I am staying here for work so need to be able to use the internet. After about 30 minutes of getting my laptops to connect that piece was fixed but i cannot stream any shows due to the poor internet. Netflix, prime and even court tv....might be a deal breaker. Staff is extremely nice and the hotel is clean. Nice size room. It all boils down to the internet for me and being it is 2020 they should be able to offer better service.

This hotel is OK. Nice staff, good breakfast and nice beds. Third floor has a strange smell, Rooms need upgrading with peeling paint. Not too bad, but not worth close to 171.00 a night. It's hard to get a good hotel in Thomasville for a fair price.

This has become one of our regular stops on the way to/from Florida. Is it a great hotel? Not really. But they are always very friendly, nice rooms and generally well maintained. Really just a good consistent location w/a smiling face at reception. The location is close to both highway and restaraunts plus a quiet area to walk around. breakfast was above average.

I'm trying to be factual not emotional. When we walked into our room, number 325, there was a strong and undeniable smell of cigarette smoke and cleaning product(s), which seems like they tried to cover up the smell of the cigarette smoke the fast and cheap way. Interestingly, they called us about an hour after check in time asking us if we were still going. It makes me wonder if it's because they were deciding who to assign the cigarette smoke room to. We don't want to switch rooms at this point because we have to much luggage, and we're traveling with someone who has severe autism. I just wish we'd gotten what we paid for, a room that doesn't smell like cigarettes.

I paid $367.21 arrived December 23rd left December 26, not once was our room done by housekeeping. Furthermore, breakfast included? what a joke - cold coffee downstairs by the lobby. I had to ask the person at the front desk (very pleasant people) for Keurig cups to make our coffee in the room. I felt robbed considering the lack of service we received and the hefty price that was charged.. I asked for towels and there was hair on the towels, really disappointed and grossed out by this fact. Stay some place else. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of having their name in this property.

I want to start off by saying that Douglas Doan and his team are phenomenal! Douglas is a great asset to this proerty. Top tier customer service. Douglas was very easy to work with during our planning of the Reunion . He was very responsive in communication during our planning process. Our Family Reunions stay at the Holiday Inn was simply delightful. The staff (Marie) warmth and friendly made us feel like part of the family . Whenever we had a request , she was quick to assist with Setup which included the placement of Family Reunion Banner and meeting room setup , ensuring that every details were taken care of. Also , the the Breakfast was great and the attendant O'Daylis was very friendly and warm which made the Breakfast experience exciting. The Hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. Holiday Inn truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and valued. The Holiday Inn's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality shines through, making it a standout choice for a memorable Family Reunion stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times but over the last couple of years it has deteriorated. The interior of the hotel needs painting, the grout in the rooms need to be cleaned and the carpet in the rooms are horribly dirty. The rooms are not properly cleaned. There was coffee stain on the wall in my room, the couch and carpet were stained.

This is most clean and professional Holiday Inn in which I stayed. Everything, including my room & tub, were SPOTLESS. The breakfast was good, and I was pleasantly surprised they use Dove products. The employees were friendly and very professional. I will definitely stay here again when I’m the area.

Nasty hotel, bathrooms were filthy, people were stomping up and down the stairs and worst of all, a roach came by for a visit. I was told no roach spray nor rooms to switch me to.. I do not know who owns this hotel, but It is a disgrace and I would not recommend this hotel unless you are just tired and cannot drive any further. These are pictures from around the toilet!!!

Our family stayed there for our reunion and had a great experience! The general manager was very helpful and accommodating. The staff on-site was friendly and polite. The hotel was conveniently located allowing to get back and forth from our various events.
