to the airport. Rooms are small and have poor lighting. The bathroom has 1 towel bar to share between 3 people which really doesn't work. There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel and none within walking distance. Their menu is limited and pricey. There is a grocery store close by that helps. Would not recommend it unless there is a convention being held in the hotel.

Ended up here when my flight was canceled and the staff was incredibly welcoming and took great care of us. The location was terrific and they provided an airport shuttle as well. For the time we were there, it was a 5-10 minute walk to get on the El, and one of my favorite breakfast stops (Mac’s) is a block and a half away.
The rooms were outstanding, very clean and very comfortable.
Can I give this place a 6? It was one of the best properties I’ve stayed in!

No you will need to take the shuttle or a taxi. And I don’t recommend this Marriott property. The rooms here are much smaller compared to other Marriotts.
The shuttle starts from 6am to 11pm every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. But if you need an earlier time, you need to talk to the reception desk.
