We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while in town for a basketball tournament in Wellington. Instead of staying at our team hotel in Boynton Beach, we opted to stay here, and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location was unbeatable—just a five-minute drive to the Wellington Village Park complex, plus close to the Wellington Green Mall and plenty of great restaurants.
The hotel was well-maintained and felt either new or exceptionally cared for. Our room was spacious with two queen beds, which were surprisingly comfortable for a Fairfield. Everything was clean, and you could tell the property was in great shape.
Breakfast had the typical Fairfield Inn selection—eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, breads, juice, and coffee— but was the perfect field we needed to start our day before heading to games.
The staff was fantastic, especially Angela (I believe that’s her name), who checked us in. Our original room was next to the elevator, and since we could hear the noise, we requested a different room. She graciously accommodated us without hesitation. At check-out, we asked for a late check-out of 2 PM, just in case, and they granted it, which we really appreciated. Being recognized as Titanium members was a nice touch as well.
Overall, our short stay was a pleasant one, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Room was very clean; comfortable barefoot, for example.
Loved the bathroom! Not sure I'm into the idea of communal shampoo etc yet I like the idea of less plastic waste not using individual small bottles.
Breakfast was better than expected and the staff was very attentive to keeping the area stocked and disinfected.
George (?) in reception seemed genuinely very hospitable, something that seems hard to find anymore in today's world.
Our only "complaint" was that when we brought a meal to eat outside the dining area in the table and chairs there, there were these little microscopic ants invading us - on the chairs, table, eventually our plates etc... Other than that it was an enjoyable, relaxing experience.

I had a great time at the Fairfield. George was especially helpful in accommodating multiple requests throughout my stay. Rooms are well-maintained and every associate that I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and was always very satisfied. Can not remember anything unfavorable for past stays. This trip was different, unfortunately. I noticed a big difference in the cleanliness. The mattress was saggy and the sheets were not put on properly on the corners which made them bunch up. The second person who cleaned up the room and made the bed did a much better job of it. Seems they are understaffed since COVID. The biggest change, though, was the breakfast bar. 3 mornings in a row I had to ask for forks. The waffle machine/iron was out of batter, the coffee sweetener was empty, the juice dispenser machine was broken and only 2 juices worked, the whole milk and/or chocolate milk was not restocked, the bananas were over-ripe and then there were none…….
These are minor fixes and should not happen. A closer watch by whoever is managing the dining area would correct this.
Had no problems with the staff - some friendlier than others but that is pretty normal.
Hopefully, they will solve their staffing problem and some of these minor issues, because I expect to return again when I visit family next time.

This is a clean, modern, sleek hotel with nice amenities. It even can allow you to access your netflix account. Desk staff were nice. Equestrian theme was terrific. Most guests were in riding attire. It is more pricey than its nearby competitor. Weekday pricing is closer to reasonable.
The big problem is that they are so rigid about COVID that service suffered. I wholeheartedly endorse the basic policies. We were there 6 days and didn’t get our room cleaned at all. For a few days it was fine - safer for all. However after 4 days we were told by the front desk that they’d vac and freshen the bed. We received a pile of “fresh” sheets piled on the RUG outside our door - yeech!!! We also didn’t like to make arrangements for trash removal every day (they handed us a trash bag to place in the hall). Lastly, the breakfast bags were monotonous and didn’t cover the range one would expect for a hotel of that caliber and price.

My husband, 7 year old son and I stopped at this hotel on our drive down to the Florida Keys. I researched so many different possibilities along the route and was surprised how many hotels had negative reviews for cleanliness and high prices (things have changed in this industry in the past 2 years!). As loyal Marriott people and based on the amount of points charged for this location and the positive reviews we selected this hotel. We were very happy we did.
The hotel was very clean and smelled good, check in was easy and staff very friendly. The room was also clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. The pool was clean and next to a water feature with tropical foliage which made it feel much nicer than if it were just next to the building or the parking lot :) Breakfast was typical but included so I consider it a bonus.
Overall a great night and a total win! Would stay here again!

Terrible experience at this location. Room was not clean. Beer from previous guest spilled in the dresser and not wiped up. What looked like candy hardened in the nightstand. Room smelled of an animal. We have a service (medical) dog that examined the carpet from the dirty pet odors. Plug between bed didn’t work. Worst of all the bathroom floor was filthy. See the white washcloth that was used to wipe the floor. Shockingly being that we are in a pandemic you would expect the rooms to be sanitized and cleansed properly. There is no service for less than 78 stays in your room and when people check out I do not believe that the housekeeping staff do anything but change the sheets… If even that. The room was above the lobby hallway #220 and you could hear the loud music from the speakers below. Asked them to turn it down and front desk said if they would but then said they didn’t know how. Rooms are noisy and have vents above the door that lead to other rooms above and below which carry voices, music and tv noise all night long. Hotel didn’t have common amenities such as a toothbrush. Last week at a previous stay they didn’t have lids for the coffee cups. This has turned into a terrible hotel that doesn’t seem to care about their guest and as a lifetime platinum member I felt that was used against me instead of being a loyal elite member for over 10 years. I was told last year that elite members I put on the six floor and my reservation was already in placed but I was instead put on the second floor above the lobby. Don’t understand why I would not be placed on the floor they told me the week earlier but that was their decision to put me on a lower floor with all these issues. Very disappointed. For $389 a night you’d think you were at a roadside motel. I used points this week and paid cash for last weeks stay. Not worth it. If we hadn’t already committed to our outside function we would have left. Staff treat you like you’re more of a hinderance rather than a loyal guest.

After a horrible experience with another Marriott property, I contacted the Fairfield Inn and Suites to attempt to reserve and check-in that day within 30 minutes. Ravyn answered and was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel welcome and was very accommodating. Once I arrived, Ravyn was helping another customer, but Kyra helped me. She was just as friendly and accommodating as Ravyn. Both Ravyn and Kyra went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Most of all, they treated me with respect. After explaining my previous experience with the other hotel, they did what they could to place me in a room that I would be happy with, even giving me a choice of 3 different rooms (before I even finished checked in). That is customer service!! Honestly, I stay at this hotel often and the customer service is always top-notch.
In addition to the excellent customer service, the hotel is always immaculate, sizable and a wonderful location - within walking distance of the Mall at Wellington Greene and short driving distance of restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores.

This is our second stay at this property. Just similar to our previous stay, we had a fantastic experience!
Highlights:
-Welcoming atmosphere
-Hotel is in a great location
-Expect clean, modern and comfortable rooms
-Free parking is available
-Nice free hot breakfast
- Lion Country Safari is only a 10-15min drive and also are some beaches
-If you want to run/walk outdoors in the morning, use the long stretches of sidewalks on the Forest Hill Blvd.
A big shout out to Omi at the front desk and Dillan at the breakfast area for accommodating all our requests.
We will stay here again, without any doubt. Highly recommend and well done Fairfield team!

On the third morning of our stay, I woke up with multiple bug bites on my legs and hip. They looked very much like bed bug bites. I reported this to the hotel general manger and assistant manager the next day as more welts appeared. It took five days and a reminder from me for the assistant manager to send a report from a company that “no bed bug activity noted during inspection.” This inspection was a full three and a half days after I checked out and they purportedly “took the room out of circulation”. The hotel then washed its hands of my experience. I never heard from the GM.

Pet Policy. Fairfield Inn & Suites Wellington-West Palm Beach welcomes pets under 75 pounds. ... Pets must be supervised at all times in public areas and on a leash or in a carrier. Do not use hotel dishes or utensils for pet needs.
