The place is obviously a recently renovated hotel. The rooms are a modest size. Very cute decor throughout. The lobby/breakfast dining area was one of the nicest/most comfortable ones I've seen for such a great price point. Room and public places were clean. All employees I encountered were friendly and greeted us. There is a small "convenience store area" near the check-in desk. They had tables with chairs set-up in an outdoor space for the breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion is provided in the room. The room had a little microwave and a nice mini fridge with a freezer component. Our only issue was the a.c. was difficult to make work how we wanted it to. It did work, the room was too cold when we got in, but then when we tried to adjust it...it became too warm and I couldn't get the fan to run all night in the way we like it.

Check in was the easy part. There’s little sound proofing. You can easily hear anyone in the hallway. If you’re in the room near the elevator, which ours was next to it, you hear it all night long. Try to get a second/top floor room or you’ll also hear your neighbor walking all night long too. It was not a quiet night so I ran white noise off my iPad.

Great place! Modern, clean well decorated rooms, with everything you need. Refrigerator was even top notch with a useable separate door freezer on top. Unique decor throughout the hotel. Make sure you check out the inside of the elevator. Breakfast area was large with all kind of food choices and even had an outside patio. Staff was courteous and helpful. Several restaurants close. I would book here if I was in the area again.

This place was a pleasant surprise! The man at the desk took us to our room to make sure we liked it! Very professional. Then he helped me order a pizza thru door dash at his favorite pizza shop! Pizza came, he brought it to our room in about 30 minutes and pizza was delicious! The room was very nice, clean, lots of towels! Breakfast next day was excellent! Very good value!

Less than a mile off Hwy 10, but the room was still very quiet. Super clean, with fun and positive paintings on the walls throughout the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly. They use dispensers in the bath for soap, shampoo and conditioner, to reduce plastic in our landfills with those little bottles. Refrigerator has an actual separate freezer. No coffeemaker though.

Hello Nancy! Thank you so much for your 5/5 rating. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. The property was closed down for renovation and opened just last April 2021. Due to its size, we are just catering for out of town guests. We have spent a lot of time though with our friendly locals as they stop by to take picture and enjoy a cookie or two. I hope you get to utilize the dimmer lights, the homedics clock that have sleeping sounds and USB ports and plugs. We don't have coffee maker in the rooms but we do provide it at the breakfast area all day. We look forward seeing you again! Safe travels!!!

My husband and I stopped at this hotel last night. We were checked in by the friendly and chatty Tracy. She told us about the hotels recent renovation and showed me the wonderful handpainted murals on the wall. The room was a good size with all the essentials you could need including fridge/freezer, microwave, desk, large TV, air con, dimmer lights. Tea/coffee is served in reception all day.

Breakfast was excellent with choice of bagels, mini muffins, waffles, scrambled egg, boiled egg, beef patties, yogurt, fruit, muesli, juices, teas and coffees. We definitely got our fill! I wouldn't hesitate recommending this excellent hotel.

I believe that Clarion Pointe is a new brand for Choice Hotels. My partner and I spent the first night of a very long road trip at this wonderfully excellent hotel. From booking the reservation, to arriving at the hotel to checking in, to the quality of the room and the bathroom, the towels and sheets, the cleanliness of the entire property; I just can’t say enough good things about this hotel! And then, there is this wonderful surprise of how very inexpensive this place is to stay, less than $100, including taxes and fees!

This hotel is a gem. The staff is friendly and the check-in was a breeze. I had no idea this place would have such a cool, hip vibe to it. There are vinyl records pinned to the wall behind the front desk and retro items strategically placed throughout the hotel. There's a full-scale map of our earth on the walls of the elevator which adds to the overall cool theme.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had somewhat of a futuristic appeal with plenty of towels and provided shampoo/conditioner in the shower. I have so much appreciation for the person(s) who put in the effort to design this hotel to have a fun and comforting feel. The price I paid was fair to say the least. I highly recommend staying there whether you're solo or with family.

2-star hotel with two 5-star employees was a disappointing experience!
Before booking review the pictures online, and if you are in doubt, ask to see a room before checking in. We viewed a room and still had a disappointing stay. Thankfully, we had points and paid less than $100 cash.

Teresa at the front desk and a housekeeping lady (I didn't get her name) provided personable and professional service.
The hotel was clean but not maintained; the carpeting needed cleaning. The decor throughout the hotel is unique some might say strange.

Room 314 is a standard queen room with two beds and a single nightstand. It looks like a dorm room and is very small.

Pros: clean with ample towels.
Cons: no coffee/tea in the room, limited storage for more than two guests, lukewarm shower and sink water, bench for desk needed repair and the heating unit was very loud when on, even with ear plugs! Noise sensitive sleepers take note.

Breakfast was mediocre, and the toaster didn't work!
A very disappointing experience.

Beware. We booked this hotel as a temporary place to stay while moving out of our home in Tallahassee, based on good reviews. When we arrived to check in the (very polite) staff said that they would not honor our reservation because we live within 100 miles of the hotel. What??!?

This bizarre policy cost us time and stress during our move. Blaming third-party sites 8s lame. The hotel must do a better job making sure that this weird policy is clear before booking. Our experience was LESS THAN ZERO stars.
