The property is in need of major renovations and a good deep cleaning. Rooms are old, outdated and poorly maintained. Conference room set up is small and has a door that won't shut so one hears the entire staffs conversations from the lobby and offices across the conference room. Staff is rather unfriendly and not professional when addressing issues.

This place was a awesome stay with clean rooms and areas as well as very nice staff. It had waterfront views and was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Its a straight shot down Courtney Campbell highway to the beach. I will be staying here again!

The staff were all nice and helpful. My room was amazing. And the breakfast they serve, better then perkins. I travel to florida at least 2x per year and i finally found an awesome place to stay. I will definitely plan to make chase suites hotel the place i stay at.

Could not check in after driving all night because the front desk was doing an audit. I travel extensively, this is the first time I have never been allowed to check into a hotel. If it wasn’t 2am I would not have stayed.

I booked this hotel because of the location. The pictures are very old. This hotel need a lot of repairs and updating!!! There was no hair dryer and when I asked the front desk person he said sorry we don't have one. Also when the Ice Maker does not work why have one. The AC would freeze up if you ran it for more than 4-5 hours. WTH The security is the worst I've ever seen. The do not have hardly any exterior lights on at night. The sign is never lit so very dark at the entrance. Also since its an "extended stay hotel" you get a lot of "rough" customers. On the weekends other guest outside parting until 3-4 AM and no security to control them. They are the type of people you do not want to confront. Let's talk cleanliness!! I spent and hour cleaning our room before I would bring any of my items in. The kitchen was gross with things stuck on the counter top. The bathroom had more mildew than any 40 year old property should have. When I talked to the manager she was rude and really did not care at all. She said "well it's an old property what do you expect". When you rent a room with a full kitchen and are afraid to use any appliance because of the age and how dirty they are, that's bad. The furniture was so gross we put towels on them to sit. Also I have never heard of a hotel that makes you bring your used towels to the front desk just to get fresh ones. Bottom Line Do Not Stay Here…
