Clean comfortable beds at a reasonable price. Handy location and friendly staff. We stay here weekly for work and have only had a couple of issues. It is busy starting around Thursday night and on the weekends ( don't know what they have going on) and if you stay here long enough the cleaning lady will leave you a note scolding you for the mess. All in all its a decent place to sleep beside McDonald's in a small town.

The hotel met our needs, and had nicer than expected beds. Our room had a slight smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We found a pair of ladies underwear on the back of the bathroom door (on the hook)! Other than that, the room was clean and met our expectations.

Not a bad stay. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Towels are on the small, thin side. Biggest complaint about the room was lighting in the bathroom is very dim. Difficult to see while shaving or wife applying make up. Frozen cheese omelets available for breakfast in addition to cereal, toast and waffles.

Outdated hotel. They keep the rooms clean, but the bed mattress must have been from the day they opened decades ago. Each and EVERY single towel had stains - i'm talking yellow stain and read bloody looking stains, not brown dye or dirt stain. I friends told me about the new hotel down the road so for $20 more a night, I got full hot breakfast, new towels, new beds, Keureg inroom coffee maker and a room with a view of the Elberton town square at the new hotel in town.

Nasty rooms, a lot of things were broken or not repaired correctly. Couldn't sleep because of the noise, my hunny stepped on a rusty spring of some sort. I almost stepped on a thumb tack. It was over priced I did not get the online deal that I was supposed to, they over charged me because the room I booked online isn't what was available. I'm just highly upset.

Positives: 1. Bed Comfortable 2. AC/Heat unit quite. 3, The room was clean but outdated
Negatives 1. On three (3) occasions the bed was not made. * when I sent email to manager about room not serviced someone from hotel staff came to room and gave me new towels. 2. On three (3) occasions the shampoo was not replaced. 3. Tear and rips in carpet. 4. Stains on bed sheet. 5. One chair the backing was loose. 6. Sink the stopper was completely missing. 7. Dated and old needs remake! 8. The varnish on the desk lamp was peeling. (see photos attached)

Owner is a jerk and yells saying I didn't have a room when I had already checked in and had my stuff in the room. Room was nasty, sink faucet was filthy. Sheets were so dirty that I didn't want to sleep on them. The smell of bleach would knock you down when you walked into the room.

I was not impressed with this property. From my first impression there was litter and garbage everywhere. The clerk was like a robot, just there to push buttons. When asking about the pool, I was told it was closed for the season. It's 78 degrees outside. Advised noting that on the website since it was the reason I chose that property. Everything just seemed run down and dirty. The only thing available from the vending area was ice. I guess I put up with filth and lack of breakfast being offered as advertised because I am a rewards member. Maybe I should reconsider that choice if this is what I can expect.

I was staying in room 106 and woke up with several bites across my neck and forearms. I woke the front desk up and told him about it. He just offered me another room and never apologized or act like he was concerned.

I went there with my husband in the semi,his company is building a plant there.they knew we where going to be there and gave us a room that was not vaced,that was the first thing i notice.Then i go to the bed! Let me just say.... make sure u check the sheets! The girl at the desk was nice and gave us the suite room.That was ok but the water came out black for awhile, there wasnt no kleenex,or enough tp....The next morning the man at front desk heard about everything and did nothing but make excusses for his housekeepers,which i told him he should not do.Must be one of those out of country hotel owners....maybe????ikes We will go to another hotel,this is for sure!!!!!
