As always an honest review about this hotel and the area.
The hotel is situated towards the end of the island so wouldn't really advise if you don't like walking. It's 20-30 mins to the centre of lido. And then another 20-30 to Venice on...More
The room was charming, but not huge. The bathroom was okay (but there was a mechanical problem with it). The staff that I met was very helpful. The Internet was blazing fast.

We travelwd by train from Florence. From the train station in Venice we took a water taxi to Lido. It was not expensive and the boatride was lovely. Once in Lido, we went across the street from the pier and took the local bus to the hotel. There are cabs available once off the water taxi but the best feature of riding the bus was that we were able to see other neighborhoods in Lido on our way to the hotel. I realize that this sounds complicated but it was remarkably easy for even the member of our group with mobility challenges. Good luck.
