Detailed Reviews
We had an awesome experience renting dirt bikes at Durhamtown Off-Road Resort! A special shoutout to BAYS, who was incredibly helpful—he took his time getting us set up and made sure everything was ready to go. The bikes were fully prepped, topped off with gas, and in great condition.
The entire staff was excellent, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The trails were fun, the tracks were well-groomed, and overall, the riding conditions were fantastic. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The Disneyland of off road parks! How they keep so many miles of trails so perfectly groomed is beyond me. and when i say trails i dont mean just meandoring through the woods. technical turns and jumps around every corner and more tracks then the last 6 parks i have been to combined! they have what you need whatever your preference or skill level unlike the other one i went to closer to Charleston where i was vacationing. The staff is also amazing. The young lady that handles the rentals is very knowledgeable. One of the staff was opening up the turbo track and gave me some tips on staying safe, even one of the mechanics took a few minutes to give me some advice. Make sure you do the full day rental. I did a half day and did not even scratch the surface of what this park has to offer.

Durhamtown is the best! I just went there other thanksgiving break for my 19th time every time I have been there everything is great. Yes I am a kid and some people would say, “gosh he is a kid he does not understand.” Well no. Durhamtown has been a blessing since day one. The staff is amazing and some people might say that the store is way overpriced but no! They have great prices on many things that you might not think is worth it but it is. Durhamtown has great tracks that are sometimes dry but still ride well. There are no trash in the trails and the trails are mostly always smooth than most other places. The cabins are not what most people expect but when you get dirty and muddy what are you supposed to expect. The cabin is what you pay for in the most part. The staff is amazing and gets you anything you need. The washing stations are amazing and the pressure washers are high pressure. Yes I am a kid and of course I have to try the bath house! The bath houses are amazing you get as much warm water as you want. The bath house stays clean for the most part! Durhamtown is such a blessing and a good place to ride for beginners and experienced riders! This place is the best riding place ever!!!!

Roach infested cabins. Staff was cursing at my mother and father in law.
Crazy Mike, is definitely crazy… wouldn’t recommend to anyone… bring a camper and expect steep riding prices per day..
Pro shop prices weren’t too bad.. on a positive note.

This is our 3rd trip to Durhamtown from Raleigh, NC and we will be back! The trails are fun to ride and are VERY well marked. I was confident that we and others were going in the right direction. I've had a few close calls over the years with riders heading the wrong way on trails and after 30 minutes I had no worries here. Well done Durhamown. Also rented a couple CRF250xs and they were in good shape. Our cabin Fox Trot was clean and a great place to land after a day of riding. If you're on the fence check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

We have been riding here for over 12 yrs and have have always been treated well by Mike and his staff.
How can you beat lots of different mx tracks, 100 miles of trails including single tracks, all directionally marked, rental units, pro shop, drag strip with countdown lights, lodge and restaurant and even a Tiki bar?? Not to mention separate 4x4 areas and hunting?
We love it! There is comment on here of Racism. My wife and stepchildren are of Spanish descent. We have brought many friends of all colors and races and have not seen it. On one trip there were over 20 columbians camping next to us. They had a ball.
We all are connected by our love of riding and have made many friends there every time we go.
If you love riding and don’t try this place you have missed a great opportunity.
BRAAAPP!! 😁

I go about once or twice a year an I’m always looking forward to my next trip. The majority of the times I’ve been were during heavy periods of rain so it’s been an absolute mud fest, but even on a 250 quad bike the trails are in decent enough condition for me to keep up with my party of SXS’s. And nights around the campfire are always enjoyable everyone is so friendly. And despite the fact that power sports can be a dangerous hobby I always feel very comfortable riding here.

I have been riding at Durhamtown for 20+ years. The last year they have stepped up their game better than any offroad park around. The trails are maintained, tracks are prepped, staff is top notch. It is in the best condition it has ever been. God give them a try and tell the American-Structures.com sent you!

We rode the day before Memorial Day weekend and trails were closed. They charged the same price. Now they gone up to $60.00. We complained and they seemed they could careless. I really think they don’t want SxS at the Park.
