What a great find! We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is in school nearby. We love the location, and enjoyed walking the neighborhoods, and eating and drinking at many nearby establishments. It is near public transportation, but one day we walked the 2 miles to the downtown Chicago lakefront parks.
The room was modern, clean and spacious. It really is a small apartment, with a full kitchen that is well stocked if you are wanting to prepare a meal. We loved the full size coffee maker and the supplied locally roasted coffee.
The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I have ever slept in - very soft, with top quality linens and comforter. Slept great all 3 nights. It was really very quiet for the most part - we stayed at the front of the building, overlooking the street and the plaza and fountains across the street, and there was only a little bit of street noise that didn't really bother us.
We are so excited to have found this gem. We are certain that we will be back many times to visit our daughter, and will very likely stay here every time.

We had a great experience at The Neighborhood Hotel Little Italy in Chicago. The hotel is very clean and newly renovated. We love the new trendy style from paint to interior designs. They have all necessary amenities from wifi to laundry pods, dish soap, trash bags, handy vacuum, washer and dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, soaps, shampoo, ... more than many air bnb offer with affordable and reasonable price. The room always smells awesome everytime we enter. Great location, close to everything. Check in and out is fast and convenient. The best thing is their service. They are very flexible and accomodate our request and was being so helpful! Thank you and we appreciate that! We will definitely stay here again if we have a chance to go back to Chicago!

I recently spent 2 weeks at this great little Hotel which close enough to downtown for business but far enough away for some peace and neighborbood vibe. The property is fairly new so the rooms are very fresh and comfortable with great central heating and cooling, comfy beds and lots of space and amenities. Fun areas like Pilsen, West Loop and even Wicker Park and River North are an easy car ride. The pink and blue lines (trains) are 10 and 15 minutes walk respectively.
While there's no staff on hand but live chat, email and phone access are easy enough if needed and responsive. There's local bars and food options from restuarant to chain & take out - so pretty everything you need is near or nearby. There's a comprehensive property and local area guide and they even provide washing liquid for your clothers. Highly recommended.

They have everything inside the hotel. If you can think it, they have it. Everything was perfect like, utensils, napkins, and white noise speakers for each room. Instructions were easy to follow so I didn’t get confused or lost during the stay. Simple and straightforward. There were multiple light sources so you can adjust the light level in each room. Over a great experience hotel wise 10/10.

The location is very convenient being close to campus. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows need to be replaced as they were very worn, although the bedding was nice. The freezer needs to have ice trays since there is no ice machine in the building. The bathroom needs additional towel racks and the shower needs a soap holder. The rug needs to be shampooed because it was severely stained. And there needs to be a way to manage noisy neighbors. For two nights, I dealt with rumbling and stomping in the room above me that would start around 11:30pm.

We loved our stay at Neighborhood Hotel Little Italy as a family of 5. We loved the 2 bedroom suite as it's very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. Our suite has a fully equipped kitchen which made breakfast and snack time easy with kids. We travelled light because we can utilize the washer and dryer in our suite. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The pillows were soft and nice as well. The location is very convenient. The hotel is a short walking distance to the Little Italy neighborhood that has coffee shops, convenient stores and restaurants. It is also a 10-20mins short drive to Chicago top attractions such as Millennium Park, Chinatown, Field Museum and Museum of Science and Industry. I highly recommend if you're traveling to Chicago!

Loved this place. It was very easy to check in by myself (easier than Airbnb with that keypad), there was a great ambiance, I felt very safe and family friendly, it was perfectly clean with no weird smells, and it had everything I needed. The view on the fourth floor was excellent.

The Neighborhood is amazing. I was in town to take the bar exam, and grabbed a room at The Neighborhood because it was close to the testing center. But I will come back any chance I get.

The rooms were wonderful, spacious and clean. My room directly overlooked a wonderful little piazza with fountains, which was a great place to have my coffee and people watch. They had locally roasted coffee for the morning cup, and full amenities, including washer and dryer.

So while I was taking the bar, my clothes were being washed and dried back “home” at The Neighborhood. It helped me to focus on what I needed to do, and helped me relax once it was all over.

Also, Jonathan was super friendly and helpful, and even extended my check out code for an hour so I could leave my bags in the luggage room and grab brunch on my way out.

Five stars, all day.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! The bed was so comfy and I appreciated the full size kitchen and appliances (including the washer/dryer!). You can tell the owners care about the property for sure. I also appreciated the guide book and how walkable it was to get to a train station or bus stop. I also felt safe walking to the 7-11 or from the bus after the concert I attended. I booked through Marriott Bonvoy homes and loved how easy and smooth it was.
Will definitely try to stay here again, or at the Lincoln Park property on my next visit. Bravo!

This was a very unique place at which to stay. Every detail was engineered to provide comfort. There are separate climate controls for the main area and the bedroom. Everything looked new. The bedroom had wonderfully comfortable pillows on a great mattress with an in-bed view of the Chicago skyline. The style is urban-modern and everything is immaculate. I kept discovering closets and each was another collection of useful items. You walk out the door and you're surrounded by great restaurants. If my business brings me back to Chicago, this is where I'll stay. One other thing, the people who manage this property are sincerely interested in making you comfortable, they aren't just paying lip service to that idea.
