I will start by saying the staff at both check in and check out were friendly, efficient and helpful. The counter in the front lobby was definitely too high for them to see over and for me to speak with them. The staff working in the breakfast buffet were very nice, knew their job, and offered a variety of breakfast food. But the rooms were ready for a redo 15 years ago!! The drapes didn’t close all the way and there appeared to be a grease stain of some sort on the valance. The metal parts of the lamps were pitted/rusted and the shades were damaged and or soiled. The wood furniture was all banged up. The room had a small kitchenette with the counter surrounding the sink severely stained and damaged. The cleaning staff were excellent in asking if I needed anything as I stayed 4 nights. Very friendly. Dogs are allowed to stay and there were two within my room area as both were barking which surprised me. The computer area was front and center at the front desk which was helpful for use. From what I saw, the staff did the very best to accommodate me. I did book Expedia for the first three days and paid Comfort Inn for the fourth day. Management/Owners needs to work a system to update the rooms and hallways so the staff can be proud to do their job to the best of their ability.

Inside was clean. One bed was firm but the other was way too soft! Hot water in the shower, which is always a plus. Breakfast… if you drink coffee then you’ll be okay. If you’re looking for food, go somewhere else.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and no real problems. A bit dark; hotel could use some updating. We enjoyed our stay for one night but wouldn't want several nights in a row until there is better lighting in the rooms and some updating. Even so, it was comfortable and friendly.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I will start by saying the staff at both check in and check out were friendly, efficient and helpful. But the rooms were ready for a redo 10 years ago!! The drapes didn’t close all the way and there appeared to be a grease stain of some sort on the valance. The metal parts of the lamps were pitted/rusted and the shades were damaged and or soiled. The receiver did not attach to the phone. The wood furniture was all banged up. The room had a small kitchenette with the counter surrounding the sink severely stained and damaged. There was no drain in the bathtub and the hairdryer turned on as soon as it was plugged in because the switch was broken. The hairdryer was barely attached to the wall with one screw. A sign at check in alerted guests as they checked in that they were having a problem with the hot water. I had hoped by morning there would be an improvement but it was tepid at best. This was by no means a “choice” hotel!

First I did not get the room I reserved. Second the room I was given the door did not work. They gave me another room but it still was not what I reserved. The floor the first room I was given smelled like urine. The second room I was given it had a strong odor of weed. Both rooms were extremely filthy. Horrible cleaning ever thing had to be cleaned and wiped down by me and a bottle of Clorox wipes. Staff was rude and did nothing; I wanted to leave and find another place it was so disgusting but my companion talked me in to staying it was late we were very tired and just exhausted. The exterior entrance door to the rooms was broken too no safety. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL it's gross a tent in parking lot would be better or your car !!! wished I had read the reviews cause it's true bad place and smells horrible unless you like the aroma of weed and urine.

The check in agent was very friendly and helpful. She was the positive part of the stay. That’s about the only positive thing I can say. The parking lot lights on the back side of the building are not currently working. The back door that requires a card reader is broken and is left open until midnight each night. Upon arriving on our floor, there was a fire alarm going off in a room that no one knew about and we had to notify front desk. The window unit that supplies the elevator landing is leaking everywhere and it smelled moldy.
The room was just...Gross. Gross. Gross. If we weren’t in a pinch, we would have found somewhere else to go. We were only staying one night and it was due to mechanical issues with our car. The grossest was what we found when we woke up the next morning and turned on the lights (we arrived late and went to bed pretty quickly). The shower was stained. There was a half eaten bag of Cheetos on the floor in a mystery stain of something red all over the carpet. Our puppy brought us a piece of old gauze that he found on the floor.
If this place could match their cleanliness with the friendliness of the check in experience, it would be a great place to stay. Otherwise, stay far far away.

I Stayed here due to bad weather during my travels. Comfy bed and helpful staff. But room was a bit dingy, one of the beds was broken, and the tv was hard to use (Roku tv had poor internet connection so was always buffering and most of the apps didn’t work) All of that is fine, but it was soooo loud. I could hear the baby crying in the next room and any hallway noise. It’s fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay any longer.

Spent 30 minutes just trying to get in my room with maintenance helping and about 7 trips up and down the elevator. First room had a rusted microwave & spills on and around the microwave area. The second room seemed ok but shower had hair up the wall. And at 7:15 in the morning when I went to take a shower, there was NO HOT WATER.

Only thing good about this hotel is: Bed was very comfortable, sheets soft! Kimberly checked us in and was very friendly and helpful! Our door would not open after returning from dinner. She cam up helped open door. Room smelled like mildew. Kimberly had room deodorizer helped some. We had No refrigerator in room. Told Kimberly, but asked not to have one sent up. This building needs to be closed and renovated! Outside was horrible, security doors never closed! This location does not deserve to be a Comforts Inn & Suites. It is a Dump! Read all reviews and go elsewhere!

Don’t book through a third party like Trip Advisor, Expedia, or Kayak! You’ll be treated like the dirt on floors and walls: rudely ignored. The room stank so badly of stale weed that I put out the DO NOT DISTURB sign and left! I walked away from a weekend that cost me $$$ because of the filth and nasty attitude. You didn’t book directly through us? Sorry, I can’t help you. Choice Hotels are off my list because of this one horrible experience.
