Me and brother wanted to buy a room together so that I can what catch my his kid’s and he can enjoy his night with his wife for there anniversary. When we got there he did not explain to the woman before us about the party policy but as soon as my brother a black male can up it was now Emphasize that he will call Security about parties, noise, and everything else he repeated 3 times like we didn’t hear him while he was staring at my brother and by me being a medical professional I will not recommend anyone of black culture to come here this hotel was already beneath me but only because my brother wanted to celebrate his anniversary there and not at home. Please got to the double tree downtown they was way more professional and was only 20 dollars more. They will never get my business again.

My husband and I booked this hotel. The hotel name we booked under “Travel Lodge†was not the hotel at the exact location. The name had changed so new management. I’m he hotel was paid in advanced and all other surrounding hotels for 45minutes to an hour were booked solid. So we had to stay and suffer the madness, but we definitely checked out at 7am the next morning. The hotel did not have a phone, the wall and floor boards had mold and very dirty, the room had no hot water and the shower head was leaking on the side. The tub itself was horrible. It was painted over but the paint was peeling. The tub was also peeling and was rusted under the paint. We put a towel down in the shower in hopes of taking a shower but that’s when we found out there was no hot or warm water. The room came with two flimsy body towels- we had to go to the front desk (because there was no phone in room to call) to ask for face towels and hand drying towels. The smoke detector in the room was torn down and wires are open on the socket. Only one light fixture worked in the bathroom. The bathroom had holes in the wall and the entire room smelled like smoke regardless of us requesting a nonsmoking room. They require you pay cash deposits $20 for all guest at check in. The I’ve from the ice machine smelled awful. I would NOT recommend this hotel for a dog!!!! "

We were in Tallahassee for parents weekend Sept. 22, 23, 24, 2022 & stayed here. I cannot believe this place is allowed to rent to anyone. When we checked in lady behind desk said we were in a smoking room. I did not want a smoking room but nothing else was available so she handed me a can on Glade spray. Both lights by the beds were out, only lamp on top of fridge worked but had no shade on it. The place was filthy, roaches, trash all over the grounds, one tiny towel & wash cloth. The shower area had mold, shower curtain rod hanging by one screw. Had no water one night went downstairs they said they were working on it would send someone up. Went out when we came back someone had tested the water in the tub but left it on and the floor was flooded. I cannot even begin to tell you how terrible this place is. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never have I been in one in this condition. We had no choice but to stay as all hotels were booked due to parents weekend. This hotel took advantage of this and charged us $159.00 a night.

Customer service is crap. They argue with you over towels & toilet paper. Room service shows up when they feel like. The shower is not clean and has no drain stopper so I can’t bathe my child. Outlets, WiFi, and Fridge do NOT work. You only get news channels and a few others. This place literally looks abandoned from the outside when you first pull in. We thought we were at the wrong place. If you like constantly feeling like your car is gonna get broken into than this is the place for you.

I didn't experience any bugs thank God, that was a good thing! I paid $50 my first night and $42 my second so I didn't expect it to be the greatest and please believe it wasn't. The "free WiFi" didn't work at all the tv had like 20 channels and most of them didn't work. But I will say the front desk staff (Indian man with gray hair and the short Indian woman with long hair) exceeded my expectations!!! They were both extremely rude and had some of the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. Other then that it's what you would probably expect from a budget motel 😆

Checked in on the 29th. Checked out on the 29th. Don't expect the photos to reveal the actual premises. This is the "Filthiest hotel in Tallassee, FL. There was a housekeeping trolley with dirty linens about 5 feet tall in the middle of the entrance to a landing. Rooms had the filthiest walls and floors. One room had a strange odor. We figured it out when we noticed dried vomit on the floor and a piece of food that had been upchucked. The ceiling was peeled. NO stopper in sink or tub. The fire alarm had been ripped from the wall. If you want to get a disease it is the best place to go.

I want to say that this hotel didn't take the privacy law yet ALONE safety concern seriously. I stayed two nights and on both someone entered my room twice with a room key to draw on the wall like a child. Keep in mind my room wasn't cleaned by hotel staff. I notified three different hotel staff. All denied knowing what took place inspite of having a full surveillance system in place. I verbally said that I'm at the hotel alone and that no one should have access to my room. I'm highly disappointed!!!
I'm not sure if it was a person stalking me or hotel staff. Either way its unprofessional!! Take your money elsewhere!

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Tallahassee for a football game. Location of hotel is great! Hotel is the WORST! There is holes in the wall that have not been repaired! There is not even a lid to the toilet just a piece of cardboard! They do allow dogs which was great because we brought our pets but as soon as we walked in the rook smelled so bad like dogs.. I had to go out and buy Frebreze for our room! The rooms are out dated.. the carpet is dirty and feels sticky! We had a broke chair in our room! The service is poor!! Don’t waste your money!

My family and I needed only one night before a graduation. Simple right? A bed and a shower.
This establishment is a health hazard. The mold growing on the bathroom walls, the horrible stench, dirty towels, hole in the ceiling, vomit smell in the hallway are just some of the reasons of why we checked out after 10 minutes. It should have been 5 mins but I was in shock that this place is being allowed to be open for business.
The front desk asked me if there was anything they could do. I suggested they burn the place down and the build it again!
Do not book, save yourself an unpleasant experience.

If I could give us property a zero, I would do so. It is the filthiest and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re looking for a place to stay, even on a Gameday weekend, don’t do it. It’s not worth it. The health department should shut this place down.
There were stains everywhere, mold in the AC unit, black mold in the ceiling, socks were black in 2 seconds after taking off our shoes, towels were dirty, and the list goes on.
