We don't have any thing bad to say, everything was clean, nice Kroger coffee maker, and great shower, great shampoo/conditioner expencer, and comfortable beds. I will stay again, and again. The staff was very nice and the room was ready when we got there. Ignore that other review, they are just unhappy people anyway!!❣️The Hummingbirds in the summer are beautiful and everywhere. There is a nice place to sit out back around a fire pit. It so very very close to the wonderful "Springs" hot springs, it's amazing how clean and nice it is. Hummingbirds everywhere 🥰 The food and drink service is great. The live music was very good. You can buy beautiful,Robes, candles, soaps and trinkets, when you check in. We will definitely be back.. thank-you.

I was super surprised by this place. There was a huge shower with thick towels! Super comfy beds with fantastic sheets. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Ice was available at the front desk and free Wi-Fi. A great start to our vacation. Checkin was friendly and quick.

This place is excellent! We are staying in a double queen room on the lower level. The inn is newly constructed, modern and extremely well appointed. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings and excellent amenities (including a large deluxe Kurig coffee maker with all the included coffee pods, cream, sugar, etc., a nice microwave and mini fridge, large flat screen TV, a safe for valuables, AC, and plenty of drawer space if you'll be staying awhile). The hardwood floors and exposed beams are a lovely touch and the whole room has a clean, sleek, yet mountain charm feel. The bathroom is extremely large with gorgeous granite counter top and an enormous glass enclosed shower (and I do mean BIG). They also provide soap, lotion, shampoo, so on, in pump dispensers affixed to the wall (as opposed to those tiny little individual bottles). The bedding and towels all feel very luxurious as well, especially compared to your typical chain hotel amenities. There is a nice binder in the room with plenty of info on the town and surrounding areas which is helpful. The only two downsides I've noticed are that there seems to be very little wifi reception in our room (not sure if that's just due to the room's position within the inn or maybe it's an off day with their ISP due to something else). I'm using my phone's hotspot instead, so no big deal. Secondly, the room could stand to have a few more outlets or some USB charging ports would be a nice addition (I had to unplug the coffee maker and microwave in order to charge my phone and laptop). Again, not a big deal though, just friendly suggestions.

We dined at a place down the road called Trudy's for dinner tonight and it was delicious! Pretty much everything made in-house (homemade fries and Huckleberry ice cream that was divine) and the manager who served us was very friendly. There is also a nice little grocer just down the road from the inn that has a remarkably huge selection of items! Anything you might have left at home they'll more than likely have. And again, very friendly helpful staff. Upon check-in at the inn the staff at the front office was very friendly and helpful too. We're extremely impressed with this place and will definitely stay here again if we come thru this area in the future! Well worth it and highly recommended! :)

Booked a King room 203 for a quick get-away and afternoon at The Springs. We arrived at 2:45 but couldn't check in yet as our room was not ready (check in is 3:00, which I knew, but figured 15 minutes wouldn't be a big deal) so we headed for The Springs. The room was large with rustic touches such as live edge trim on the shower, a log support (decorative) on one wall, nice floors and an area rug. A modern bathroom with great shower, a Keurig, microwave, and frig provided convenience. I opened the frig to make sure it was cold before putting drinks in it and found someone's takeout container full of steak fries and fry sauce. Gross and smelly. No outlets next to the bed on either side, which is an inconvenience and pretty standard in most hotels. Husband thought the mattress was too firm, but I thought the mattress was quite comfortable except that it had that type of memory foam that doesn't disperse heat. Spent most of the night trying to find a cool part of the bed. Doubt we would have slept well anyway since we were blessed with super noisy neighbors-a family with 2 or 3 loud small children who were either talking, yelling, crying, or running most of the evening and very early the next morning. Turns out we had been assigned to an adjoining room so not only was there just a door separating us from the rugrats but the walls must have been super thin also. Literally we could hear their entire conversations. We could also hear cars on the highway but that wasn't too noticeable after 11 pm or so. We were hoping for a romantic evening which was impossible due to having to listen to the bickering, whining, and constant talking of the little ones next door. If you decide to brave staying here, ask for a room that doesn't adjoin another if possible. We didn't hear anyone on the other side of us so not sure if it was an empty room. Would have preferred some separation and a more quiet experience. By the next morning we were so tired we just couldn't wait to get out of there. Didn't even go into Idaho City for breakfast.

The Inn is lovely with new finishes and comfortable beds, but they have done nothing to eliminate sound. My husband and I could hear complete conversations (not detailed words, but talking) from the couple in the room next to us. Unfortunately, although we were there for my birthday and had made reservations about 4 months ahead of time, we were given a room on the bottom floor, under a couple who had 3 small children.

Thankfully, the family staying above our heads went to bed at 9pm, but we heard EVERY SINGLE MOVEMENT of them until they went to bed and then again at 7am in the morning.

There is nothing wrong with the actual rooms - as I said, they are very comfortable, but I will not stay here again due to the transfer of noise.

Idaho City gets a hotel at last...we'd been waiting for an overnight option before going to The Springs. This place is so beautiful, it looks like a log cabin motel on the outside but the inside has been recently renovated for a rustic yet modern feel. It's so nice, I love the design and decor and the prices are fair. There's not a path to walk to The Springs although it's very close. Very peaceful other than the very thin walls. We didn't have any noise issues but you could hear every little sound of other people walking around in their rooms. We will definitely be back though! They have some specials with The Springs that are worth looking into.

My husband and I loved staying at the Inn. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was modern, pretty, and the shower was huge! The whole room and bathroom were just beautiful. We were on a road trip for 12 days when we stayed here for the night and we both said the bed at the Inn was the most comfortable bed of the trip! The lady we spoke with at the Inn was very nice and gave great suggestions for dinner/ breakfast and also to the store down the road.

We booked this room when we booked a soak and private tub at The Springs which is just right down the road. We had the best time at The Springs as well.

We cannot recommend The Springs and the Inn enough! It was the perfect day/night. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome place! New, clean, and large rooms! We were so impressed. The beds were cozy and the shower amazing! A perfect place after a long soak in the springs! I hope they will add deck chairs soon- I could have rocked on the deck a long time while gazing at the mountains! It was quiet and so peaceful! We will be back!

I had to cancel my reservation and have called the property over 10+ times. Have yet to hear back from them. I consider this very poor customer relations and unprofessional. Will never book or try to book again with them.

Good room, friendly staff, located close to 'The Springs' hotspring. We enjoyed a one night stay, and after soaking in the hot springs until we were prunes we walked the streets of Idaho City, ate (and played pool) at the 'Goldmine.' Recommendation - drive the gravel back-road to horseshoe bend: you will enjoy gorgeous views of the mountains and canyons.
