Wifi is absolute garbage and as long as this place has been here it really should have wired internet to the rooms by now. TV channel selection is a lot (mostly sports) but would be decent with a few more movie options. Room is good, bathroom is good, front desk is friendly and helpful. But absolutely killing myself over the internet. Gordon is home of army signal, so I assume most people staying here are highly technical people that do a lot online and this wifi is horrible

My husband is retiring and we are headed home to Florida to visit family. Fort Gordon will be a halfway point for us between our new jobs and coming to see family. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting the area!

Wonderful staff in a very clean hotel on post. My only problem was the noisy refrigerator but that was to manage. Quiet rooms, nice clean bathrooms and great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast options are standard and there are no gluten free options.

The property has been recently upgraded and is much better than the other IHG Hotels on post. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have been upgraded. Overall the nicest place to stay on Ft. Gordon. However, they have a long way to go. First and foremost is their reliance on Direct TV. During my stay, Direct TV did not broadcast local channels that included the Super Bowl. Very bad. Didn't get local channels restored until end of the week. The heating system was very sensitive and would switch from heating to cooling with one degree change. The blanket was covered top and bottom in a sheet which was tucked in such a manner that the bed felt short-sheeted. The drain stopper in the bathroom sink was not connected to the release lever. I had to pry it out and set it aside, otherwise no way for the sink to drain - worst part was that maintenance never did address the issue. Housekeeping on weekends is upon request. I had to ask three times before they cleaned the room, even though I requested weekend service when I checked in. A nice place but a long way to go. Suggest they dump Direct TV as their inability to provide basic TV service reflects poorly on IHG.

This is a best kept secret in Augusta. I am retired military and I had a great time grilling and using the pool while we were here. One of my First Sergeants got the room for us while I came down for his ceremony. It was a very clean room. The staff was outstanding.

An overall good stay. The hotel is conveniently located on post. Staff is super nice and accommodating. The breakfast offers some different options each day and the dining area is larger than some hotels I have visited. The room was very small with no table for computer or writing. That being said the room was clean and the bed comfortable, Bathroom was roomy and clean. would stay here again.

Another great military place to stay. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast served a little wider variety than some other "free breakfast" accommodations that we've stayed in. The breakfast area was quite large and very clean. We would definitely stay here again in our travels to the South.

Great location! Came to visit my son for the weekend but due to the phase of training, he was in he could not leave base but this hotel is located on base. He was able to go swimming and I was able to grill some chicken and steak for him on their BBQ grill (gas). This hotel has been well renovated and breakfast was great!

Staying here on post after my son's AIT graduation was the best decision ever. We are used to staying on DOD lodging at a very fair rate for a retired Veteran $40-60 a night, yet this hotel should also have the same price range as the others and they charge taxes as well which other DOD lodging do not. we checked in early morning hours 3am and we were given late check out Thank you. Room was clean, bed was omg super excellent, has a kurig coffee maker. We give a 5 star for this hotel.

There is a built in sink with microwave, mini fridge and cupboards. If you are looking for actual cooking facilities - we do not have any at Griffith Hall . Ring Hall has a few suites with an apartment size fridge and stove, microwave, storage space and sink. Hope this helps.
