Loved the Hyatt Place near the airport. We travelled with a group of High Schoolers on spring break. Great location in between 2 malls within walking distance, or ride the hotel shuttle, [kids could eat and shop!] Starbucks located 2 minute walk away. Close to some beaches--and centrally located so we could go to Busch Gardens and Clearwater beaches. Easy Freeway access. Nice pool. Friendly staff

Hyatt checked all the boxes for Park & Fly. The shuttle was great and the room very clean. I was left before breakfast but coffee was available early. I recommend the Hyatt Airport in Tampa for Park & Fly situations

I felt that almost all the workers were lackadaisical besides one. There was a very nonchalant attitude from the staff and even just straight attitude that we needed more towels as if the towels were coming from their home. Trash bags any necessities that were needed was like we were inconveniencing the staff. Also informed front desk of roach in the bathroom that I had to kill before taking a photo. There were strands of hair all over the room and pillows/ comforters / counters when we arrived that led us to believe the room was not cleaned adequately prior to our arrival. Also the bathroom exhaust fan is caked with dust - this I do have a photo of as well as the counter for the TV and nightstand. I’ve stayed at Hyatt hotels before in other cities and this was the worst of them all. …

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at with my dog. They were so pet friendly, they allowed her to hang by the pool with us :) The rooms were beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

First Hotel very clean. I checked in late at night and was told at booking.com it canceled my reservation even though I still showed it on my phone. Amazing Steve was very nice in getting me a room since it was almost 1:30 in the morning. It's hard enough to find people that want to work let alone The Late Shift. Kudos to Steve, I'll be back
