Great! - Love the shower; great pressure, size, and temp stayed consistent. - Every staff member was very friendly, hospitable, and willing to assist with a smile. - Location is close to places to eat and shop.
Good - The room was clean for the most part. There were a couple of areas that required disinfecting and extra cleaning, but overall a clean room. - The beds were comfortable.
Room for Improvement -The pool area could stand a bit of cleaning. -The tv in the room did not initially work upon arrival. We called the front desk clerk for assistance a couple of times. The GM came and corrected the issue, but we still experienced issues with lagging and the need to reset. -The pillows are too flat. Please consider more comfortable pillows. -There is very little room between the bed and the air conditioner. Perhaps consider in a future remodel to move the air conditioner to the wall or ceiling.
Would we stay at BOB Hotels again? Absolutely!
Ultimately, BOB Hotels is a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The staff was wonderful and the room, with the exception of the pillows, was comfortable and clean.

My husband and I stayed at BOB Hotel from Aug 9-11. Our stay was great. The rooms are very clean. My only complaint is that I wish the water in the shower was a little hotter, but this is a personal preference. The breakfast in the morning was good, it had waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, hot cereal, coffee and tea. If you are looking for eggs, bacon etc, they do not have it. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Overall our experience was fantastic.

We were passing through Tallahassee on our way to another destination and found this hotel on Expedia. The price was low so we were concerned about the quality but read the reviews and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised ! It is conveniently located close to the Interstate, very clean and comfortable. We loved the funky, fun, retro decor! Check in and check out very easy on line, and the lady at the desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. We gave paid a lot more for hotels that were not half as nice and comfortable as this one. We would definitely stay here again! I hope they will soon have more locations in other cities!

The hotel was nice on the 1st floor, but our room was on the 2nd floor that was under construction. I was traveling with 4 children and it did not feel safe. There was a blue cable drilled through the wall dragging on the floor up to the TV. My brother-in-law had to come by and zip tie it, because it was a safety hazard for the kids. There was sawdust on the floor from drilling through the wall, and I had to find something to sweep it up because our feet and socks were getting full of the wall chunks and poking our feet. There were also very loud guests in the room below us that were blasting music at 1am and made it miserable to sleep. It was a beautiful place with nice amenities, but overall not a great experience.

I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you and your family faced during your stay, particularly with the construction on the second floor and the safety concerns related to the cable and sawdust in your room. This is certainly not the standard of care we strive to provide, especially for guests traveling with children. Your brother-in-law should not have had to secure the cable, and I'm sorry for the oversight on our part. Please know that we take safety very seriously, and I have already addressed this with our maintenance team to ensure that such issues are corrected immediately. I also apologize for the noise disturbance from the other guests. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, and I regret that this was not your experience. The staff at this BOB Hotel were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed. Because of a health condition, I was unable to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor to get to the ice machine. The very nice young lady at the front desk offered to get the ice for me and deliver it to our room. That is just one example among many of their compassion. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be that our room didn't have a desk and chair. The only thing to sit on was the bed -- or the bench that we had our suitcases on. That made it difficult for me to use my laptop. Other than that and the ice machine on the 2nd floor, we had a very pleasant time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Brand new property, the first BOB hotel I’ve ever seen and I’m a big fan. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the design fun! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Tallahassee. The concept is budget so prices are in line with other budget hotels.

I love this place! The front desk staff was very helpful. The price was right, the furnishings and decorations were a nice touch. The room was small but large enough for two. Bathroom was small but had a nice walk-in shower. The A/C was quiet, unfortunately it was right next to the bed. But the comfortable and lightweight duvet made up for the cold air. It's conveniently located right off of I-10 and is near gas stations and shopping.

Everything was great, except the fact that it costs $75 per pet to stay there. The pets cost me more than the room and they didn't even make a mess. It wasn't advertised that there was a fee or how much. It's very modern and fun, comfortable beds, semi-firm mattresses. No other complaints. Would consider staying there again, just no pets this time.

Great funky and fun hotel! The location is great, close to everything. Hotel sits up off road so feels secluded. Everything remodeled and new! Funky art, very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Love the shower. Comfy beds, very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, fresh bagels. The only negative thing was the only option for ‘butter’ was vegetable oil spread. Bleh, nobody needs or wants that. Everything else was very nice. About $70 cheaper than another nice hotel and pet friendly. Also lots of grass space for the doggos. We are definitely coming back!

So hip and stylish, the shower is strong, the place is very clean and comfortable, truly boutique style at an affordable price. They have a coffee bar and little shop, good selection for breakfast. Convenient to everywhere in Tallahassee. I hope to see many more of these BOBs as we travel a lot!
