My grandson and I spend a lovely evening here before going to 'A Comedy of Errors' at RSC. It was perfectly placed, a lovely 40 minute walk away from the theatre. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the room and ensuite were spotless and the food much appreciated.

We were very pleased with everything. Stayed 2 nights in a private room which was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and let us check in early and were able to secure our bikes in a shed.

Excellent hostel with great staff. Located in a small but lovely village and either a nice walk or short drive to Stratford. Would highly recommend the pods, as they have everything you need with your own private facilities.

We stayed here over bank holiday and couldn't praise the staff enough. They were all so friendly and super helpful, even letting me store some heavy things in a locked room downstairs so that I didn't have to carry them up the stairs as there's no lift which I really appreciated! Everywhere was perfectly cleaned and the kitchen is well stocked with useful utensils. The grounds are so lovely and it was wonderful sitting outside to eat tea in the evenings. Thank you so much for a great stay!

I really struggled to find somewhere to go on holiday as everywhere had suddenly had a massive price hike. That's when I remembered to check on the YHA website (which I'm a member of). For the three nights in a private room, it clocked in at less than £200. An absolute bargain for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff at the hostel were all very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, they are basic, but as we were simply using the room for a place to sleep, it was ideal - plus the kids always love to sleep in a bunkbed. We spent most evenings in the comfortable lounge area with a cuppa and some boardgames. We made use of the self-service kitchen for most of our meals and found it to be well-kitted out and spacious. I'll definitely be returning to this hostel the next time we visit Stratford Upon Avon.
