Stayed here last week for three nights. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and for those of you who don't speak Spanish, their English was better than mine. The room had two double beds, was spacious and clean. The AC worked well. The bathroom was large, modern, with plenty of counter space. There was a wet bar with a sink, coffee maker and fridge. Over all the room was very comfortable. There are a few things you should be aware of. There is no elevator, but the staff is very accommodating if you need help with your luggage There is no hot water to the sink, but there is to the shower. I asked about this and the staff confirmed it. The internet worked well, with one exception. If you have an iPhone, each time you leave, it disconnects you and you must get a new username and password from the office. The staff will gladly give you several at once, so this is not a major issue. There is coffee in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room, but the room coffee maker in the room is the type where you put a filter in and brew the coffee. The coffee in the room is instant, and the warming feature on the coffee maker does not heat the water up warm enough. I always carry an immersion heater, and this worked fine. The location is excellent. It's about a three minute walk to the beach, and there are countless shops and restaurants nearby. Overall a nice place to stay with a wonderful and helpful staff.

We booked this hotel in replacement of a nightmare area ... was a little better, but had a number of problems. Location is good and you can walk to most restaurants and the beach. Not super at night with the small alley. The room 101 was so bad. We had a view on the corridor and just beside reception. The person working at reception clearly doesn’t understand this as they had visitor until late at night and a man who came to talk at 5am for about an hour. We could hear everything which was the worst as it woke us up. Right after, they lost power and have an amazing alarm in the lobby which also kept us up Would recommend to the owner to put a second door between the lobby and the ground floor room as this was crazy. Rooms are very clean and large, but the noise was so bad that we missed the main point of the hotel which is sleeping

It’s a very clean hotel. There is no breakfast but they have a kitchen sink and fridge so you can buy your own food. They serve coffee at the reception. The shower has hot water. Internet is slow in the whole island, but it keeps getting disconnected at the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor beside the front desk so it was a bit noisy. The staff was great. Bed is a bit too soft for me. Overall it was a great experience. It was the right choice after we decided to move from the dirty apartment we had rented. I do recommend!
