The rooms were very clean and very nicely updated. On several occasions we saw staff washing down porch chairs. It was nice to have a full kitchen with a dishwasher as we tended to eat in more than we usually would with a lot of the restaurants in walking distance under capacity restrictions because of covid-19. We had a one bedroom, and it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. We traveled with our dog and there is a nice neighborhood area behind the location to walk. Beach access is directly across the street. And St. John's Pass is a reasonable walk or quick drive away. Leighanna in booking was very responsive to our inquires and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Don’t waste your money. Roaches in shower, kitchen and hallway. Misc fees attached to bill. Super creepy guy in front. No extra towels. Just a dump. Embarrassed that I told my friends I was staying there.

Absolutely beautiful grounds, very clean, close to beach, super quite part of town, and a great price. The owner was very accommodating and very nice, and willing to work with you on price. Will definitely stay they again, and highly recommend to anyone! :) A+

Place was really nice & updated. Beds were hard & we all couldn't sleep very well. Top of stove was dirty, top sheet for pull out sofa had big clumps of land dark hair. Gross! We booked for 4 people and we only had towels & pillows for 3. Won't stay again, I guess you get what you pay for, prices were good.

The location of Silver Sands was fantastic. A short walk to beaches, stores and Johns Pass. The hotel was clean and well equipped. Loved the extra touches in the apartment with towels and bath items. It was a great stay and would recommend.

We found Silver Sands after checking into the hotel we had originally booked to stay in for the week and realizing that it was nothing like the great reviews had mentioned or the pictures that were online. We were exhausted from a twelve hour drive and frantic to find a new place to stay for us and and our two children. We found Silver Sands on Expedia and were hesitant due to it only having a few reviews, although they were all great and due to the horrific experience we had just had checking into the hotel we had booked four months ago. I called Silver Sands and not only were they beyond kind, they got us into a room immediately. A room that surpassed any expectation we had for our stay. It seemed as though the room was recently remodeled, we were in Room 3. It was clean, quiet, beautiful and the amenities were wonderful. We were only visiting the area for a wedding, but will come back to vacation here simply to stay at Silver Sands. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Silver Sands is in a great location, close to John's Pass. The area is very quiet and the facilities are great. The have grills on the property and a little patio to have a cook out if you choose. When we opened the door the smell of CLEAN hit us, the kitchen is fully equipped and they even provide utensils, which was a plus since we forgot ours. They have everything you'll need to cook if you want. The room we stayed in had 2 TVs with cable and HBO. The unit had a closet equipped with ironing board, iron, hangers and towels. The bed was queen sized and was comfortable. The only negative I have is that the AC is LOUD, this might bother some people like me but might not be a problem for others. We'll definitely be back in the future. PS: This location doesn't have a front desk, you'll get your key from a lock box, so most likely you won't speak to anyone while you stay here, perfect for people with social anxiety.…

Everything was new and clean would definitely stay here again! The keys were in a lockbox and the room was very clean ...everything you need for a good trip was there,coffee,fridge,stove and utensils,very nice and right across from the beach

We loved the room it was great. Right across from the beach and right in front of the marina. Would definitely stay there again. The other guest were very nice and pleasant. We really enjoy the beaches there.

We have stayed at all 3 of their locations and can't say enough of them. We have recommended it to several people and will always stay their if available. They are the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in and everything you need is there.
